I raised my request for return my Item at same day delivery on 12 Jun, 2020. And Your seller accept my return request and gave me 19 Jun, 2020 for return and 26 Jun, 2020 for refund amound. But he delayed return date I did not come to take return and than after 19 Jun on 23 Jun, 2020 I again massage them for return than I refused for return and said that It is out of period for return so sir this is not my fault your seller or delivery person did not come for return whereas I placed my request at same same on delivery so how I delayed this. Please I want to return this and I want to get my refund I am so sad for this behavior your executive also did not call me for any response I tried to call the many times but they gave me only a short missed call and massaged me we are not able to connect you. so what is this answer. I am not happy with this. I am your long time ago customer so please give me my refund because I made my all queries on correct time and I raised my request for return on correct time. So please work on that seller. And I want my refund.

    My order id is OD[protected] and i ordered samsung galaxy s9+ on and around 19th may received it by 22 may, i received a damaged product and it was heating very badly, i raised complaint for many times, but the company scheduled a technicians visit for 3 times in which the technician even agreed that the phone is heating but they did not accepted it. Here are the screenshots attached of the same.

    Then later just cuz i filed a complaint against them they agreed to get it replaced and one of their executive agreed that if the new device will have the same issue they will get it returned and i would get the full refund for the same. But as expected the device is giving same issue and they again getting me involved into the loop, i am a lawyer myself and as their policy if the device is damaged they should provide me a return option with full refund. Here are all the screenshot that the temperature of both the device is above 50° at home, if we go outside it can even burst. The person who confirmed me that they will return the device was Noor Ayesha from Flipkart.

    And now that i have covid+ patient at my house they even said we will send the technician, the technician visits many places but their executive said and agreed that you can co-ordinate with and tell when and where he can come even after hearing the whole scenario.

    For my replacement they tolde a technician visit would be there but no technician called me. They have my main number and also an alternate number but they did not call and i am getting msgs of failed attempts. Here is the screenshot of the same.

        I had ordered elica silver colour kitchen chimney on dated[protected]Order id: od[protected] from flipkart online e-commerce website.
        But i have received wrong product (Elica blue colour chimney) on dated[protected]. When chimney installation person came on[protected] and unbox the chimney, we found that we received wrong chimney that i had placed replenishment order of the same chimney. But without any intimation flipkart refused to replenishment of that chimney. I am continuously taking follow up but didn't get response.

        I had paid ₹4999 for that silver elica kitchen chimney.

                  I placed an order for the study table on june 1, 2020 via flipkart vide order number - od[protected]. The expected delivery date was 15june2020 however i did not get any information about the order until 15june the tracking details showed only order was shipped by the seller and no other details, i reached out to flipkart customer care many times, reached out via email, chat etc but no luck even they didn't have any info and asked me to wait till 15 june but i got a message that the order couldn't be delivered and will be delivered by 22 june. Again no status update on the order not even origin, where is product right now or nothing related to the product was available on the flipkart side. Again i called one 100 times spoke to them and the executive promised that the order will be delivered on 22 june before 7 pm and within few hours i got a message that it will be delivered on 27th june, so i kept calling them and asked for delivery agent details or at least to let me know the location where the product is presently. But they are not sure since i have got multiple promises on the delivery date am very sure that i will not get the product on 27 june, 2020 also, so i decided to place the cancellation also. Flipkart exec has no information about the order, no idea about the delivery partner but they want me to wait until 27 which i cannot do and asked them to cancel but they were rude saying we cannot help you and you have to wait until 27 june. But i am sure the delivery date will be changed to july 5 and so on.

                  Its pathetic to know that flipkart do not know about their seller or any info about the order and anything. So sick of you guys, why are you guys even exist in the market, go learn from other ecom websites. Refund my money, will never use flipkart.

                  You guys are total useless people, Seller reached out to me a couple of days back saying the item has been returned to him due to the lockdown and asked to cancel the order, however even after repeated calls and messages you guys are not even helping. I want to cancel the order and refund my money.

                    I have ordered oneplus at flipkart app 7 on march 2020, now it is 2020 june, they stated march 23 it will be delivered date and since now not delivered after paying 30000rs online, after calling flipkart repeatedly daily they use to give a hope it will get delivered now then or yes we will update your concern without providing any valuable informations, they made me to frustration and by giving false hope more than 5times that it will be delivered definitely on now like that, that will be delivered. And i paid my money and they kept my money with them for 3 months without any information that it will be cancelled, they automatically cancelled now having my money saying that it cant be delivered really they cheated me and freely using my money for 3 months.

