Dear team

I hsve ordered the moblle in flipkart which was to be delivered on28/06/2020, the delivery vendor linked to flipkart is e kart, ekart doesnt have any communication channel and updated the customer care no which are not in use, no as mentioned:[protected]

Flipkart people are responsible for delivery of my itemas on 28/06/2020, i have spoken with the flipkart executive on same day i. E:28/06/2020, flipkart people doesnt have any data regarding the ekart people who is there delivery vendor, even they are unable to trace the vendor status and locality, i have suffered a lot, and i claim for the compensation for such type of issues, here the big thing i want to say that the flipkart doesnt have any data of their vendor, one of the flipkart customer care execitive said why u call customer care...!!!

    Solve my problem vs big case frauding against flipkart

    We can make a suggestion to flipkart that closing the account will do nothing. You first check on how to send a defective mobile seller

    Flipkart seller send defective product but same day and same day complaint problem and flipkart customer support provide replacement but i did not want to get a replacement. 23may 28 may many times delay and 21day ago my account blocked flipkart and after that i have been doing a lot of replies on emails but there is no reply from there. Call and email connect regular (We have been talked to flipkart cust

    After account blocked 1 one product delivered 419 rupess maybe but i already complaints no solve.. Wohhh sir flipkart serviceπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    Note.. #flipkart let us know that your system was called for 21 days, while we were already compliant and why it took you so long in the system and if i had to do it then why wasted my time. Time was always given your reservation date, but even then no hearing is done

    We are requesting the consumer complaint to kindly explain in flipkart customer support why the account was closed after 21 days whereas on the day the mobile was delivered, we complied and once my refund was accepted and after that my refund was canceled from his side and the replacement was also done once on 23 may. Thereafter, he was also canceled from there and was given a time. There was no reply on 28 may and also on 28 may. We sent them an email asking me to give me the reservation soon and why my account was closed on the 3rd, even though we had placed the order before the account was closed and even after giving it, that order also reached me. (Product delivered price 419) the old problem was not solved.
    I have proof that the call recording happened when i talked to the flipkart customer support team. Last june 18 and 20 when he told that in 48 to 72 hours your problem will be solved, but it did not happen. But we have complained to the nearest cusumer form on 19/06/20

    Flipkart had to close my account, so why waste so much time. Who makes up for it
    I'm sending some proof to this portal (Nch)

    We have integrated over flipkart with the help of the nearest consumer forum.

    To highlight this, it has also been uploaded to youtube and other site. (Public) will not be able to see. Try it.

    The video has been uploaded. Please wait for flipkart customer support for a few days and after some view on this video, you will definitely send a link to this video on email.
    Anyone will send a link to this video on social media. Ex :-facebook page, instagram, twitter inπŸ‘‰comment room.

    I have complete proof that we have received an email from the side of flipkart and I have replied to the entire email. Last email from flipkart 14 /06/20 And I am constantly replying to email and call. I also called the last call in flipkart on 18 June 20 and both were asked to wait for 48 to 72 hours and your problem will be resolved and all the talk I had His call recording is from flipkart customer support team. And all the time the resolution day is given> Yes or No answer is not given so what is the benefit of flipkart by wasting so much customer time. Yes or no, my problem would have been solved.

    You can simply say that your account will not be unblocked. Okay and we don't need anything. I will not reply even after that. Not even this consumer portal but I will tell you what is the customer?

    Flipkart explained why it wasted so much time in us. If you were doing this to people, then you would have told us directly that my account will not be unblocked. Why wasted so much time and my money is stuck. We still had my money back. With that, I have compiled the consumer but on the 19th we have compiled the consumer.

    Technical visits will be done. What was all this between May 13 and 26?So far your technical visit master is coming. Looks like something went wrong

    We do not want my mobile money, but want to see Flipkart being ruined.

          On march 19th 2020 i was ordered a mobile phone from flipkart via online payment.. But at that time lockdown happens and after that i contacted flipkart customer they had told me that your product will delivered soon and for this i raised too much complaint regarding my problem but team cant respond me after that on 23th june 2020 they was cancelled my product by its own and regarding my refund amount i again raised too much complaints but they continusly said that team will call.. Team will call.. But still flipkart team was not contacted me.

            Sir i had ordered 5 qty of mosquito killer lamp which was lowest offer this product so i had purchased on cod mode as the parcel delivery date was 29 june i got the parcel 2 days earlier

            When the delivery agent came and biker came i felt confuse i had ordered 5 qty and i got in small box.. When i open the parcel only 1 qty i had received immediately i had intimate flipkart executive and request them to raise the missing complaint of the product but after that seller had denied my refund request

            And my return request has been cancelled by seller and flipkart

            I had called customer care many times they told me u have to wait till 30 june till further update come

            Sir i m requesting to u please investigate this matter from u r end... Because i have pay 5 qty amount of the product and i got only 1 qty and remaining 4 qty product is not got to me please from u r help me

            I told many time to executive to check the footages where the product has been packed the box was packed properly there was no cut no any fraud activities on the box... The seller had given only 1 qty

            I had contacted customer care they told me seller want u r document of photo proof but i have not get any link to send the date of my documents

            I m attaching the photos of the box of the product and product and all my documents which seller required from me as executive told me.. Because i m not getting help from customer care not getting revert on email also

                  On 21 may 2020 i placed order for mens boxer vide order id od[protected] for rs 239/- the product was handed over to me on 23may which i returned on 24th may as it was substandard. I was assured i will be refunded my money rs 239/-, but till date i ve not recieved my refund though i have made several complaints and mails to them.

