I sent below mail to flipkart which is self explainatory
Dear Sir,
This is regarding refund request generated against Order ID OD[protected] for Samsung Phone A50. [ 12th July 2020 ].
1. The request was raised as phone software was not working. [ Long selection was not working ]
2. After many follow ups, I received call from your executive on 16.07 after noon. Call got disconnected in between and no call was received further.
3. Yesterday evening again service request was logged by me, after which another call was received from your executive which also could’nt be completed as her voice was not audible. I told her to call again but call never came. [ Same experience as in first call ]
4. On 17.07 morning, I received sms from flipkart informing that my refund request has been rejected. On checking flipkart app, its mentioned that my query has been resolved by troubleshooting which is completely incorrect and false information. Now on trying to your customer support, its updating that my query has been resolved.
I am really very disappointed with this experience from flipkart[ Been a regular customer from last many years ]. This phone was a bought as a present for my mother on her birthday due in this month.
Request you to look into the matter and take appropriate action for processing my refund on urgent basis.
