I have purchased onida tv from flipkart on dated 23/09/2017 with an extended warranty of 2 years from jeeves consumer services vide order id :od[protected].

My extended warranty policy number jppoffk134305 is valid from sep 25, 2018 to sep 24.

Currently, my tv is not working so i tried to raise a claim into jeeves but no one responded.

Later, i raised an issue with flipkart customer care on dated 13/06/2020.

I am continuously following the jeeves team but no one is responding.

Very very worst customer support of jeeves.

Later around 2 days ago, i had a word with flipkart regarding my tv not working and jeeves not supporting.

Please assist.

      I have order a headphone from flipkart on 25 june and it is a fault piece and i want replace that item but the doesn't accept return or reply request the return last date is 2 july and i also complete on flipkart help center but they didn't reply me and i aslo upload the image of my order so please help me

          Hi team,
          Good day, please understand my query. I ordered three herballife product in flipkart and when i received i got only two product. I informed your team and explained about the issue more than 10 to 15 times but still now i didnt get any proper response. All the time whenever iam contacing they are extending the resolution date. Its been month iam chasing with you folks but there is no luck. Iam not sure how your quality team is auditing the customer chat, if they are not able to answer they are simply transferring the chat to another agent and making customer more frustrated. There is no resolution through customer chat, mail, call. I am not sure how i need to contact apart from this. I cleared stated its product missing and i submitted the all the documents and if you want iam ready to provide more information. Package was torn out and side it was damaged. I kept the parcel as it as if you want you can sent your courier team to check the parcel and identify the issue, if you are nt able to take decision. Team as already told i contaced you folks in all channel but i didnt get solution and no proper answer. As per your team it should closed before 21st but there is no answer still aftr that they exyended to 24 th then they extended to 27th. Still we didnt receive any response from your team.. Only answer iam getting "we escalated your issue to concern team we will get back to you 48 to 72 hours" like this only its extending. I hope this will resolve before this month or else surely iam going to consumer forum. You folks really making customer so much frustated

            not exchanging my laptop under doa by asus

            Sir this is a very traumatic experience i had never pitched in so much money on an article, apart from that i have my online tests for which i have no laptop. You can rectify that from my college namely ncu gurgaon.

              I ordered 2 items from flipkart which included manzon women pyjama (Mn2160) and girls multi color frocks. I only received frocks worth rs 410. Women pyjama worth rs 610 was not delivered but payment was taken and it's status on the site has also changed to delivered. This is highly unprofessional behaviour and also comes under criminal offence. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise i will have to take the action to higher judicial authorities. Such kind of behaviour at the time of pandemic when people are dependent on online deliveries is very shameful

                I am unable to track my order od[protected] with tracking is 85755803. Delivery partner (Safexpress) says tracking id isn’t correct. Flipkart customer care is saying this is the only tracking id. I m stuck with no solution. Order getting rescheduled everyday. First reschedule was 17th june, then it was rescheduled to 22nd june, then 27th june and now it’s 2nd july.

                Flipkart team is saying they can’t cancel order...

                  Dear flipkart,
                  I ordered a laptop from your app on 11th of june, 2020. I was promised a delivery date on the 18th of june. As you can probably tell from my email, you didn't fulfill your promise.
                  It's been 12 days since i've been waiting for my order. The only updates i get are from the customer service when i call them myself. The lack of courtesy from this company really disappointed me. I expected more from such a reputed organisation.
                  I've been calling everyday for the past few days (5 days), and all your executives tell me that they cannot assure that the item will be delivered, inspite of it being a pre-paid order.
                  Since, my order was a high-value order, i expected much more priority on this from your end. All i got was a maximum resolution date, which is not a satisfactory excuse for a bad service.
                  I hope that this reaches the right person who can take the necessary action to deliver my order as fast as possible. Please act on this before it turns into a bigger issue.

                    With respect to the above subject i have booked one item in your flipkart that is (Luv lap manual breast pump) rs 631.. For that u mentioned 2 bottles in product details.. But when i am received the product there is only one bottle and breast pad is there i did not ordered for this..

                        I have bought narzo 10 a from flipkart
                        The product was delievered on 11th june
                        The product was damaged raised the return request. And called many times to customer but i didn't get responce. At last i got the mail from flipkart that replacement is not avialable they can provide refund. They told to reopen the case and send the bank details. Because at that time return policy is over so i cant raise the case after calling customer care that they told to share the the bank details i have already shared till now i didn't get any response from flipkart. Pls resolve my issue as soon as possible

                          Product name - buy surety high quality tripod stand 360 degree 3110 portable digital camera dslr mobile stand holder camcorder tripod stand adjustable head lightweight aluminum flexible portable three-way head tik tok stand compatible al smartphone best use for make videos on tiktok, vigo video, snapchat, youtube mobile holder tripod (Silver & black, supports up to 1500 g)

                          I wanted to return tripod stand product as it was damaged. I immediately put return request after receiving the product on 16th of june. On 21st of june ekart person came and he refuse to collect the order by saying that product delivered is also different and i need to request return again with this different issue.
                          So i called customer care of flipkart and he cancelled my return request. Cancellation id:[protected] he also said that replacement request will get cancel within 24 to 48 hours and once its status is updated i can again put cancel request with multiple issues (1. Product is different 2. It is damaged). He assured me that i will get refund and this product will not cause unnecessary loss to me as its not my fault. (I have that recording but cant upload here as it is audio mp3 file)
                          But return was not cancelled till 27th of june. I tried to contact and communicate with flipkart customer executive number of times and they all keep saying that we will update your issue status and we will forward your request. Nothing happened. I only got status that your issue will be resolved by 29th june. And i didn't get return option enable.
                          Today on 27th of june return policy of product got expired and now status is updated saying issue is resolved (Replacement id:[protected]) and i can not return the product. Now even customer executive are also not responding.

                          This entire process is delayed by flipkart and now i can not return the product as its return policy expired on 26th of june. It is damaged product and why should i suffer for someone else's mistake? I want to return this product and i want full refund.

Then i saw that all my flipkart gift cards have been deactivated and they have just 1 year validity more and without any notice. They deactivated my flipcard gift voucher. I am very angry with this thing and that my flipkart validity is 1 year more. Why did they deactivate that?

                              Writing this review after facing this issue from more than one month now. Ordered one aqua fresh (Nyc blue mineral 15 l ro + uv + uf + tds) water purifier from flipkart on 26th may. Damaged product got delivered on 1st jun. We called installation guy (Num mentioned on the product) paid charges for installation-₹450 as well. The installation guy confirmed that the product is damaged and need to get it replaced. We placed replacement request on 3rd jun. The max timed shared for replacement was 15th jun, but nobody turned up, not even a single call received or update from them.
                              After contacting multiple times to the customer care on 23rd jun we finally said the team that we don't want replacement, please take the product and refund our money. Now the team replied that the return policy was only 10 days. Now we are not eligible for return and refund. So neither the flipkart team can do replacement nor refund. It's been so frustrating now that a company like flipkart is now not able to handle it's customer service.

                                  I have ordered flipkart perfect homes purewood sheesham double sofa bed (Finish color - teak mechanism type - pull out) which is delivered now.

                                  The product should have the storage facility as mentioned in the product specification in the website, screenshot attached. But the product which i have received no such facility.

                                  If the wrong information is provided in the site then this should not be under the customer's responsibility and i need full refund of my product if specification mentioned in the site not possible for replacement.