                    We have ordered bosch refrigerator from flipkart on 27.05.2020, it had to be said that the fridge has been promptly delivered on 04.06.2020. The have starts now, days passby but there's no sign of installation. So on 13.06.2020, we write about our issue of installation to flipkart. On 14.06.2020, we get a message that they are looking into it and they will update by 19.06.2020. Days passby and there's still no sign of installation. So, we raised another issue on 19.06.2020 that since there's no installation till date, please arrange for return and prices refund. Then, there comes email, that they apologise and give time till 20.06.2020, 9.00 pm to resolve the issue. That day goes by and there's still no sign of installation. So, we raised another request for return of the product. Now, we get a message and e-mail that installation and demo has been cancelled. So, we thought that the fridge will be picked up for return soon. Since, nobody has called us or there's no return request e-mail, we tried contacting them through toll free contact. The first two days, we werent getting through and we repeatedly got messages that we will get in touch with you followed by 'we couldn't reach you'. So finally, we got call back and they said that the issue will be resolved. But, neither anybody has turned up for installation or return pickup. So, on 28.06.2020, we got a call saying that the issue will be resolved within 12 hrs. But, we refused that we don't want installation, please arrange return, the customer executive was not that great and she refused that return cannot be accepted since the return window is already closed. But, since the installation has not been done even after 1 month, we don't want to keep the product and we want return and refund. We are not happy with the service provided.

                      Every product is showing out of stock in my location... I don't understand why though amazon is still delivering and taking orders... I wanted to buy a mobile and was looking forward and trying to order it for 1 week but it is still out of stock... Its not only the mobile and devices but all products are out of stock... Plz fix it.

                        I have ordered pristine multipurpose induction base steamer stainless steel steamer on flipkart through order id - od[protected] and paid rs. 763 for this through net banking on 19.06.3020.
                        The same amount i. E. Rs. 763 has been deducted from my sbi account with ref#igaiutjza1 on 19jun20.
                        Still it is showing payment unsuccessful.in the meantime more than 9 days has been passed but no refund has been received and flipkart is not resolving the issue. Please reslove the issue

                          Good afternoon flipkart team,
                          I am really disappointed from your service. Because i ordered a medical appliance (Control d white portable nebulizer) my order id is od[protected] on 18th june 2020. Which is gonma deliver on given date 23 june 2020. But due to irresponsible behaviour of your seller they can't able to send my delivery on time. This is very disappointed because you guys playing with medical emergencies. None of you cannot able to take the responsibility of the customer needs and i think medical appliances is on your top priorities. Back to the topic. Your team promised me that your product will deliver on 28th june for sure on a top basis. But you guys again failed. Its 4:10 pm in evening of 28th june. Till now none of your courier boy came for delivery. This is very sad to see in this time of medical emergency you guys are not enough ready to take your words worthy.

                            They have delivered damaged product. When i called them back, they agreed for replacement. But replacement never delivered. Then i asked them to cancel it & refund my money. They agreed but now they are telling we can’t return money.

                            If you ask for escalation, they will say will transfer to higher authority.
                            But they will put you on hold for 10 mins, then they will mention higher authority is not available.
                            Now their words is like sorry sir nothing can be done.

                              I have purchased onida tv from flipkart on dated 23/09/2017 with an extended warranty of 2 years from jeeves consumer services vide order id :od[protected].

                              My extended warranty policy number jppoffk134305 is valid from sep 25, 2018 to sep 24.

                              Currently, my tv is not working so i tried to raise a claim into jeeves but no one responded.

                              Later, i raised an issue with flipkart customer care on dated 13/06/2020.

                              I am continuously following the jeeves team but no one is responding.

                              Very very worst customer support of jeeves.

                              Later around 2 days ago, i had a word with flipkart regarding my tv not working and jeeves not supporting.

                              Please assist.

                                      Hi team,
                                      Good day, please understand my query. I ordered three herballife product in flipkart and when i received i got only two product. I informed your team and explained about the issue more than 10 to 15 times but still now i didnt get any proper response. All the time whenever iam contacing they are extending the resolution date. Its been month iam chasing with you folks but there is no luck. Iam not sure how your quality team is auditing the customer chat, if they are not able to answer they are simply transferring the chat to another agent and making customer more frustrated. There is no resolution through customer chat, mail, call. I am not sure how i need to contact apart from this. I cleared stated its product missing and i submitted the all the documents and if you want iam ready to provide more information. Package was torn out and side it was damaged. I kept the parcel as it as if you want you can sent your courier team to check the parcel and identify the issue, if you are nt able to take decision. Team as already told i contaced you folks in all channel but i didnt get solution and no proper answer. As per your team it should closed before 21st but there is no answer still aftr that they exyended to 24 th then they extended to 27th. Still we didnt receive any response from your team.. Only answer iam getting "we escalated your issue to concern team we will get back to you 48 to 72 hours" like this only its extending. I hope this will resolve before this month or else surely iam going to consumer forum. You folks really making customer so much frustated

                                        not exchanging my laptop under doa by asus

                                        Sir this is a very traumatic experience i had never pitched in so much money on an article, apart from that i have my online tests for which i have no laptop. You can rectify that from my college namely ncu gurgaon.
