Got a defected piece by flipkart and now it has been one month since i am requesting tham it return it but their courier service is refusing to pick it up....

At country of origin it shows - india
But at adrress of manufacturer it shows adrress of china.....

This is to bring into your notice that product which doesnt have return policy the seller tends to cheat the customer via Flip Kart .
Recently i am facing the probelm of delivery from the filp kart or fli[p is cheating the customer (sometimes different product, sometimes defective product, some time late in delivery) and this time the product shown while booking and the product which was delivered was totally different,...

Return of the product delaying since 2 weeks without any proper response. I have returned a product on 18th june 2020. After so many calls and messages they came for uninstallation after 11 days that is on 29th june 2020. I got a message that pick up will be on 4th july and refund on 5th july. Nothing has been done. I called them on 5th july. They said by 8th july. On 8th i called them again said it will be done by 9th july. Again called...

Above given update is wrongly and customer care executive are treating disbehaviour....

I paid 15670 through debit card on 03rd june 2020 and then some unknown reason again i paid same amount to the flipkart account on 17th june 2020.
