I ordered Khadi Organique Herbal Aloe Vera Gel with 3 other products on 8th June 2020 by paying through net banking.

I recieved the package on 1th June 2020, but taking precautions against COVID-19 virus I asked the delivery boy to put package inside on a bench, while I was there.

After 3-4 hours I left it untouched and sanitized the package before opening it. When I opened I only found 3 products and the Aloe Vera Gel was missing, and I had recieved the delivery confirmation message.

I immediately raised the complaint, since they have closed all the customer care call support, there was only option to text.

I texted them explaining my concern, first they asked me to wait till 18th June till they try to resolve the issue.

They tried contacting me on 15th June, at first I was busy and didnt pick the call, then got a mail that they will call again after 4 hours of that call. They did, I explained my concern. They offered me 2 options either to get a refund or when the product will be available they will try to deliver it again. By that time I found and alternative of the product on flipkart which in my opinion l was better, so I asked for the refund. They put my refund request for review by the seller.

On 16th June I recieved a mail from flipkart customer suppor, they asked me to share my Aadhar Card or PAN card copy, which they will verify with some third party. Moreover they marked a statement that needs to be put in the mail, which was " give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account" to validate my account.

This made me skeptical. Even for one of my previous order whose transaction was done online, I had asked for refund to which they did return on the same day without even asking me to share my PAN or Aadhar card details.

I immediately raised my concerns again to which they didn't reply and sent a mail after 2 days that I have not provided the details they asked for therefore they could not process my refund request.

After this they closed my issue on the app. I tried to reopen it asking for solutions, without even replying they again closed my issue.

    I had placed a request for 4 trousers to be returned and have been waiting forast 3 months. I understand that due to covid 19 you guys are not able to pick the product within the stipulated time. But 3 months is too much and all that i am requesting for is to process the refund and pick the return when ever you can. You are not ready to trust your flipkart plus customer, but you guys expect us to trust you and keep waiting. This is not fair. I need my refund. My number is [protected].

      Hello Sir/Ma'am,
      I was supposed to get my order number - OD[protected]. But my order was not delivered but i got confirmation that it was delivered by the delivery boy. On calling him, he said he did not remember where he ordered and said maybe he ordered to some other place by mistake and asked me to order again and wait for another week!           I had ordered few Kurtas and Patiala pants on 6th June 2020 and received the items on 12th June 2020. Due to quality issue I had generated return request for three items on same day that is 12th June 2020. As per Flipkart message it was to be picked up on 15th June 2020. This is to inform you that I had generated return request well with in return due date and the items are still not picked up and from my previous experience, they don't respond after the expiry of returning date. Kindly do the needful and I request Flipkart to arrange pickup of items by Sunday 28th June 2020.- Regards.

            Sir/Madam, I ordered a blue colour suitcase. But I received a black colour suitcase. So, I want to return it. But the ekart wish master don't take it. He is saying me that he will pick up the blue colour suitcase which is showing in his mobile.
            Now tell me how it is possible to return him a blue colour suitcase. I received the black colour suitcase. In the bill, there is also mentioned black colour.
            Due to this colour issue, four times pick up rejected.

              Flipkart isn't responding for the request I made to return the laptop I brought.
              I got it dead inside the box.
              And made a request to return it but they cancel my request and told me to contact lenovo India. Lenovo India sent an engineer to check it and get to a conclusion that it's a DEAD ON ARRIVAL case and said that I will get DOA letter after few days. So I inform flipkart India about this and they said they will accept the return no matter the return policy is over or not, if it's a DEAD ON ARRIVAL case.
              But they are not responding to this since last 10 days. I contact them every day and mailed them the DOA letter but their is no response from flipkart's side.

We are happy to let you know that the courier service provider has scheduled the pickup from your address by 29 Jun 20. Once the product is picked up and reaches the warehouse then the seller will process for a refund. This refund will reflect within 8 business days as per standard banking procedures.

                Dear Flipcart Team,
                My self Mayur Kumar Verma & I have been associated with flipkart for many years. I have noticed many times that my order delivery is late whenever I pay threw online but cod orders arrive on time.
                Why?????
                I ordered Hawkins Futura Tawa 28 cm diameter on 12th june Which was to be delivered on June 15 but ordered delivered me on June 17.
                Even after that i got wrong product. I got fried pan residue instead of tawa. When I complained about this in your customer care, your executive disconnected the call. Then again I ordered GARNIER MEN Men Acno Fight Anti-Pimple Face Wash which was to be delivered on june 25 but ordered not delivered yet. If you are unable to service the order, then tell we have more options. Then your executives show us the attitude. If you keep doing this, then I have to go to the Consumer Court. If you cannot deliver on time, do not promise the customer. I want my orders on time and send those ordered on time.

