I made a purchase for a ASUS laptop ( Model S430FA-EB006T with Serial No KCN0CX01E385491 ) from Flipkart - Order Id - OD[protected] which was delivered on 11th June. I was facing audio issues with the Laptop for which I raised a complaint with ASUS on 15th June. ASUS service engineer came and examined my laptop on 19th June and they found that there was some issue with the Mic and since they were unable to repair it they issued me DOA Letter on 2nd July mentioning that I could replace my laptop with a new one from the merchant ( Flipkart.com in this Case) by providing this DOA letter from ASUS.
So, after receiving the DOA letter from ASUS I had provided the document on 2nd July itself to Flipkart with the DOA letter and describing the chain of events. From Flipkart end and incident was created for this IN[protected] and I was assured from their side that they will get back to me by 6th July and issue would be resolved by then. Upon not receiving any further updates till 6th July, when I again dropped an email and called around 6th July EOD, Flipkart gave a new date i.e. 7th July. Now when again I did not receive any communication from their side on 7th July, I again followed up and they again gave a new “FALSE†date and again a “FAKE†assurance that my issue will be resolved by 8th July . So today is 8th July, today also I have not received any communication from their side and hence writing this email to you for resolution.
Even though I have a DOA letter from ASUS, it looks like Flipkart does not want to provide the legitimate replacement Laptop I should receive. This is outright fraud and cheating customers in the name of doing business. Also just to give you a perspective of since how long I have been following up on this, I had intimated Flipkart already when I was in the process of receiving DOA letter from ASUS just to make sure the process goes smooth. Still Flipkart chose to do this unfair practice and is continuing to do so.
I would request your urgent intervention on this as I am not getting any support from Flipkart end for this and all they are doing is harassment in the name of customer service. Request you to look into this.

Complaint marked as Resolved After many calls and complaints I email to
[email protected] and they took the initiative and solved the case within 4days, hope I would have get this email before.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Sayani88 As Flipkart said they will revert back, but Flipkart has not resolved my concern yet and is not responding to my calls or emails.

as you can see this order was placed on a flash sale event, and I wasted my time. but this ain't the only time this happening to me. if you can please check into my account related to the order id. I could barely place an order in flash sales. theoretically I can and you show me the order has been successfully placed but then after is the real issue happens. if the issue is as you mentioned of poor stockage trend of the seller then you must warn him not to approve orders surmounted above his stock capability if the message order placed successfully is showing because of this reason. more clearly saying; I don't wanna see order placed message if you are about to cancel it afterwards, that's it. if you can't give it you must say the stock is out. that's it. with that I could go on with my things rather than wasting time on your product page for nothing at 12pm occasionally.
