Order was placed on 16/06/2020 for Biotique - Bio Green Apple Shampoo - 400ml (Non Returnable) with other two items. Received text SMS confirming the order and when clicked on the links the item clearly showed item quantity as 400ml. Received Biotique - Bio Green Apple Shampoo - 340 ml on 22/06/2020. Called on the toll free number - only to be told that there is no agent available due to the current issue with Covid 19 Lock-down going on. However received multiple text SMS to contact the toll free for any and all concerns.

Next tried the online chat service provided by Flipkart - received automated responses for call back. Spoke with agent Lalit - robotic responses - not well aware of how to deal with complains. Gave email addresses when asked for - [protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com. Both emails are no longer in use. Requested for another call back on the chat. Spoke with agent Manav - knowledgeable and confirmed that the item needs to be returned for refund or replacement. He said he can place the request for return. Put the call on hold. Call got disconnected but I never got a call back.
Tried to call back again however the chat window started showing errors. No call back request went through.
Received text message to contact through the chat window again. No use at all.

I told both the agents that the difference is price and shipping charge is not vast but the negligence on their part for not checking the item before shipping is what is annoying and rather than just crediting the difference, I have to go through the whole process of returning, waiting for approval of refund. getting the amount credited or transformed into gift certificate and reordering. this is like the vendor sent the wrong item purposely. Waiting for their stock to be updated till the customer either return the product or ask for refund.

Please find attached the images of the Items I ordered and received. I spoke with your agent Mr Lalit [+[protected]] at 4:54 PM today who told me he will arrange the return of the item. That is not what I want.

I would like to know when the item was shipped why was the details of the order not checked before shipping. Was it blindly assumed that the customer will not check what he/ she is paying for. Or was it to buy time to get the right product by the time the item is returned. Especially if a return has to be arranged.

The cost difference of the two items are not vast but if I return the item, what guarantee can I get the I will receive the correct item when I reorder.

The return has to be received by Flipkart. Refund has to be done for an item that is sold with No Return Policy. I have to place another order for the correct item and wait till I receive it to confirm that I got the right item. I have to do the reordering too. Minimum 10 days.

Before I go through the trouble of arranging the return of the item I would like confirmation that I get the correct item from Flipkart when I reorder and also if there is an option to refund the difference of cost of the item and shipping charge. That would be easier on me more than Flipkart. Even if it is a negligible amount for Flipkart.

    I have ordered so many items from flipkart on june 14, 2020 and june 15, 2020. All the products i have been receiving is of very cheap and bad quality. Two product i have already asked for return and refund and for one of the product i am not getting any resolution from flipkart... I am mentioning the details of all product below.

    1. Wall charger accessory combo - i was suppose to get charger with mobile holder but mobile holder was missing from my packet i have written thrice to them but no reply instead they have msgd issue resolved return rejected. Order id - od[protected]

    2. Mcp 3in 1 vaporiser - even after heating for half nd hr the vapour didn't come. Have requested for refund. It was accepted and product is collected. Waiting for refund. Order id - od[protected]

    3. B2b trends single bedsheet - the color was completely different and there was color spots on bedsheet. Request for refund. It is accepted waiting product to be collected and refund. Order id - od[protected]

    4. Rtee non woven kitchen towel.- the order was cancelled by flipkart yet i have not received my refund order id - od[protected]

    5. Air tight transparent food grain storage container - the product is very cheap the cap of the container was loose.. I did not return this product managing with the same. Order id - od[protected]

    6. Cutting edge vegetable bowl - the product is extremely cheap and light. Yet i did not return it is so thin can be easily breakable order id - od[protected]

    7. Cello polka water bottle - i had ordered orange shaded color but i received pink color bottle and some bottles were pressed. I did not return and managing with the same. Order id - od[protected]

    There are few more product which i am yet to receive but you can imagine the amount of disappointment with flipkart product none of the product was good it was waste of my money.

      This is to inform you that, i have been using this product since long. First time i have ordered from Flipkart and received this fake product. Don't know why Flipkart only allowing sellers to sell these pirated and fake products.

      Since these products doesn't have the return policy, so it's doesn't mean that you will fake people around. I am registering a complaint definitely to the higher authorities.

      This is actually belongs to our health and safety and this is being sold by Flipkart? VERY DISAPPOINTED, I NEED MY REFUND FOR THIS

      I have also raised this issue in my orders on Flipkart app, but they are only highlighting related to delivery issues and ignoring the fake product issue. This is not acceptable.

            Been almost a month and no response from flipkart team on resolving the issue at their end. 3 promised pick-up dates have passed but no one showed up in reality.

            I asked for a replacement but they approved refund and now they are not picking up the product and my money is stuck for no reason.

            Really disappointed with flipkart since it was my first choice for e-shopping but the grievance team taking no effort / trying to resolve the problem.

            The worst part is that flipkart customer support is making excuses and my number is blocked now. So can't contact with the cs any further.

                Saved cards in flipkart is not able to remove. Always i am getting message that unable to fetch details. Also flipkart is forcefully saving the credit cards.

                    Issue is that flipkart have given me credit for purchase in section of pay later but now that amount 60000₹ is showing as personal loan given by idfc bank in my cibil score and due to that i’m unable to take loan from any bank. right now i’m middle of things to purchase but cant get a loan. i have contacted flipkart 3-4 times but still nothing is solved.

                      Hanging issue can't fulfill this,
                      During covid 19 our study gone badly and a worst effect with this laptop.

