flipkart says refund completed but I have not received my money back.

I order a littmann stethoscope from flipkart and paid through debit card. But i canceled my order as it was delayed due to covid 19 lockdown. flight refund due to airline cancellation

I cancel a ordered of amount 16099 on 25 march 2020 and there it is showing the amount ll b credited by 3rd april 2020 but today is 7th april. And till now i didn't get any refund from them. I asked them manay a time. They are giving me transaction id. But not giving me any proper details. I tlked with bank also. They r telling me they can't do anythng with only transaction id. And flipkart is not helping me wid dis... And i hav my passbook...

My flight with pnr fq5fxe and wh3zmf was cancelled due to lock down and as flipkart didn't provided me the service which i paid for, i should have got a refund of the paid amount to my bank account instead they are asking me to talk to indigo airlines why would i talk to them i didnt book my ticket through indigo site. delay of my flight rescheduling

I have asked for a rescheduling of my flight id ff[protected] for 17th april. I have placed my request the day before yesterday and the customer care people said i would get a call in within 2 to 4 hours for the confirmation.
