    I have ordered Lotto shoes with order ID OD[protected]. But what I received was completely different model and size which was of no use to me. I files replacement request but was cancelled. I again talked to customer care and again raised replacement request but again was cancelled by flipkart. When I raised comolaint, everything was in order. like raised the complaint same day I received order and my request was genuine. I urge everyone not to use flipkart as they don't value your hard earned money.

      Flipkart team delivered a defective washing machine and they admitted that they will pickup the product and refund the money. As per their promise it supposed to be picked up in march and i was given with multiple dates for pickup may14, 31, june8, 9, 10, 29, 30, july 8, 9. I got a below message on july 2nd "return update: pickup services have resumed and your bosch 7 kg fully automatic front load silver is scheduled to be picked up by 09 jul 2020. Please keep all items received ready in the product box, along with the tags, accessories, and the invoice for a seamless pickup experience. Kindly note, the pickup date is subject to change based on the government guidelines for your zone. Thanks for your patience. Regards, flipkart" but in their website, they have cancelled the pickup on july 3rd. I have lost in flipkart company, i have almost spent 32000 rupees and mentally under depression for more than 4 months starting from march 7th to till date. Please consumer forum, interfere into this situation and do the justice or else i have to take weird decision like commit suicide. Being a middle class family, i know what is the value of 32000 especially during corona pandemic. I have already detailed everything in ticket 2073373. Company replied that they have tried to connect me and asked for alternative number. I have almost raised 42 complaints and in every complaint i have provided my alternate numbers but they didn't provide any resultion.         As i'm purchasing a mobile for my friend. Due to flash sale i ordered it to his address. And after that they blocked my account. Even complaining they still didn't unblock it.
        Kindly help me regarding this. Supercoins were pending in that account.

          Sir,

          I had purchased a Huami Amazfit GTS Smartwatch with Order Id is OD[protected] in flipkart online merchant on 08.03.2020 for an amount of Rs.9999/- and transferred the amount through my debit card EMI. On the same day I was cancelled the item duly requesting my money back. Further, The flipkart was accepted my cancellation request and they given a refund reference No. IN[protected] and message to as "We’d like to confirm that the seller has refunded Rs 9999/- to your State Bank Of India account on 08 Mar 20 with the reference number: IN[protected]. This amount should have been credited to your account by now"

          But, the amount was not credited to me...

          Further, I was contacted to flipkart merchant through customer care department which is amount not refunded to me. They were suggested to me as "You may contact the bank and raise a dispute form in "Charge back" and the same was done myself in bank.

          In this movement, the bank was opened a loan account which i transferred through debit card EMI pre-approved loan for an amount of Rs.9999/- and charge the interest to me and deducted EMI from 04/2020.

          So many times, I went to the bank as well as contacted to the flipkart, but my problem has not solved till to date.

          Finally, the bank authorities had checked and verified of my bank account and its confirmed as "the amount was not credited from 08.03.2020 to till to date i.e. 05.07.2020 and also the provided refund reference No. IN[protected] is invalid and its a fake reference". Further I was closed my pre-approved loan account from my OWN FUNDS. and paid including Interest of 2 months.

          In the above circumstances, totally the flipkart is a very fraud and failed to refund my money even lapse of 5 months... it is very negligence of the flipkart and not perused, not verified, not initiate the refund my money..

          I am suffering and facing much difficult with the flipkart, because I am very poor as a financial problems..

          So, please verify and take action against the flipkart to refund my money including my damages also

          I am providing all the details and the same are herewith attached which is I was done in these 5 months

          Further it is also informed that, I was complained in your Consumer forum website previously...

          We would like to let you know that the seller has refunded the amount for order id (Order ID: OD[protected] on[protected] and it should have been credited within by 19th March 20.

          We request you to reach out to your bank's customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the refund reference number: (ARN No: IN[protected]) to know your refund status. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance department and they will surely help you out.

          Sir, the flipkart is sending every time like the above message, but they are not initiating to refund my money if you are not solve my problem, i will approach the court as per legal action against flipkart management as per available records including penal damages. because I am suffering from March, 2020 on the refund my money Rs.9999/-. thanking you
          But, its a fraud by the flipkart merchant, so many times the same message was given to me... but the amount was not received... thats why i complained in your consumer compalints Indian consumer complaints forum... Please take action against the flipkart and solve my problem

            I have been purchase a IFB 6 KG washing machine.On 26th june Installation person came and make the installation then when I use it make noise. Then I call to the installation person he says he will come tomorrow. On 27th june come to me and find the product is damaged from outside back. He told me return the product because it's a damaged. I make return the product and there was given a time to technical person will visit on 2nd july but no one came and then give a date on 4th july. Still now no one came to approve the return. I call to customer care many time but they tell me only for waiting. In this time my EMI will be start and O have to pay extra interest also. My money also engeged and I can't utilities the product. Now I get a message my problem will be short out on 9th july. It's too much for waiting and I feel tension that they will not return my money. There have also no exchange option.             It's a high value products but they are not so sincere . I feel too much worried about this. if exchange possible then do it. I have no issue on exchange also. Only speedy procedure requested otherwise I have to pay EMI and interest also...

