Dear flipkart,
I ordered a laptop from your app on 11th of june, 2020. I was promised a delivery date on the 18th of june. As you can probably tell from my email, you didn't fulfill your promise.
It's been 12 days since i've been waiting for my order. The only updates i get are from the customer service when i call them myself. The lack of courtesy from this company really disappointed me. I expected more from such a reputed organisation.
I've been calling everyday for the past few days (5 days), and all your executives tell me that they cannot assure that the item will be delivered, inspite of it being a pre-paid order.
Since, my order was a high-value order, i expected much more priority on this from your end. All i got was a maximum resolution date, which is not a satisfactory excuse for a bad service.
I hope that this reaches the right person who can take the necessary action to deliver my order as fast as possible. Please act on this before it turns into a bigger issue.
