We have placed an order in flipkart and amount of rs.7, 999/- was deducted on 28/07/2020 order id - od[protected] ; but it is showing as order was not placed. But even the amount was not refunded to my account. We have contacted for refund but not responding properly for refund. Please process refund or arrange to deliver this product.

    Please provide me the resolution for my order.
    The delivery boy has already taken the return and said that the return of the item will be given afterwards.
    And i haven't got the item and now the cancellation is showing on my flipkart account on no. [protected]
    I'm raising this issue from last 4 days when will you all give the resolution?
    I'm contacting from last 4 days and haven't got any reply.
    Please be assure for your service as your delivery executives are not doing their jobs properly.
    My badminton of yonex nanoray has already been given to delivery executive and please do it fast.
    As i'm waiting from so much time.
    Please do the needful as soon as possible.

      My product was delivered 10 days before but my product installation has not done yet wo we can't use the product. If we opened it by us then its warranty would be void.

        I have orderd a boat headseat only 1499rupees with the ord. Id - od[protected] on 31st july & it deliverd to me on 1st august. But when i opened it the headseat is missing undder the package. They give me only a empty package. So i conntact coustomer care and they return my order but after few hours they cancel my refund requested. So i contact them second time and they requested for refund... But still now my problem is not resolved. And the rupees also not give me back... So please give my refund quickly... Because the return policy is only for 7 days. So please give my refund as soon as possible.

                                  I am order a mobile realme c11 ( Rich green 32gb) on 22/7/20 & order id is OD[protected] & delivered on 27/7/2020 shipment id FMPC[protected], after delivery I found product is missing in the Flipkart box only received charger adapter and usb cable . 3 time complain request for refund but auto reject my refund id is[protected],[protected] and[protected] (complain on 27/72020, 28/72020 and 30/7/2020 respectively).I contacted their customer care 7-8 times.I am face these problem from 1 week, but Flipkart didn't resolve my problem.
                                  So, I want my money back. I attach invoice issued by Flipkart and rejected requests below.

                                        I ordered the ASUS Zenbook pro duo laptop from Flipkart worth rupees 2, 31, 938 with order id OD[protected] on the 23rd of July. Flipkart takes the money quickly but my order is on hold, so i enquired in customer service, they use to told me that my pan card is not updated thatswhy my order is on hold so i share my pan card on Flipkart chat on 24th of July, so the customer team said to me that now your order will be approved...
