Flipkart had assigned me 5, 000 rupees as my paylater credit and upon checking my cibil score, i was shocked to fine that idfc had granted me 60, 000 worth of loan with a/c no 29785546 dated 19.01.2020 without my knowledge now i want close this account and get it cleared from my cibil report i would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible

    Customer care called and they said the order was not updated and give us 24hrs and within this time either product will be updated in my order and delivered or i will be refunded soo the next morning when I woke up i saw money was refunded.

While the item scarlett sc-20a 2.0l, a very poor local quality product is delivered instead on 22/06/2020 with any information from flipkart. This is in order and a satisfactory service by such a reputed company. The same may please be inquired from the related courier service.

        I have created flipkart account 4-5 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

        The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
        Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

          Hello team,

          I have purchased a product from flipkart on jun 10. I checked the product and realize that the product was not the design that i requested. Also after checking the phone i found that the touch is not working for the phone.

          Then i raised a return request and i waited for 5 days. On 14th jun i received a message that the technical person will visit today and i found the contact number of the technician. I was waiting for him to contact me. I didn't contact him because it was sunday i thought he will come on monday.

          Unfortunately, i received a message from flipkart that the technician contacted and i informed him that the issue is resolved. But no one called me and no one messages me.

          I called the technician he said from flipkart backend they have canceled the request.

          I called flipkart customer service they said they escalated to concern team.

          Pass 7, 8-day flipkart saying the same things.

          I am attaching all the screenshots

          I ordered this product to a 13 year's old child to join the online class. Past 2 weeks she is traveling to her cousin's house to attend the online class.

          I am very disappointed by flipkart.

          I purchased this product with the rs 3999/-

          I request you to take action against flipkart.

            I placed the order on may 28th for expected delivery 12th june. After order was placed, date of delivery was changed to june 16th. To my disappointment item was not delivered even on june 16th. Instead flipkart and home edge seller updated item as delivered on june 16th tues midnight. Once i raised complaint flipkart customer service was very shabby. Finally seller from jaipur called me and let me know item was damaged and not delivered and that i should pressurize flipkart for refund as he will lose his reputation if he says its his mistake. Till date its been a week i am waiting for resolution from flipkart for refund for an item that wasnt deivered. Never buy furniture from homeedge/flipkart

            Its been 12 days since item was marked as delivered but not delivered and 5 days since I raised complaint here. Still not resolved, what are you promising here? I have spoken to 12 different flipkart useless customer teps and a pathetic seller who agreed item wasnt delivered but says cant refund as its flipkart problem. I will be complaining to cyberpolice as its online fraud taking money and not delivering both flipKart and Homeedge jaipur.

            Its been more than a month since i placed the order and 20 days since tye seller wrongfully updated the item as delivered. STILL flipkart hasnt resolved. I want refund for Item not delivered. Thank you.

                    Don't give a bluff answers n don't blame on courier services. What will they do if you don't accept the orders and cancel on face.

                    Don't use the same template of response as u may have used on other complaints.

                    Give me a reason, solution and assurance on my next order will not be cancelled.
                    When I say assurance I need an written confirmation in email.

                      Flipkart is just showing fake offers to attract the customers. But not able to fulfill as given in the offers. I was trying to order the samsung a80 from 8 pm to 1 am midnight but it was continuously showing non deliverable sometimes not available. I have changed many locations to order but results was same. I just want consumer forum to ask flipkart that how many phones they sold in this 5 hours period and after how many pieces sell it becomes out of stuck? If they just given to attract people by giving so much price difference so that users see other items and buy. I am having hdfc credit card also so i thought i will get it in 21249 rs. I clearly saying to flipkart that give me the phone at 21249 rs else i will go and file rti for this and open all the details that how many phones are sold in this 5 hours. If no phone sold out then i will file a case for posting fake offers on flipkart. I need action as soon as possible.

                          Order was placed on 16/06/2020 for Biotique - Bio Green Apple Shampoo - 400ml (Non Returnable) with other two items. Received text SMS confirming the order and when clicked on the links the item clearly showed item quantity as 400ml. Received Biotique - Bio Green Apple Shampoo - 340 ml on 22/06/2020. Called on the toll free number - only to be told that there is no agent available due to the current issue with Covid 19 Lock-down going on. However received multiple text SMS to contact the toll free for any and all concerns.

