I bought an ifb washing machine from flipcart, which has been installed on 18th july 2020. The problem is that the error button is clicked in the machine running condition and in rinse and spin operation. When in mixed fabrics mode, wollen mode is automatically turned on.
In this covid situation, the company should be checked and a product should be sent to prevent outsiders from coming to the house again and again. Now it is better to tell me what to do.

No flipcart says 23 july technician will visit where the status of the product will be updated by him although i have already sent them the video where it is seen that there is a problem with the product. He also said that the product will be packed on the 26th of july which means someone will come again. And the 3rd august pickup means one again. And on 5th august i can get refund. So this pandemic situation on the one hand and the need for the product emergency so much embarrassment in it has made me very worried.

    I had ordered boat aavante bluetooth sound bar on 24th june and delivery promise was on 29th june. But till date (19th july) it haven't delivered. Approched customer care many times, but no resolution. Only thing they want me to do is wait for 48 hours. I want my product to be delivered asap.

    Most importantly the escalation matrix of flipkart is worst. The customer care agent haven't forwarded me to the supervisor not even one time.

      The product was delivered on 10th july. I wore it for a while but the performance of the watch was very bad and looked kind of defective. So i filed a return request which has been rejected 2 times and according to return policy, last date of return is 20th july. They don't call me, just a sms which say unable to reach you. I tried contacting customer care nobody returned a call in 10 days. This watch was worth 3500rs. I was a return and refund!!!

        I purchased a painting from flipkart and made the payment of the same through flipkart pay later and i receievd the product on 2nd of july and opened it on 3rd of july instead of the painting i ordered i had received a much costlier embossed 3d painting from the seller and i tried to place a return request around 10 am in the morning but due to some error in application i could place the same then i retried at around 11 am and i was shown message in my app that my account has been blocked and recieved a mail that all your orders stands cancelled and you wont be able to login into your account again. Now the problem is that my pay later bill was generayed on 1st of july for an amount of 1533/- and the last date of payment was 10 of july but because of the fact that my account is blocked i am unable to make payment of the same and not only this i had informed the company about the said problem in making payment of the dues but all turned out to be futile. And even requested the company to either unblock my account for a day so that i can clear the dues or provide me a special link for making payment of dues. And on one hand company is saying that all your orders stand cancelled now when orders are cancelled then what for are they charging money what for they are sending me mails and emails regarding payment of pending dues of flipkart pay later and also imposing penalty. When orders are cancelled then nothing can be charged against cancelled orders. Then nothing remains pending. Flipkart please clarify it if you want that dues be paid of i am ready to pay off the dues.

        Sir first thing that my return request was not at all placed and second thing is that now the return period for the product has also exhausted. Now the only thing left is that i am reciving emails and calls and messages daily regarding payment of flipkart pay later dues. Now what to do for that they are imposing penalty day by day. Please provide a resolution for that. Either bear the pending dues or provide an option for making a payment. I am ready to pay off the dues. Either unlock my account fot a day or provide a special link for payment.

        And as regards unsual number of return request i would like to inform you that i have been a flipkart plus customer and i have been shopping heavily all time and always gave it a preference over amazon. And moreover i am not fond of placing return request it was due to wrong product sent by your sellers and moreover this year there would have been a maximum of 3 returns which are negligible as compared to orders placed. And this time also i was trying to place return request for the benefit o[censored]r seller so that no loss is incurred to him as he had sent a very beautiful and much costlier art piece instead of painting that i had ordered.

          I had ordered multiple items from flipkart which all arrived on the address given except for this one bata footwear which was delivered to some other building in my area just because both shared the name raheja society. The delivery guy delivered it to the wrong society and now due to lock down i cannot think of going inside another society, the flipkart team has not responded in any way, i had written an email and even written inside their own app feedback and complaint section. Please help asap

            I had recived this old stock and insect product black small insect in dal... How can i accept old stock stock provide to me if seller doesn't have the stock then he should not give me the parcel and also he should off the inventory

            Flipkart had target me or not i don't know earlier i had also order product not given to me by panvel warehouse which was nearest to me that oil and dal od[protected]. Now same thing repeat order given to us but deffective product given

