I had recently purchased lg 6.5kg front load washing machine from flipkart.
Was very happy with quick delivery and installation.
Firstly product which i received was 2 yrs old which is not right.
But after installation the next day i found there was rusting (3-4 spots) in drum in one particular area.
When contacted the installation guy and shared pics of same he asked to wash clothes 2-3 times it would get removed.
But even after trying that it was not removed i tried to clean then i found there was a kind of dent inside drum which eroded the surface and led to rusting.
I initiated return straight away and after that i received call from same installation guy that there was one complaint from your end i explained whole scenario then he said he would forward same pics to his head and close the complaint.
The guy exclaimed that as it was online purchase we would not be able to return the product if it would have been purchased from croma, vijay sales they would have done replacement straight away.
I have explained same to customer executive of flipkart but they all said wait for service technician visit but i said he had already called up and he said it is upto flipkart to do next process.
If this is the way i would have to deal with after purchase then i dont think i would buy online anymore from flipkart.

I am without washing machine and still don't know till when i have to be.
Requesting a quick reply and quick closure of this matter.
First my technician visit was scheduled on 23rd june which did not took place then again it was scheduled on 26th june which did happen but flipkart says we havent received update from lg as yet (3rd july 2020).
Date assigned if normal process would have taken place for pickup 4th july, doesnt seem anything is moving in.
My wife has back [robem so she cant wash by hands for so many days we have had to ask our neighbour to wash it... How does it feel to ask neighbour every day to wash our clothes??

This is pathetic the customer service i have received uptill now, everytime i call customer care they are clueless about the procedure that has been taken place.
I have to explain them everytime what has happened from begining god knows how is the company working.
If i had mail id of the CEO i would have emailed him correctly why are not able to make progress because of such third class customer service.
This is my last purchase from flipkart after receiving refund i would uninstall the app and make sure non of my contacts buy anything from flipkart.
Coming to my case
FLipkart customer care executive on call had closed my return request suggesting it is taking long for LG to respond and re-opened new return request which i am unable to track or do anything from the app as in app it says return request rejected as it is re-solved and i have crossed the deadline of 15 days return policy...
After contacting customer care as obvious they dont have any clue they say tech visit was planned on 10th july but did not happen, whereas i received message from LG tech visit would take place on 13th July which also did not take place.
Please let me know "the consumer complaint " forum if you are able to resolve it or else i would go striaght to consumer court and sue flipkart for the nuisance and problems they have caused me in this whole month.

    I have ordered an phone woth rs 20999 from flipkart order no on same day they cancelled my order. When i contact there customer care they are very irresponsive always says wait for 24-48 hours i have waited a long time. Kindly look in this regard so i get my amount refund as soon as possible. I will be very thankful for your coperation.

    flipkart call me after 4 day posting this post they told they will send technician but today its almost 10 day no any one come from flipkart i think they are ignoring to refund this. they dont want to cancel or refund thats why they are taking lots of time

      I placed ordered for Apple Watch 5 series (GPS+Cellular) order ID- OD[protected] on 23rd june 2020 and it got delivered today evening i.e. 2nd july 2020. I got it for my wife as anniversary gift. When she opened out of excitement we were shocked to see that the box was totally empty. It was containing blank case and only charger adapter. I want my complete refund back. Rs 50, 000 is not a joke. I want my complete refund.

        This is to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased voltas 1.5-ton 3 star split inverter ac - white on 30th may 2020 with order id: od[protected] for a consideration of rs.27749 paid via hdfc credit card. The product got delivered on 1st june 2020.

        The said goods are suffering from the following defects:-

        There is cbu code mismatch on odu and idu hence the voltas/flipkart...

        I was orderd realme 5 pro phone which prise 16999. I was placed this order on 14th june 2020 and it’s deliver me on 17th june 2020. When i was open seal and open the box then i saw phone missing to the box, only accessories recived in the box. I was raise return request to flipkart but they was rejected my request. And now the return policy has been over of product. But i have not recive any resolution via flipkart.

            Respected Sir,
            Myself Sagar Mondal on 22nd of march 2020, I have ordered a Godrej 1 Ton 3 Star Split AC but delivery boy delivered only outdoor part and told me indoor part will come after sometime. But unfortunately they can't deliver the Indoor section of AC, then I have contact with FLIPKART and they accept that they will pickup my AC and refund my money on 27th June 2020 but no one was visited for pickup FLIPKART everyday taking time for resolution but there was no output otherside my payment was made from Credit Card I don't know EMI will be start anytime .                 Bought LED,
                On arrival of tv, i told delivery guy about bad condition of tv packaging box.
                Box tapped again seal was clearly visible that is broken.
                Box was stapled thrice to pack it again multiple times.
                As i got suspicious. Opened box in front of delivery person. Things seems fine. But i did not provided him receiving OTP due to bad condition of box. Until tv gets installed. He went back without OTP without any receiving in any form. He just told that you will be having 10 days for return.
                There's no written confirmation that i received package from flipkart.

                Without any receiving, things went ahead. I don't know how.
                Moving further when installation agent arrived screen did not worked and he told it is broken inside.
                Logged complaint .
                Flipkart support says they are checking things
                I do have proper video while opening box . Which clearly shows seal was broken and bad condition of box.
                No solution from support. They're just tend delay and end call.
                Will surely make it to legal for mental harrassment and no solution after 10 more day's.