                      As per your resolve date i waited till today*(19/06/2020*) but there is no
                      solution from your side, while talking to both the company customer care
                      they are giving every time a new resolving date, and also replacement time
                      and on other hand refund section is showing as cancelled.

                      Pickup laptop and refund money.* Due to continuous follow ups* I am going
                      through *mental harassment* due to your pathetic customer service.

                        I received aquaguard aquasure shield (Order id - od[protected] on 8 june from flipkart. The product i received was damaged and making a lot of noise from inside, so i created a replacement request, the next day the aquasure guy visited and confirmed that the product is indeed faulty and needs replacement and went away. My request got approved on 13th june and they i was notified that the product will be picked up by 20th june. During this time the ekart guy called me and said that he cannot pick up my order as it was very heavy and big, i raised a complaint on flipkart which was unresolved. And as of now on 22nd june they have cancelled my return without any reason.
                        I don't want this mental torture. I want my replaced product or i want my money back.

                            I have placed an order for buying Realme Narzo 10A during the Flash sale on 19th of June 2020. However the amount of Rupees 8499/- has been deducted and it shows flipkart account has been credited with the same amount. I did the payment through UPI. The order status shows "Pending from Bank End"

                            It has been 3 days now, I have called customer care and registered the complain still no update has been provided and thrice the call was disconnected when I was trying to explain my issue.

                            I want my Money refund as soon as possible. Also I am a plus member of Flipkart and never expected this kind of poor quality service!

                              Flipkart has the most pathetic and non-functional customer support and services departments. These departments are filled by sweet talking non functional people who knows how to say just one thing: "we are working on your issue and it will be resolved by tomorrow". This tomorrow just never comes. I had purchased an o-general air conditioner order id: od[protected] from flipkart on 03 june, 2020 and was delivered to me on june 11, 2020. I didn't got messages from flipkart services for any installation, when i tried their customer care they asked me to wait till 16 june 2020 as it was mentioned on their portal. On 15 june 2020 i got call from no. [protected] these people said that my installation request didn't got raised when my product got delivered and now they are doing this and issue will get resolve in some days. I asked her how can i contact them again on the updates, then the person gave me wrong information. On calling their customer support about issue and what he has reported - or what you claim is a big fat lie. As usual, i got a very apologetic, sweet person on the phone who promised to escalate the issue and wait for another 48 hours. Promised that they are escalating the matter and my air conditioner will be installed on the next day. After a while, i got another status in my order from them saying - "we are working on your issue". Since then, i have been trying to constantly call them and send emails to them. My emails remain unanswered and on phone, i always get an answer - "we are very sorry and the service will definitely be complete by 'tomorrow'". Well, tomorrow never comes the air conditioner is lying in my living room since 11 days now. If i open it myself or try to get it installed by someone else, who will take responsibility if something is wrong in the package i have received? What if the delivered air conditioner is faulty? Flipkart will simply raise their hands and say we are not responsible. My money and space is blocked since all these days and i could not use the air conditioner during the really hot days here in uttar pradesh meerut when it is really required. Will flipkart take any responsibility for this? I have fianlly written to them that i will now have to go to consumer court against them and if flipkart does not set things right, i definitely will. Friends, please share this message as much as you can so that all flipkart customers knows what kind of an organization they are dealing with.

                              When will you rever.

                              Is installation of an AC us this much bigger deal, or else Flipkart is not taking this case on priority even after it has been 2 weeks since product delivered.

                              Need more updates on this and get this issue resolved.
                              I am calling flipkart customer support everyday. But bo one has any updates on my issue.

                              Taking customer money without giving him an authority to use the product, is the the policy or this company.

                              Shameful ethics and worst services. Is this how flipkart is competent ng Amazon.

                              This is the latest mail i have received from flipkart.
                              Stating that their systems are upgrading and due to this it will take more time me for installing my product.
                              May i know who is responsible from past 2 weeks.
                              Giving excuses is the only thing Flipkart is doing. Its better they provide me the solution and keep more emphasis on that. Or else if my issue is unresolvable then they can take their product back.

                                Hi team,

                                I have been following up with flipkart since the day i received a damaged cooler that i had ordered from this useless site-flipkart.

                                I had initially opted for replacement, however they gave me a replacement date of 20 days. So then i cancelled the replacement request as there was no use of a cooler after summer ends.

                                Now when i asked them to give me an option for putting in a request for return, they took 1 week's time and then also they said they have to do it manually.

                                Since then it's been 21 days and i haven't received any response from them

                                Such a pathetic company is flipkart.

                                I would want to file a consumers complaint and sue them for damages and harassment caused.

                                  I ordered 2 items from your site. Ordered completed by debit card (Online payment) the amount was also cut through account.. But the confirmation not yet done from flipcard..

                                    new marq 1.5ton ac not working well

                                    I purchased marq 1.5 ac from flipkart which was delivered on 12th june but installed on 16th june, that too even after personally visiting the jeeves service centre. The flipkart team and jeeves both are very unresponsive. Although, ac got installed and i had to pay hefty amount of rs 4100, just for installation and they were overcharging the amount for copper pipe and when this is said they were saying that if you don't get it, i won't get...

                                    When i orderd my product it was shown as no cost emi but still my bill created with interest charges and gst per month i’m very disappointed with flipkart and when i contact my bank then agent told me your interest charged by flipkart because he’s not applied no cost emi on your product help me