            We are living in invisible enemy virus which is not seen but we are scared of seeing such insect in health products

            Can't be accepted please take necessary action against seller and i m also esclating this issue to sachin bansal sir and binny bansal sir and surojit chatterjee

              Regarding unsolved issue of order id od[protected] as mentioned in email dated 18th july 2020 that "our courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id od[protected] with the product being intact". as i previously mentioned that we are not denied to delivery but when we opened the packet and inside mobile box, it contains only charger and earphone. There was no mobile phone. that's why i complaint for product missing in the package. But my complaint was closed saying that "we’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id od[protected] with the product being intact." this is very unfortunate to me and for flipkart services, so, kindly re - enquire my issue and do the needful. Take initiative to resend the missing item or refund the amount from the seller.

              Many text messages received that says "issue resolved". Nothing clear about refund, return or providing missing product.

                Ps: please don't reply "we will revert on it". I have heard enough of that. Reply with detailed information about what happened and when you will deliver my product.

                This is a completely cheating process that you are doing right now. You gave me resolution date as 17th july, at 1 pm then again changed to 18th july, at 2 pm. Till now i didn't receive a call or message regarding update or delivery. What is this going on? Are you playing with my life daily?

                This was a prepaid product worth 55000 and now i can't get my laptop or money back. You are telling this matter is being taken seriously but i can't see that. How long should i wait to get my product on time? I want the update by today itself, the delivery date and everything. This will not be tolerated.

                Please call me back and it's urgent. This isn't something you have to play with. You are giving a resolution date for fun? No one contacted me regarding this. Whenever i contact customer care, they tell falsy information or to wait. This is not what is to be done to any customer. I have experienced a lot of stress and frustration by ordering this product.

                I want immediate action to be done in this matter. Call me within 24hrs for a resolution and delivery must be done asap because i ordered this laptop on 26th june and it's going to be one month.

                  Hi team, with order id#od[protected], i have purchased a tv on 23rd june, along with 2 year extended warranty. But the tv has some display issue so it replaced on 7 july 2020. The installation of the replaced tv happened on 11th july. On that day technician informed that tv serial number is mismatched with serial number mentioned in invoice. Therefore i have raised a issue with flipkart to update the invoice or take appropriate action for it.

                  They have promised resolution date given 16th july but afterwards no response, when ever i called customer care they just saying they're working on it.

                  Serial number on invoice is :123.
                  Serial number present on the tv received.

                      Dear consumer complaint it's been long i have contact flipkart about my order i'd od[protected]
                      And i have called their customer care too but they didn't tell me anything completly and more ove the incident is that they give me empty parcel but i order my redmi 8 mobile but they give me empty parcel and it contains damaged box of some speaker. And the tape is also like tampered. I have contacted cc of flipkart but they didn't tell me anything properly...
                      Please help me they didn't even mail me and when they place return request at my first req then the app suddenly said that issue is resolved by trouble shooting...
                      Please tell them to solve it and mail me on my respective mail id...

                        I placed an order for redmi 8 with order id od[protected]. I paid for my order online at the time of booking 23 june. I was promised delivery by 27 june. On 26th expected delivery date changed to 29 june. But the order didn't get delivered till 14 july and then i made a complaint so that my order get delivered. The order was shipped by flipkart's own courier ekart (Tracking no fmpp[protected]) but on 17th july i found that the order has been cancelled and refund initiated and will reflect by 29 july. This was a case of total fraud by flipkart in which they bound my money for more than a month and then even not giving me the order against which they took money from me. If the package got some issue in transit, they would have issued me a replacement. But they cheated me. Plz take strict action against flipkart so that this never happens again with anyone.

