Have ordered samsung s9 plus and they had delivered me samsung s9. When i requested them replacement of the product they had informed me that they will replace the product with in 3 days and in these 3days there is no response from the team and when i asked about this situation they asked extra 24 hours for the replacement. And after that 24 hours they requested another 72 hours extra time for the replacement and they repeat same process...

I ordered realme 6 pro (Lightning blue, 64 gb) mobile on 21 may 2020 product is deliverd on 27 may 2020. Realme 6 (Comet white, 64 gb) is in the delivered box. Mrp of realme 6 pro is 17999/- & mrp of realme 6 is 13999/- i placed return request on 27 may 2020. No respose from them till now.

Now a days Flipkart coming in a big brand cheater list. Since I ordered AC before placing order it self checked expected delivery date as 28th May 2020 but today date as 01/Jun/2020. I booked tickets from Pune to ranchi via Bangalore due to government rule flight cancel and i got the amount in use credit sell while i try to book other flights and use the credit sell unable to use

Tried calling toll free no and also e mailed the invoice that clearly shows discrepancies but e mail was not received as the add has changed and customer care is sending msgs of not being able to contact which is just a sham