                      I made a prepaid purchase of acer predator helios 300 laptop on 30th may 2020. Expected date of delivery was 7th june 2020. Till 7 june my product was not shipped and was with the seller. Contacted customer care then they just changed the delivery date to 12th June 2020, which was again breached by them and the product was still with the seller . Again they changed the delivery date to 17 th may 2020 and again did the same and product was with the seller and not shipped. Then again they changed the delivery date to 22nd june 2020. But on 17th June evening I was done waiting for a prepaid order so I CANCELED the product. And I was told that I refund will be credited by 24th of June 2020. On 24th 2020 i contacted my bank and they confirmed that the amount has not been credited by flipkart. So I tried contacting them but no response from them. I want my refund asap.

                        I have use flipkart website for many times and i am very happy with the way flipkart providing the service. But i am very disappointment of this time. Because i face many problem during this june month.
                        Flipkart is not giving me service in my area. Especially the smartphones which are under[protected] and below 10000 are not delivered to my area and showing temporary unavailable. I am very excited for 'the big savings days' sale which is 23rd to 27th june but the sale is not for me.
                        I am very excited for purchase realme narzo 10 and realme narzo 10a smartphone. Actually i am waiting for this smartphones from may month, but every time i am disappointed because flipkart showings temporary unavailable and not delivered to my area. Infact redmi note 8 is also best option but flipkart is not delivered.
                        I hope flipkart take action against it. And i will order smartphones in next sale.

                          I ordered a mi 4x 65 inch tv from flipkart on 18th may 2020. The tv was delivered by 25th may but it came defective. I requested for replacemnet and i was given date till 4th june initially which later they postponed to 18th june. Noone reached me during entire time for replacement. The date passed so i raised a complaint with flipkart stating the matter. The promised to solve it by 23rd june but its 24th june and the complaint is not solved neither anyone reached to me with any update. When i try to contact them, they just say we are escalating the issue and thats it. I dont knw how to reach higher authority.

                          Its more than a month and i see no resolution

Who makes up for it I'm sending some proof to this portal (NCH) We have integrated over Flipkart with the help of the nearest consumer forum.                             Flipkart team Did not want to take earlier but now can also get replacement Flipkart team was giving replacement but I was worried that it would not go wrong with me again, so I do not like replacement. And after that the flipkart team created a conspiracy with me that my flipkart account was closed, forced to replace.

                            You can simply say that your account will not be unblocked. Okay and we don't need anything. I will not reply even after that. Not even this consumer portal but I will tell you what is the customer?

                            Flipkart explained why it wasted so much time in us. If you were doing this to people, then you would have told us directly that my account will not be unblocked. Why wasted so much time and my money is stuck. We still had my money back. With that, I have compiled the consumer but on the 19th we have compiled the consumer.

                            Technical visits will be done. What was all this between May 13 and 26?So far your technical visit master is coming. Looks like something went wrong

                            We do not want my mobile money, but want to see Flipkart being ruined.

                            What happened so far did not solve my problem flipkart you do not understand, replace flipkart. So far we do not understand that flipkart was challenged by the consumer form offline office. raised date 19/06/20 20.

                            But flipkart understand that we have never called the flipkart customer support team after consumer complaint, will not call the consumer before making a complaint. All o[censored]s are left on youtube and other networks and consumer complaints.

                              I had tried to place a order on flipkart it's dealer being vision star & unfortunately the order wasn't placed but the payment was deducted from my bank & since then they aren't refunding my amount back it's more than a week now. Also vision star is a very known dealer who cheats & commits fraud to it's customers. Please help

                                I ordered a watch from flipkart, 2gud site and when i received my parcel and open it the product is missing and also they block my account. When i asked to refund they block my account and cancel my request

                                  I ordered a tv form flipkart and paid form my credit card. First of all they block my aacount without any reason and they return my product without any reason. And then i as to return my money they saying that tha product you have been order we are not seeing. And then i gave order id. After all they are saying we can't see your order. Then say what should i do. Please help

                                    Flipkart cancelled my order without my knowledge... I was waiting for more than 3 months... But every thing waste... Worst service from flipkart... I need to file a complaint against flipkart...
