Dear madam/sir
My flipkart account [protected]@gmail.com has been disabled by flipkart said, "u have bought lots of items" that's why your account has been disabled

Flipkart should give me a notice or warning before disabling my account.
I have purchased everything for my family, i have 8 members in the family (
They can't use online shopping. Last year's i do marriage (Two sisters), that's why i have purchased lots of items.
This is very unfair to me
I requested to activate my account as soon as possible

      The delivery is poor and lazy, they wont even let us contact the delivery persons

          I am using samsung galaxy s10lite purchased on feb 5th 2020. Today when i checked in samsung shop on offers for u section it asked me to check the eligibility when i clicked it asked for imei and when i enter imei otp has been sent to other contact number which i never used. Is it showing because my mobile is already used before i purchased.. I demand a replace in my mobile if it is the case.

          I am Shaik Babji From Bangalore, I have purchased Samsung Galaxy S10Lite Smart phone in Feb 5th 2020 From Flipkart.

          Today when is Checked in Samsung shop there is a option Offers for you, when I clicked on it, it is asking me to Check whether my device will Eligible to offers or not,

          When I clicked on check Eligibility- It asked me to enter the IMEI number, when I enter the IMEI number a otp has been sent to the Number which I never user on my Mobile phone to activate.

          When I call to Samsung they told it is the phone number with which your phone is activated. I told them I am using only two mobile numbers from past 5 years, then they asked me to send a email to Samsung.

           

          @Flipkart @samsung why it is showing wrong mobile number which I didn’t used to activate my mobile.

          If it is showing correct mobile number then I got second hand mobile.

          I want this to be fixed.

          I want this phone to be replaced with a New one, Because it is already activated with other contact number I never used.

           

          This is really disgusting act, if we trust on online shopping and purchase a product which cost thousands of rupees and ur sellers cheating us by selling old used mobile phone.

          I Got a call yesterday(22st july 2020) and the customer support agent informed me that he is going to raise a REFUND request, today on 21st july 2020 Flipkart Jeeves technician came to check my mobile and he told, he only considers if there is any hardware issue or any manufacturing Defect. I shown him the issue i am facing but he told i cant resolve it. Technician told he came to check the Adapter issue as per Flipkart udpdate to them.
          I told my mobile dont have any hardware issue, It is showing others contact number which i never used and otp is going to unknown mobile number.

          Mobile price when i purchased: Rs.39999.00
          Mobile price Now in Flipkart - Rs.42999.00

          @Flipkart @Samsung if you guys are going to give me rufund i want the present Mobile cost.
          Else replace my mobile with the same model and Colour.
          If you give me the refund as per my purchase price, then i cant buy the same model new mobile now.
          If that is the case i dont want refund i want replacement, else give me a Refund of Present Price as per flipkart sellers. so that i can purchase a new phone.

              Hey,
              I am kuldeep chaudhary i ordered a zippo fuel lighter from flipkart website but i get the different item i recieved and if trying to return or refund that item i am gonna be blocked i am calling your custumer care team they don’t resolve my problem yet only they giving me different dates and times please make refund now i really nead that.

                                This is a complaint against order id od[protected], for dell inspiron 14 5000 series core i3 8th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) 5482 2 in 1 (14 inch, silver, 1.7 kg, with ms office).

                                The order was placed on 13th june 2020, with the expected delivery date as 21st june 2020.

                                So far i havnt received my order.

                                I first contacted the customer care on 21st june 2020, inquiring about my order and was told to wait for a day more.
                                Then again i contacted the customer care on 23rd june 2020, and there was no response from them. They asked me to wait again and that they would get back to me. As my complaint had been registered and it would take upto 6-7 working days.

                                I waited for another 3 days and contacted them back again on 26th june 2020 and 27th june 2020.
                                They said that my issue would be resolved by 1st of july and that they are launching a complaint to the supplier and logistics team as my order has reached the nearest hub on 16th june 2020 and has still not been delivered.

                                Then on 29th june 2020, i received a call from flipkart to cancel my order and re-order again.

