I have ordered a phone, ‘poco x2’ from Flipkart,
On 19th jun 2020. the product was supposed to be delivered on 22nd jun 2020, which was not done. For the same, i have called the Xpressbees courier company, which was assigned for the delivery, on 23rd jun 2020. They said me the package is under dispute it will be delivered soon. Next day, on 24th jun 2020, i have again called the Xpressbees for the delivery, they said “the package was torn from somewhere and we have Stopped the package and we have informed Flipkart about this this.” So they canceled the order on 24th jun 2020. From that day, Flipkart is just giving the dates on which the problem will be solved. Date after date, am calling them every day and they are just extending the date of refund. I want my refund as soon as possible. I am from a poor family, and ₹ 18, 499 is very important in this pandemic. Please resolve this.

    I ordered boat rockerz 255f pro and done payment by paytm upi so money is debited from bank but in flipkart it shows " order not placed. Your payment is not confirmed by bank. So i want my money back.

        I have ordered grocery on 1st july, 2020. My paid order number is od[protected] and there were 32 items in it. According to flipkart this order was supposed to be delivered on 2nd july, 2020, i have received only 1 item on 2nd july, 2020 out of 32 items. Rest 31 items are not yet be delivered. Where is the order, why it’s not yet delivered? When i will received my order.
        I am calling at flipkart customer care from last 5 days but there is no appropriate resolution have received till date, which is ludicrous.
        Flipkart team has harassed me like anything. Due to this, i am going through mentally stressed. Is this kind of service you are providing to your customer, which is not acceptable?
        Pls cancel me order and returned my money. After this i will deactivate my account with flipkart and never purchase anything through flipkart and suggest the same to all my known.
        Looking forward for an urgent reply

          Dear sir, i have ordered a 3 piece cookware set. I got it on 4th july 2020 but when i opened it i was shocked. There was an one product (Kadhai) is missing and the handle of tawa is also broken. So i request for return on the spot. But in night i got a mail from flipkart and they are asking for my adhaar.
          Here is the point that i cannot sale my data for a 1000 rs. Product. Now it's been 72 hours as i said that i didn't provide them any type of id proof so the marked as resolved my issue. Shame on you flipkart.

          After I post a complaint on consumercimplain.in, there was a mail comes from flipkart that we will contact you in 24 hours. But still I didn't get any mail or calls from flipkart. This is the service of flipkart to the customer. I request you to take necessary action.

            I puschased a zoomcar coupon on the flipcart site the coupon stats 50 %flat off and 70 %cashback now when i tried to use that coupon it says expired but the coupon expiry is after 30 july 2020. When i contacted the customer care on 28 june 2020 they told me that it would be resolved till 1st july but on 2nd july they message me that it would be solved till 2nd july till 09.00pm but not solved after this i agin contacted customer care again they told me it would be solved in 24 hr or 48 hr then i waited but no result after this i again tried on 6th july the same reply i got from the flipcart customer care no proper response from them just same answer which is of no use
            I have tried 3 times to contact and my problem is not solved till date kindly help me regarding this. My number is [protected]

                  On 23 jun, i paid for an order of a mobile mi mix 2 from flipkart website through my indian bank debit card, after one day, the order got cancelled, and i got a message that refund has been processed by seller on 24 jun. And flipkart support told that the money will be credited by jul 2, now it has been 7 july and i haven't received any refund from the flipkart seller.

                  I tried contacting the flipkart customer support but they told me that the money has been credited by the seller to your account, and i raised an issue from their support center. Then i got a mail that you need to contact your bank to get your refund. Then i contacted my bank, they told me that they need the arn no, as the transaction was made using indian bank debit card. Then i contacted flipkart support but they didn't tell me anything more. Now i have been stuck in this situation where i haven't got any refund for my payment. Please help me in this issue because both flipkart and indian bank are not hearing my complaint. I have attached the proofs below. If this complaint reaches to flipkart, then please send my money back. The bank is not raising my issue so i expect if flipkart could help me by giving the detail of payment done by seller

                    Hi.
                    I had purchased the mi led from flipkart which was delivered last thursday. I had contacted flipkart several times but they failed to do so. But till date it's installation is not completed. I would like to request installation of the product asap, on or before 7th july is much preferred, since i would need some time to fully test out the tv for any defects else initiate a refund for the same.

                        From past 15 days i am being harrassed by a pickup of wrong product delivery by flipkart. Whenever i speak to the flipkart customer service about it they tell me to wait for 24 to 48 hours for resolution. But so 15 days have passed like this yet they are not resolving this issue of refund and puck up.

