Flipkart is having worst service, service provider and customer support team ever i have seen.
I purchased lenovo ideapad l340 core i7 9th gen (Order i'd -[protected]] rs. 72415 for my son and flipkart delivered on 23 jun but when i check warranty it is showing 9 month left only and having battery issue. Battery provided only 2.5 horse only. I have raised issue with flipkart team and raised ticket on next day.
On 04th july technician has visited and checked my issue and confirmed this is used laptop provided by flipkart and they certificate for replacement. Flipkart team also confirmed pickup and replacement on 13th july.
On 13th july, suddenly cancel my replacement request. Immediately, i called to customer support team and this time they give me new date, which was july 25th.
Again, today morning (26th july) i received message form flipkart “you request has been cancelled” and ticket closed. They cancelled my replacement due to unknown reason but i know the reason, they were just cheating me form last 35 days. So every time when i called to flipkart executive and inform them about this but reply was so funny i felt i am getting cheated they said i raised a concern and your issue will get resolved.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