              Reason for compliant:- i have order product from flipkart on 23rd july bcoz good offer for product seen, after ordering product i have started tracking product (Also attached pic of delivery track for reference), later product reach to nearest hub, and also tracking details showing same, i was waiting for delivery agent boy contact number with pin but neither msg receive form delivery agency nor no call and product got cancel on 28th june without informing. Need reason for this
              Also product was prepaid, if i want to cancel my order than y i should order prepaid, payment mode was by credit card which i converted the amount in emi with processing fees for same.
              Tried calling many time spoke to many people (You can check call history in system, ans also way i talk to them after this bad service) but they cannot provide any solutions told sorry sorry sorry but they are sorry cant pay my processing fee and emi and apart from them y i didnt told to transfer my money
              For an example:- if i buy a product from market than that product is mine, not the seller. So seller should give the product to mine, i will see what to do with my product not an seller.
              Please i need revert on this... Flipkart is doing fraud with me... And i am regular buyer of flipkart if this doesn't resolve i will circular this in review...

                While doing google pay transaction some error came and payment got debited from my account but order not placed
                From the yesterday i have been raising complaints about this i called both sbi bank and flipkart customer care but nobody responding properly. Bank has given transaction id and said amount is delivered to the other party.
                Flipkart customer care told me that your amount will be refunded in 24 hours but it still not done yet.

                    My flipkart account number is [protected] an my order it is OD[protected] . Realme buds air of 3999. I have ordered realme buds air on 1st July and it is delivered on 3rd July. I am shot a unboxing video .After unboxing I will open the buds box then after I will see that the colour of the buds is different then what I ordered. I will call immediately to the customer service that I will ordered the buds in white colour and received in yellow colour . Then they do not do anything that they are unavailable to put refund or replacement request. As there is a technical issue. And they said that you will do yourself in the my order section . On my order section I will be unable to do anything as it's as that for any query contact your branch authorised service centre. then I will call brand authorised service centre and side that I will ordered white colour buds but I will receive yellow colour. then decide jewel contact your shop for any merchant where you want to purchase the buds. And said they will do when there is a defect in the item not in the case of different colour received. Then I am call again to Flipkart customer service there again said that there is a technical issue after 2 days so I am unable to do anything and the customer service is also unable to do anything so tell me that what I do now.o am in strees

                      I have ordered 2 pairs o[censored]nisex blue flip flops slippers size 7 along with one boat 235v2 bluetooth headset and crocs reviva women blue flip flops. All items have been delivered except 1pair o[censored]nisex blue flip flops slippers as mentioned above.
                      Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      How long will it take to recieve my missing pair of flip flip flops. And now after talking to flipkart's consumer service they told me to return my order, after that they told me to replace my order and when the delievery man came he rejected the return or replacement saying that the package is empty. Package would obviously be empty as I have not recieved the item. After that when I requested for a refund you have denied my request and blocked my account saying detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history.I mean this is height of insanity first you told us to make those returns now you are blocking my account.

                      Kindly make an arrangement to get me my missing pair of flip flops or get me my refund for them.The details of order are already sent to you.
                      But, then also I am attaching a picture of my order.
                      How long will it take to recieve my missing pair of flip flip flops.                         Hey flipkart team, it's 4 months for today that my account was banned from playing games... I know that seller is disabled my account from playing games...! For how many days 😒 it's already 4 months... I never expected such cheap, poor decisions taken by a big platform like flipkart 👎🏻👎🏻... Flipkart is losing their value by taking such cheap decisions... I hope you unblock my game zone account... 😒...

                              The dimension of the table that is ordered show different details in 3 different places.

                              1. In the images it shows 45Inches (84cm) X 30 In X 30 In.
                              But 45 Inches is not 84 cm !!! This is so wrong

                              2. In the Specifications section
                              "Table dimension" it says

                              Table Width : 84 cm
                              Table Height : 76.2 cm
                              Table Depth : 76.2 cm

                              3. But also, the the same "Table dimension" section it says:
                              Other Table Dimensions : Dimensions:- Table: Length 46 inch x Width 35.4 inch x Height 29.9 inch

                              My mistake was to take image reference and order the table thinking its 45Inch table.