                                I replied in negative saying that i wont cancel my order as the product in that price is out of stock and when i checked again the price has increased by rs. 16, 000, which is a huge amount. Even though the seller is same - corseca.

                                The date of issue resolution was changed to 9th july 2020

                                After a few more calls with the flipkart customer executive, they assured that the product would be delivered by 16th july.
                                On 16th july when the product was not delivered i contacted the customer care again and they told me to wait for 1 more day.
                                But on 17th july 2020, my order was automatically cancelled. Without any updates.

                                As i contacted the customer care and asked to speak to a senior, i was put on hold for over 30 mins without any response.

                                No resolution was given for my problem, and the order was cancelled without any confirmation from my side.

                                  I bought an ifb washing machine from flipcart, which has been installed on 18th july 2020. The problem is that the error button is clicked in the machine running condition and in rinse and spin operation. When in mixed fabrics mode, wollen mode is automatically turned on.
                                  In this covid situation, the company should be checked and a product should be sent to prevent outsiders from coming to the house again and again. Now it is better to tell me what to do.

                                  No flipcart says 23 july technician will visit where the status of the product will be updated by him although i have already sent them the video where it is seen that there is a problem with the product. He also said that the product will be packed on the 26th of july which means someone will come again. And the 3rd august pickup means one again. And on 5th august i can get refund. So this pandemic situation on the one hand and the need for the product emergency so much embarrassment in it has made me very worried.

                                    I had ordered boat aavante bluetooth sound bar on 24th june and delivery promise was on 29th june. But till date (19th july) it haven't delivered. Approched customer care many times, but no resolution. Only thing they want me to do is wait for 48 hours. I want my product to be delivered asap.

                                    Most importantly the escalation matrix of flipkart is worst. The customer care agent haven't forwarded me to the supervisor not even one time.

                                      The product was delivered on 10th july. I wore it for a while but the performance of the watch was very bad and looked kind of defective. So i filed a return request which has been rejected 2 times and according to return policy, last date of return is 20th july. They don't call me, just a sms which say unable to reach you. I tried contacting customer care nobody returned a call in 10 days. This watch was worth 3500rs. I was a return and refund!!!

                                        I purchased a painting from flipkart and made the payment of the same through flipkart pay later and i receievd the product on 2nd of july and opened it on 3rd of july instead of the painting i ordered i had received a much costlier embossed 3d painting from the seller and i tried to place a return request around 10 am in the morning but due to some error in application i could place the same then i retried at around 11 am and i was shown message in my app that my account has been blocked and recieved a mail that all your orders stands cancelled and you wont be able to login into your account again. Now the problem is that my pay later bill was generayed on 1st of july for an amount of 1533/- and the last date of payment was 10 of july but because of the fact that my account is blocked i am unable to make payment of the same and not only this i had informed the company about the said problem in making payment of the dues but all turned out to be futile. And even requested the company to either unblock my account for a day so that i can clear the dues or provide me a special link for making payment of dues. And on one hand company is saying that all your orders stand cancelled now when orders are cancelled then what for are they charging money what for they are sending me mails and emails regarding payment of pending dues of flipkart pay later and also imposing penalty. When orders are cancelled then nothing can be charged against cancelled orders. Then nothing remains pending. Flipkart please clarify it if you want that dues be paid of i am ready to pay off the dues.

                                        Sir first thing that my return request was not at all placed and second thing is that now the return period for the product has also exhausted. Now the only thing left is that i am reciving emails and calls and messages daily regarding payment of flipkart pay later dues. Now what to do for that they are imposing penalty day by day. Please provide a resolution for that. Either bear the pending dues or provide an option for making a payment. I am ready to pay off the dues. Either unlock my account fot a day or provide a special link for payment.

                                        And as regards unsual number of return request i would like to inform you that i have been a flipkart plus customer and i have been shopping heavily all time and always gave it a preference over amazon. And moreover i am not fond of placing return request it was due to wrong product sent by your sellers and moreover this year there would have been a maximum of 3 returns which are negligible as compared to orders placed. And this time also i was trying to place return request for the benefit o[censored]r seller so that no loss is incurred to him as he had sent a very beautiful and much costlier art piece instead of painting that i had ordered.