                          From more than half a month (more than 15days) i am waiting for the pickup of a wrong order delivered to me by flipkart. Every time whenever i speak to the customer service they say me to wait for 24 to 48hours for the puck up for my refund to happen. But over 15days has past like this which consists of so many 24 and 48 hours yet the product pickup and refund didn't happen. And they are not responding with an authentic resolution.

                            I placed the order on 12 th june'20 and it has been more than 24 days and no update regarding dispatch /delivery date from flipkart.

                            With repeated interaction to the customer service team i'm getting only resolution dates, that too are getting postponing and no concrete updates.

                            I ordred the item based on their estimated delivery and such a long waiting is not serving my purpose of buying.

                            If the seller is not responding flipkart should take action and forced them to cancel the order. Keeping the customer waiting for such a long time is not acceptable at all.
                            Since there is no shipment and no update in the last 24 days from the seller, flipkart should interect with the matter with priority.
                            I am facing this type of problem second time with flipkart.

                            Sorry but response from flipkart is so poor and this is true.

                            Pl act and cancel my order asap..

                            Today 15th July and no action from flipkart. This is total disappointment. Surprised, why flipkart is not able to resolve this issue.
                            I ordered this item with some specific purpose and since flipkart is not cancelling this order, my money has stuck and I’m not able to order from others good.

                              I had purchased an MI android TV from flipkart, that got delivered on 30th of june, 2020. But even though the TV installation was scheduled on 2nd of july, as notified by flipkart, the installation didn't take place, and it has now been 6 days, that the TV is sitting there without any installation.

                              I would like to request installation of the product asap, on or before 8th july is much preferred, since I would need some time to fully test out the tv for any defects.

                                I don't understand those who are following all rules and regulations still suffering from your customers care executive and courier boys. Due to covid 19 effect, if flipkart has tightened it rules for them so they are doing fake complaints, extra marked complaints due to that we customers are getting marked as blocked. Few days back i had called, email to you and time was provided 6 jun20'..4:00 p. M. Bt i didn't receive a single response. So shameful and mismanagement of huge chain.
                                Please i request u to unblock my account because it was not my fault... Most of the time i got my courier opened or non flipkart packing or sometimes it was single piece or broken. Whenever i complained to delivery man, he forwarded wrong remarks like unmatched, different item. Already i didn't get my huge money back from previous orders bt whenever i complained.. I don't know what showed in systems that they blocked my account... Still i m sitting quietly and writing mail... Bt if i will get no loyal judgement and response from your side so i can knock the doors of consumer forum that without my fault as a customer i am suffering for a long time and besides of hearing my problem flipkart had blocked my account.

                                  1. Order placed on ~15th jun 2020.
                                  2. Delivered on 17th jun 2020
                                  3. Samsung technician visit and unboxing on 18th jun 2020
                                  4. Damaged item was cancelled on 18th jun 2020
                                  5. Still my item is lying idle as on 30th jun 2020
                                  6. It was informed that technician will visit on 7th jul 2020
                                  7. Today i see that my replaced order expired on return policy ended on 27th jun, wherein i have rejected the damaged item on 18th jun 2020

                                  Support us in this regard, we require replacement and cash of 2.00.000 lak for making customer go to these hardship.

                                        I ordered 2 sarees and they delivered only one saree and they are not ready to refund the missed product money.
                                        I have the received packet and saree as a proof.
                                        This is not a small issue, they are just cheating customers.
                                        Each saree worth 1088, that's not a small thing in this carona time.
                                        It's clearly showing that packet won't sufficient for 2 sarees.
                                        I am ready to fight against flipkart/seller in court as well.

                                        I am not sure why Flipkart people are requesting me to share voter Id, Pan card, Aadhar card?
                                        Here issue is very simple and if they send any executive then also i will show him the package cover and product. It's clear that seller sent only one product instead of 2.

                                        I can say one thing if flipkart entertain this kind of fake sellers then some day they will also be like Snapdeal for sure.

                                        Flipkart customer support is just worst, they are not even responding. I am not sure how they can cheat people like this?

                                        Till now no one from the customer support reached me, Flipkart CCARE is not at all useful towards customers, they are helping fake sellers. If like this happen then one day for sure they will be like snapdeal.

                                        i am contacting flipkart from a month and till now they didn't responded. I called them emailed them but no use. Flipkart also not trust worthy.

                                        Can any one help me how to file a complaint/case on flipkart.