                    I have placed my order on 13 June and still I have not received my order not the Flipkart customer support is helping me with anything and no further update update on my order has been provided yet so I want them to look into the matter and get my order delivered as soon as possible.And ask them to contact me.

                      Dear sir/ mam

                      This is to share my disappointment with the overall buying experience from flipkart. I bought an lg automatic washing machine (Order id - OD[protected] last month. Delivery date of the machine was delayed from 14th June.

                      It's been almost a 15 days that i have still been waiting for the installation. My old machine has been picked and i can't use the new one as installation hasn't been done. This has caused me extreme inconvenience. I have made numerous calls to flipkart and still my issue has not been resolved.

                      Every time i call on the flipkart customer care, i get a new timeline for the installation from 2nd april to 10th april to 16th april. And now i am told that it will take more time. Even talking to senior customer care managers is futile. I am unable to understand what is taking so long to get a simple installation done. I even asked for the seller's contact details so i can coordinate with the seller directly. This request was also denied stating that flipkart's policy doesn't allow so.

                      I am extremely sorry to have made a purchase through flipkart.

                      The way this matter has been handled shows that flipkart doesn't care a bit about its customers. I am tired of making calls and continuous follow ups.

                        I had received a damaged JBL bluetooth speaker, seal of the box was already opened, charger was rounded and kept indide the box without proper packaging. It was so clear that your seller" Corseca"have knowingly delivered a damaged product.
                        When I contacted the customer care Executive they said go to jbl service centre for exchange. The next day I went there but they refused . Again I called the cc executive and they took a return request and said we are forwarding your issue to concerned team and took 3 days time. Since then 3 days have passed, everday I call the they give the same answer, Mam we have escalated the matter to concerned team.

                        They had first sent a technician for verification whether a damaged product has been delivered or not... after the technician came and verified that a damaged product has been delivered, the flipkart took for a replacement order and finally within 4 days they delivered me the replacement

                          I have received a defect laptop from flipkart on 13th June. After reaching customer care immediately they mentioned they have a technical problem with seller and will be resolved in 2 days. Now it is more than 2 weeks no solution when ever you call the customer care the same standard answer that it will be resolved in next 2 days. Please help with the refund immediately as this is purchased for children online education.

                            I have added gift cards into my flipkart account 6months back. And yesterday ie on 24th June my 3 evgs were deactivated automatically. They didn't even inform me about deactivating my evgs. The last time I spoke to flipkart customer care they said that those gift cards will be valid till 12months. I want my money back in any case. Please help me

                                  I raised my request for return my Item at same day delivery on 12 Jun, 2020. And Your seller accept my return request and gave me 19 Jun, 2020 for return and 26 Jun, 2020 for refund amound. But he delayed return date I did not come to take return and than after 19 Jun on 23 Jun, 2020 I again massage them for return than I refused for return and said that It is out of period for return so sir this is not my fault your seller or delivery person did not come for return whereas I placed my request at same same on delivery so how I delayed this. Please I want to return this and I want to get my refund I am so sad for this behavior your executive also did not call me for any response I tried to call the many times but they gave me only a short missed call and massaged me we are not able to connect you. so what is this answer. I am not happy with this. I am your long time ago customer so please give me my refund because I made my all queries on correct time and I raised my request for return on correct time. So please work on that seller. And I want my refund.

                                    My order id is OD[protected] and i ordered samsung galaxy s9+ on and around 19th may received it by 22 may, i received a damaged product and it was heating very badly, i raised complaint for many times, but the company scheduled a technicians visit for 3 times in which the technician even agreed that the phone is heating but they did not accepted it. Here are the screenshots attached of the same.

                                    Then later just cuz i filed a complaint against them they agreed to get it replaced and one of their executive agreed that if the new device will have the same issue they will get it returned and i would get the full refund for the same. But as expected the device is giving same issue and they again getting me involved into the loop, i am a lawyer myself and as their policy if the device is damaged they should provide me a return option with full refund. Here are all the screenshot that the temperature of both the device is above 50° at home, if we go outside it can even burst. The person who confirmed me that they will return the device was Noor Ayesha from Flipkart.

                                    And now that i have covid+ patient at my house they even said we will send the technician, the technician visits many places but their executive said and agreed that you can co-ordinate with and tell when and where he can come even after hearing the whole scenario.

                                    For my replacement they tolde a technician visit would be there but no technician called me. They have my main number and also an alternate number but they did not call and i am getting msgs of failed attempts. Here is the screenshot of the same.
