Dear flipkart team,
When i will receive my order? Are your seller / service provider is run away?
Your statement is changing again and again, please check my issue:-
1) on 1st jun 20, i placed the order (Od[protected], as per your order details, my order was packed and shipped through bluedart (No. [protected]) on 3rd jun 20 and expected date of delivery was 14 jun 20. Please note, bluedart tracking no. Is given by you is wrong.
2) on 15 jun, i receive message from your side that you will update me soon.
3) on 18 jun, i sent you a written message through app, on 21 jun i receive message from you end that you will update within 24 to 48 hrs.
4) on 21 jun, again you sent me written message and update me that you are working with the service providers and gave me another date of 24 jun to sort-out the issue.
5) on 24 jun, i sent you again a written message, you said again that you are working to solve the issue with your partner and given me again same repeated assurance.
6) in between all written communication, your customer support executives are called me many times and said again and again same lines same words as mentioned above.
I understand this time is difficult due to corona virus but you are giving fake comitments again and again. Why you are repeating same things again and again? 24 days passed away, but till today i didn't receive my order and not confirm the date of delivery from your side till now.
Please give me the final date of delivery.