                          Next tried the online chat service provided by Flipkart - received automated responses for call back. Spoke with agent Lalit - robotic responses - not well aware of how to deal with complains. Gave email addresses when asked for - [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com. Both emails are no longer in use. Requested for another call back on the chat. Spoke with agent Manav - knowledgeable and confirmed that the item needs to be returned for refund or replacement. He said he can place the request for return. Put the call on hold. Call got disconnected but I never got a call back.
                          Tried to call back again however the chat window started showing errors. No call back request went through.
                          Received text message to contact through the chat window again. No use at all.

                          I told both the agents that the difference is price and shipping charge is not vast but the negligence on their part for not checking the item before shipping is what is annoying and rather than just crediting the difference, I have to go through the whole process of returning, waiting for approval of refund. getting the amount credited or transformed into gift certificate and reordering. this is like the vendor sent the wrong item purposely. Waiting for their stock to be updated till the customer either return the product or ask for refund.

                          Please find attached the images of the Items I ordered and received. I spoke with your agent Mr Lalit [+[protected]] at 4:54 PM today who told me he will arrange the return of the item. That is not what I want.

                          I would like to know when the item was shipped why was the details of the order not checked before shipping. Was it blindly assumed that the customer will not check what he/ she is paying for. Or was it to buy time to get the right product by the time the item is returned. Especially if a return has to be arranged.

                          The cost difference of the two items are not vast but if I return the item, what guarantee can I get the I will receive the correct item when I reorder.

                          The return has to be received by Flipkart. Refund has to be done for an item that is sold with No Return Policy. I have to place another order for the correct item and wait till I receive it to confirm that I got the right item. I have to do the reordering too. Minimum 10 days.

                          Before I go through the trouble of arranging the return of the item I would like confirmation that I get the correct item from Flipkart when I reorder and also if there is an option to refund the difference of cost of the item and shipping charge. That would be easier on me more than Flipkart. Even if it is a negligible amount for Flipkart.

                            I have ordered so many items from flipkart on june 14, 2020 and june 15, 2020. All the products i have been receiving is of very cheap and bad quality. Two product i have already asked for return and refund and for one of the product i am not getting any resolution from flipkart... I am mentioning the details of all product below.

                            1. Wall charger accessory combo - i was suppose to get charger with mobile holder but mobile holder was missing from my packet i have written thrice to them but no reply instead they have msgd issue resolved return rejected. Order id - od[protected]

                            2. Mcp 3in 1 vaporiser - even after heating for half nd hr the vapour didn't come. Have requested for refund. It was accepted and product is collected. Waiting for refund. Order id - od[protected]

                            3. B2b trends single bedsheet - the color was completely different and there was color spots on bedsheet. Request for refund. It is accepted waiting product to be collected and refund. Order id - od[protected]

                            4. Rtee non woven kitchen towel.- the order was cancelled by flipkart yet i have not received my refund order id - od[protected]

                            5. Air tight transparent food grain storage container - the product is very cheap the cap of the container was loose.. I did not return this product managing with the same. Order id - od[protected]

                            6. Cutting edge vegetable bowl - the product is extremely cheap and light. Yet i did not return it is so thin can be easily breakable order id - od[protected]

                            7. Cello polka water bottle - i had ordered orange shaded color but i received pink color bottle and some bottles were pressed. I did not return and managing with the same. Order id - od[protected]

                            There are few more product which i am yet to receive but you can imagine the amount of disappointment with flipkart product none of the product was good it was waste of my money.

                              This is to inform you that, i have been using this product since long. First time i have ordered from Flipkart and received this fake product. Don't know why Flipkart only allowing sellers to sell these pirated and fake products.

                              Since these products doesn't have the return policy, so it's doesn't mean that you will fake people around. I am registering a complaint definitely to the higher authorities.

                              This is actually belongs to our health and safety and this is being sold by Flipkart? VERY DISAPPOINTED, I NEED MY REFUND FOR THIS

                                  My flipkart account has been deactivated/blocked automatically without any prior notification and now no customer support provided for this.

                                  I have pending orders which need to be delivered by flipkart tomorrow but account is blocked so not able to check whether they are going to deliver or not.

                                    Been almost a month and no response from flipkart team on resolving the issue at their end. 3 promised pick-up dates have passed but no one showed up in reality.

                                    I asked for a replacement but they approved refund and now they are not picking up the product and my money is stuck for no reason.

                                    Really disappointed with flipkart since it was my first choice for e-shopping but the grievance team taking no effort / trying to resolve the problem.

                                    The worst part is that flipkart customer support is making excuses and my number is blocked now. So can't contact with the cs any further.