                  I ordered IQ003 mobile on 24th june and delivery date was 29th June but delivery has been postponed to 30th June today is 2nd July still haven't received my order. Launched many complaint but they always say don't have distributor or seller details. Now my money got stuck and its a huge amount this is really pathetic service. Amazon is much much better than Flipkart atleast they deliver there product on time.

                    I have ordered Voltas AC 1.5 ton 3 star from flipkart on 28th May 2020.
                    Order Id :- OD[protected]

                    AMOUNT IS (32, 990)

                    They Told me we will delivered it by 8th jun 2020.

                    As usual notorious flipkart has not delivered product then after 3 4 days i have called them they said we will deliver ... we will deliver but still they are helpless.

                    Finally with many complaints on customer care and emails i have not get any resolution even they are disconnecting my calls.

                    I HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER.

                    Then now again this notorious flipkart has not refunded my amount 32, 990 rs in my bank.

                    Suddenly after 15 20 days i have received message from bank that

                    your EMI amount is this ... and it will deduct on 5th of july 2020.

                    i called bank customer care they clearly told me that flipkart has not refunded any amount here.

                    NOW ... FLIPKART IS NOT DELIVERING PRODUCTS ON TIME
                    AND NOT REFUNDING CUSTOMER PAYMENTS ALSO.

                    INDIAN GOVERNMENT HAS TO TAKE STRICT ACTION FOR THIS

                    WHO WILL GIVE REFUND AMOUNT AND HARASSMENT COMPENSATION WHICH I HAVE FACED FROM LAST 2 MONTHS DUE TO FLIPKART CLASSLESS SERVICES.

It has still not come. Despite multiple complaints to flip kart there is no action from their side. They are conveniently telling us they do not have any contact information of the seller or delivery person. Our money is stuck now.

                        Hello, my flipkart account has been blocked by flipkart giving false reasons, i. E. High returns. I contacted them but they refused to reactivate my account. I had flipkart plus account and in more than 200 coins which values approximately ₹200. I had purchased much and many things and little to none returns. Please reactivate my account.

                                Dear sir,

                                I have ordered "mi led smart tv 4a 40inch" from flipkart on 21-jan-2020. The tv was delivered on 30th jan 2020. The tv was installed on 3rd feb 2020. At the time of installation, i requested the service engineer to provide me the demo of the product. He told me that he didn't have much knowledge about the features of the product. So, i requested mi service engineer for the demo during next week. There was no technician visit schedule for the demo. After that i myself started trying to understand the features of the product using mi tv you-tube videos. I found out that the product has mirror/screen cast problem. I raised the concerned for this issue on 11th feb 2020 to flipkart. The complaint was registered and return request for the product was approved on 16th feb 2020. For this, technician visit was scheduled by 16th feb 2020 and uninstallation was to be expected by 18th feb 2020. Pickup was to be completed by 28th feb 2020 (Screen shot attached: order return approved dated[protected].
                                But flipkart cancelled my return request on 20th feb 2020. I escalated the issue again on the same day but there was no positive response from flipkart. On 23rd feb 2020, flipkart again re-opened the complaint for return and refund of the product. The technician visit date for uninstallation went on increasing for 1 month after continuous followed up with flipkart telephonically almost daily calling of about 1 hour. During this period, there was an issue of refund of rs. 499 for the wall mount which the official installation partner of flipkart (Jeeves consumer services). This amount was paid in cash by me to the technician visit on 3rd feb 2020 for installation of the tv. Neither flipkart not jeeves consumer services was refunding this amount to me as the product has to be returned back to the seller. Wall mount was required with the product. As the product is being returned, there was no use of the wall mount also. This was also to be returned back.
                                After continuous follow-up, flipkart added rs. 499 as gift card on 17th march 2020 (Screen shot attached: gift card added to your flipkart wallet for order od[protected].
                                Later on, i informed jeeves consumer services to initiate the uninstallation of the tv (Screen shot attached: flipkart uninstallation). But due to covid-19 pandemic lockdown in india was announced on 24th mar 2020 by our honorable pm shri narendra modi.
                                My return was delayed again due to lockdown (Screenshot attached: return delayed).
                                On 5th june 2020, flipkart cancelled my return request without informing me (Screen shot attached: update on uninstallation). On the same day i raised the complaint to flipkart (Screen shot attached: update request no. In[protected] which was to be resolved by 9th june 2020. Till today, flipkart has neither contacted me even after has not given me any resolution.
                                I have called your flipkart customer care 4 times in last 20 days for the issue on 9th, 11th, 16th, 19th june 2020. Every time i am getting same response that flipkart will contact me in 24-48 hours. Even after submitting written message to flipkart app on 14th june 2020 and 23rd june 2020, there is no update from flipkart. My last email communication dated:[protected] is attached for your reference (Screen shot attached: email dated[protected].
                                I have mentally suffered a lot after purchase of this product. I want refund of my money for the product as well as compensation for mental agony.

                                    Flipkart has blocked my another account which is a plus account by saying that i am reselling product, what if my whole joint family don't know how to order i am ordering on behalf of them also but for family use only and they are bloacking my account. This is #, now i want to download my invoices, what shall i do?
                                    Unblock my account urgently please.
