I purchased BPL Led tv which was delivered on the 1st Feb 2020 and it is still not installed. Flipkart needs to resolve this asap. I didn't spend 16k to have a box of tv sitting at my home which I can't even open because Flipkart has failed to get it installed as it was promised on its websites product specifications.
This is beyond frustrating and has become a joke, 18 days since delivery and still not installed. I have been receiving 2-4 calls a day from flipkart customer care with no resolution untill today.

    I was book vivo s1 pro mobile from flipkart due to delivery time i was received order & i opened the box then inside the box receive 2 soap in mobile box then i was complaint flipkart then flipkart proceed for replacement then 2nd time order arrived at my home that time i was given permission to delivery boy for open mobile box if all ok then i will receive this order but that time delivery person opened the box same thing again happened 2 soap receive in mobile box, i spoke with flipkart & seller, i want my refund because i dont have now trust flipkart & ekary delivery but flipkart didn't give me refund, consumer team request you to please take action against flipkart.

      Hi team,

      I have cancelled my airline ticket from delhi to pune of dated 20 march 2020 from flipkart travel on 15 feb 2020 of booking id: ff[protected], when i was cancelling the ticket it showed that i’m going to get refund of amount 11, 000 around, so i have cancelled the tickets, but now flipkart is saying i going to get zero amount as there refund amount is greater then the amount paid for booking the tickets.
      And there customer care team is just giving fake promises that they will check if there is system issue or what but that’s not my problem i have to get my money back. It’s my monthly salary.
      Please help me out to recover my money back.

        I had ordered an item from flipkart of order id od[protected]. I received the package without any item. I requested refund for the missing deliverable but flipkart technicians somehow rejected the refund request. I have been contacting them constanly for 6-7 days. They are keeping me on the hook by asking for 24hr but no one is genuinely helping.
        Either provide me with the product or give me the refund.

            I have ordered realme xt on 16th sep and i have been using it till now. I have got a vooc charger along with it. It had worked for a month porperly and after that it had stopped fast charging recognizing no vooc. I have mailed realme's official email address and still didn't find any assistance. Also my laptop doesn't recognise the cable for data transfer. It only charges it. Its been now almost 6 months and my phone is still in warranty period. I want my charger to be replaced.                   I got rank '1' in flipkart quiztime on 26 jan2020 at 8pm and won a 'samsung a30' which was to be mapped by 15feb, but even after complaining for so many times to the customer care, you guys are making excuses and in order to fool me, you are saying that I came 2nd in that game. Even for that excuse, I am asking for proof which you are not ready to give. It is my request to your company that either you give my prize or do not keep such expensive prizes to attract people.

                    Orders a shoe with incorrect size agent not picking the request by giving fake reason. Cancellation return request mentioning fake attempt.
                    Please help in returning the shoe. This is such a cheating technique. I want to return the product. Never shop in flipkart.
                    I will never order anymore. While pick up they refused by saying it is dirt, but they have mentioned it was damaged. It is not dirty or damaged all fake reasons

                        Ordered a "Syska EBS 0402 Individual Switch 4 Socket Extension Boards". Received today itself (18/02/20). It's defective as it is not working.

                        I want it refunded or replaced with a new one.

                        I am trying to raise the complaint on the app, but there is an error showing. "Oops, some error occurred, try again later".

                        Please kindly attend to my problem.

                        The extension looks super sexy. But what is the point if it's not working. I had read all the comments, and reviews before buying. But Flipkart..why would you do this man?? Why??

                          Just it says seller is prossessing your order, the same thing happened with my friend and he didn't get his product even after a month, I thought it might be only issue with COD products, but same thing is happening now with me although it's prepaid order, I want my device to the earliest. 😭😭😭

                            I made a return request for 3 items i bought and those requests were made within the return policy period, but no one came to pick up the product and they are rejecting my refund all the time. Every time i call them they say the request has been cancelled by the seller and i ask them the reason then they say they do not know. They told me to raise a new return request with another reason and i have done them a lot of times. Every time i raise the request it is rejected the next day. They did this continuously till my 30 days return period gets over. And now they are telling me that they cant help me as the return period is over.
                            Please help me with this.

                                    I have a flipkart account with following details

                                    My account was closed without any reason in may 2019 and at that time there was 945 rupees pending for the flipkart cardless credit. Since my account was closed i was unable to pay the amount. The dues got increasing with late fees and currently stands at 2500 rs.in feb 2020 i paid my principle amount of 945 rupees after the contact by flipkart kissht team and they assured that the penalty charges which have been applied on my account will be waived off. But till now it has not been done and i am still getting messages of dues. Since my account was blocked by flipkart and i was unable to pay the amount due to it so why should i pay the penalty charges despite paying the original dues.

                                      I had purchase a product on flipkart pay later... I had tried so many times through app... But it's randomly failed... I had got an sms with a link, after click the link, your link is opened... And i made the payment of rs 1099. The same amount has already been deducted from my account... I have raised complaint to flipkart team but not provide me the proper resolution. I have send all the details like. Bank statement, transaction number, even mail from my bank that the payment is successful. Flipkart but they are not agree flipkart agent's calling randomly to collect the payment... Where is the issue could you please resolve it on priority...

I have complaint for then six or seven times but still i have not received a proper solution they simply map the your issue has been resolved they don't even call me i personally call them after the said waiting...
