I had received a damaged JBL bluetooth speaker, seal of the box was already opened, charger was rounded and kept indide the box without proper packaging. It was so clear that your seller" Corseca"have knowingly delivered a damaged product.
When I contacted the customer care Executive they said go to jbl service centre for exchange. The next day I went there but they refused . Again I called the cc executive and they took a return request and said we are forwarding your issue to concerned team and took 3 days time. Since then 3 days have passed, everday I call the they give the same answer, Mam we have escalated the matter to concerned team.

Complaint marked as Resolved They had first sent a technician for verification whether a damaged product has been delivered or not... after the technician came and verified that a damaged product has been delivered, the flipkart took for a replacement order and finally within 4 days they delivered me the replacement