                              Now since Im seeing different details in different places, Im confused and deeply worried what to expect on delivery.

                              The seller information is not available to check the correct dimenstion.
                              As this item does not have cancel option after 24Hr of booking its such a bad transaction.

                                I had placed order for roadster shirt on 27th of june and I had not recieved my delivery even till yesterday
                                I had raised my complaint many times and support agent at flipkart promised me that my order will be delivered before 9th of July and when I contacted them again yesterday they cancelled the order themselves without my permission. I've wasted my time and internet to select a good shirt for my dad and waited for flipkart sale to begin and placed the order when the sale started! Today the same shirt is priced more than double, and they just cancelled it! If I contact the customer care they said we cannot do anything for that we're really sorry, we cannot give you compensation or for same price it's upon the seller! If that is the case then does flipkart has no responsibility? Is it just a platform for sellers to sell and make money and chest people by sending used products or is it on the side of consumers?
                                I am being so cheated by flipkart that they made me waste my time and everything to select my product and without notice they cancelled the order and they are so helpless and desperate to play with consumers, I asked the support agent to connect me to their higher authority or manager and they said no we cannot do that and cut the call!

                                  Ordered a brand new iphone thru flipkart with 7 days replacement policy, the product is defective, am unable to activate, flipkart doesn’t have replacement option, expect me to deal with apple

                                    I have ordered small washing machine which is only washer no dryer included and the top of the machine was not fitted, so we wanted to return the product and get the refund amount but the flipkart customer support said that only defective product can be returned and we didn't see the total product completely, and they said it cannot be returned, our money wll b wasted, please help regarding this issue

                                      I am pravin from Dindigul, I have health issues and working Online from home. I also do online surveys for which I get Amazon or Flipkart gift vouchers Payment it's validity for 1 year from the date of Received Payment. I started adding vouchers from February 2020 in Flipkart wallet "afer my previous voucher balance is over". Total 45 cards net worth 24500₹ out of 45 cards 44 cards validity expired only after February 2021 only one card value 500₹ expired October 2020 till 23rd June my  balance remains 24500₹ but on 24th June when I chrck my balance they debited 4700₹ from 7 vouchers without any purchase done at Flipkart out of 7 Voucher 6 worth 700₹ each & onewone worthvworth 500₹ All 7  tvouchers validity remains till  jan - june 2021.

                                      I complaint about the issue in customer support one lady called me 4 days back ask full details about my issue then ask card numbers & said cardi still in validity it's midtake from Flipkart end we will activate the card within 48 Hrs & then I call you & assist to add card agsin in wallet. They didn't call me more than 3 days afterwards I raised a complaint again same person called me and said contact the provider . I said money is in Flipkart wallet for more than 2 months how could you say to ask provider. She said again give as 48 hours but when check my status ofsof my complaint she closed my complaint as issue resolved . I need to log a complaint against Flipkart I have full evidence even voice record of the conversations. Plese take further action. Here the conversation voce record google drive link

                                      I also share the screenshots of my balance amount in June 4th which I shared with my friend on whatsapp at that time my balance is 21109₹ afterwards I add 11 gift vouchers worth 3400₹ (8 cards worth 500₹ each, 1 card worth 200₹ & 2 worth 100₹ each ).Â
                                      I purchased things using Credit card or debit card or Flipkart pay later options but d"purchase any products busing Wallet Money I saved this money for further purchase". But they detected my money for nothing even validity remains till 2021 .

                                      Please log s complaint against them and take necessary action. I think most of them affected by the same issue but Flipkart not taking any steps to solve it.

                                      My Registerd email [protected]@gmail.com yesterday some one called me and and just try to accept her answer. She just pointing others for the issue. I need a tamil speaking person to contact me to attend my issue after speaking with them I provide the necessary information . They just ask me for further information I ask her to arrange tamil speaking person in email itself but she coloed my complaint as issue resolved. It's nit fair for Flipkart doing like this without providing proper response

                                      On July 7 all my friends who facing this issue has get refund money back to their wallet but only my 7 cards not available . My card status changed from "Deactivated to Not Activated" whenever I contact customer support they mentioning be possible wait for 24 to 48 hours but it's already 22 days Flipkart purposely holding my cards from activation. The voucher provider also replies me clearly on 9th July " Cards are working fine all my friends get refund money back on July 7 th July itself. How 24+ members get refund except me.now Flipkart is fully responsible for the loss of my money from wallet

                                      Resend rhe email but Flipkart not respecting it's valid customer who purchase over 10k every month so I already deleted all my debit & credit cards saved in Flipkart.. You are not responsible