                          I ordered a tv on 22 june nokia 4k 139 cm tv i received tv on 27 june and installation date is 2 july and when i gst time i tart to watch but no response given by tv so i complaint on 6 june to flipkart and then technician came and analysis the tv make a vedio and then confirm to return the product then the dilevery boy came and dont uninstall said to uninstall by myself then i again complaint to flipkart but no result come out i tried 4 to 5 times no resolution always saying to wait for 24 to 48 hours and then again i have to call i want my money

                                      In warranty period I am complaint Marq By Flipkart, my ac run 31, 32 temperature then marq sent his technicians then install a parts but my issue not resolved, second time i complaint brand my ac run 31, 32 temperature but his last temperature 30, also mentioned it company provides manual book but without technicians visit my issue resolved then I complaint his Team Leader, Zonal manager, Regional Manger, Repair Section Head all are committed me resolved your issue also I provide all problem video in his whatsapp he also seen but no one solve my problem next day not received my call then once again I am mail brand, after two days I am receiving a message please contact our hotline number then I am contact brand hotline no his executive tell me our emails Handel his specialist team, our team sent this message so I can't help you. after completing all steps then I am complaint Flipkart 22 Jun 2020 but 1 times his team not contact me after 20day ago his team not contact me then I am mail escalation team head then he contact me and provided me return options and also created this and successfully uninstalled my product also but his team provide me refund so I am checked Flipkart return policy so clearly mentioned there Once Return Windows open & defect or determined showing then replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.In any case, only one replacement shall be provided Flipkart mentioned that his return policy but why seller provide me refund ? also I am share here his policy snapshot.10 to 15 email sent his team but escalation team no response and not resolved my issue 2 to 3month ago all are harassed me totally, I am a customer why i am run & also why brand, company harassed me mentally and why give me lot of tress also company boy threat me also so I demand here provide me compensation 15000.

                                      Flipkart forcefully tell me you accept refund but it's not Flipkart Return policy, I am checked Flipkart Return policy in this product but I can't see mentioned where refund system in this product, totally refund not mentioned where particular in this product Flipkart Return policy, this policy create Flipkart I am not so how seller provide me refund ?

                                      I am also say Marq by flipkart brand Repair Section Head Mr Kushal Singha he committed me but no resolved, it's whatsapp chat I share all videos and explain all issue but not help me also repair section head Kushal Singha also this person voice recorder available.

                                      It's totally elegal way so how I am accept it's ?
                                      Also I asked escalation team how you provide me refund in which rules & policy but he avoided this question only forcefully saying me seller provided only refund.I don't know how seller provides me refund In which policy ? But his team not provided me proved & not accept his own return policy.

                                      I am share here Flipkart Return policy in my particular product & also share how Flipkart Escalation Team forcefully say me you accept refund.

                                      without confirm me, my return refund request create, also not confirmed my bank details & not confirm my address so how my return create ?

                                      Ok i accept Flipkart create my return but not provide me replacement, only refund provide me but where is not mentioned refund regarding so how i accept it ? return policy create Flipkart i am not so why flipkart not accept his own policy ?
                                      Am I worng so you proof me also share me your proof otherwise accept your own policy.

                                      1st of all flipkart team shareing me wrong information Actually 14 July 2020 flipkart team create a return request & provide me refund options then i am check flipkart return policy in this particular product, mentioned there Once Return Windows open & defect or determined showing then replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost.In any case, only one replacement shall be provided, after check this policy i am immediately inform flipkart team via email then I am cancel it same day & 7days ago I am not receiving any reply, 15 July 2020 I am receiving a message Technician visit & uninstall your product today, also technicians comes to my home and successfully uninstall my product.19 july 2020 flipkart silently create a return request without confirming me. After few minutes ago I am receiving a message our Technician visit and uninstall your product then I was soked how is possible already uninstall successfully.
                                      Already my ac uninstall but once again I am receiving Tech visit & uninstall schedule, how it's possible and what is this ?
                                      Also I am share here all proved

                                      It's simple ans flipkart provide him full power & full support in this reason seller fly.

                                      I am see most popular websites all customers are wrighting there his many problem very clearly, why all are suffering particular in this seller ?

                                      Seller and flipkart don't do this type of work and stop your playing nature otherwise all customers are punished your company and consumers forum also punished you then no one save your company.

                                        Kindly note that the flipkart seller are not following the order was placed

                                        we ask something and they delivered something this is not just happened it is normal routine for flipkart

                                        when contacted customer service they take side for supplier to save them might be they are involved in this issues

                                        several times raised complaint but every order repeat same thing and flipkart didnt educate their customer service agent except tailor made program to speak not to understand customer (Sandeep very rude)
