Respected higher authorities of flipkart department of india

This is my order number
Od[protected]

I had order 2 qty of oil sunflower of gulab of rs 1558... Inclusive of all taxes paid shipping and packing. It means should get product in proper condition that when i open it should be usable
I had received poor packing product because of that two oil container collide with each other with no precaution in it product damage during transit this happen due to poor packing all oil was leaked inside and the product also given to me old stock which is almost expired i m paying money blindly thinking i wil get order in good condition and keeping trust on flipkart and this i had recived on return
I can't accept this product in corona pandemic condition of leakage and expired product please arrange reverse pickup and refund my money back in my original payment gateway account can't take risk on health by accepting damage and expired product from flipkart

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am sarthak avhad from Nashik, Maharastra i am a student and i brought laptop from flipkart for studying purpose and after using this laptop it was getting heated and also battery drains in 2 to 3 hours and also I have requested for replacement they have rejected it no one came to check this product and bad service given to me I have invested 50, 000 for this laptop and I don't want any loss and i have called flipkart several times they are just giving excuses and not giving replacement.

          i hope you understand and look after my problem you are my last hope.

                              Installation of the product

                              I had already ordered Air conditioner and the Installation has to be done.. but the technician hasnt come from Flipkart side... They told me to do the Installation from third party and the extra amount will be refunded as I got the offer for 499 for Installation. I had already invoice of the bill of Installation. And since they haven't done the refund as they say seller will not agree for the refund. So i siad I want the refund of the Installation...
