Flipkart has sent me a defective piece at first, and then they sent me an incompatible product when asked for replacement. I asked for refund of my money, they are now holding my money and are blackmailing me for my id proof in order to process the returns. Flipkart don't replace my product which I order in March. Manufacturing defects are seen in the product in view of sound and screen. But flipkart are continuously changing the time period and donot pay attention on my complaint. Technician visit was done at my home many times but flipkart are not serious about my complaint.
