Product was suppose to be delivered on 15th june. But its rescheduled 4 times and new date is given as 14th july. Its almost 1 month late.

Please deliver the product or initiate refund...

I have been given issue resolution date 6 times already till date.

Flipkart customer care executives are clueless. Already many orders are delivered and returns also picked up. But my return never picked up.

As per my order (Order no - order od[protected]/ od[protected] i (Controller of examination, igit, saranga) received a parcel from flipkart platform containing 02 nos of xerox xerox 106r03392 black ink toners/ cartridge on[protected] for official use. Due to covid-19 pandemic, our institute was closed on[protected]. After reopening of the institute, i opened the parcel to test the toners in the printers....

I got delivered my order yesterday from flipkart i ordered wifi card for pc but i recieved wifi usb device now when i go through the process of returning product they asking me my personal id cards which is not mandatory to share personal details by government rule i wanted to return wrong product which i recieved and get back my money...

I ordered 2 quantities of curtains amounting to 1318 rs (659 each) with cash on delivery option on 31st may, 2020 and received the order on 4th jun 2020. I paid 1318 amount to the delivery guy and when i opened the packet, 1 qty was missing from it. I sooner connected with customer service of flipkart, they raised the return request and it got rejected after few days. I had ordered 3 Yozo orthopedic foam solid pillow worth Rs 769 each. Today I received only one of them. I was surprised but thought that the other 2 items will be delivered. I purchased a bluetooth speaker from flipkart and get it on 4 july 2020. As it is not up to the mark, i requested for return the same day. They are not proceeding my complaint and just passing time by saying follow this step or that step. Just not proceeding my return request.
