I ordered a drools egg and chicken 10 kg adult nutrition for my 4 years labrador on the 1st of june. Now due to the global panedemic, i understand the late delivery caused and it was delivered on 10th july at around 4.00 pm.
But to my utter surprise (Thank god before opening the package) i saw it was drools egg and chicken "puppy" nutrition, while on the bill sticked on tge package it was clear written "adult".
Then n there i called the customer care and told them in detail about everything and they from their side initiated a replacement request and a complaint, and asked me to wait for 72 hours (Till 13th of june) to get provided by a solution by the higher authority. But it wasn't so. No one called me regarding this while i repeated messaged them from 'my orders' section.
The pickup is not yet scheduled as probably the seller hasn't accepted it yet.
After the given time has completed, i dialled again the customer service to know the status, there the one that side was completely ignorant and was telling me # things like - ' my email is not registered that's y they cudnt contact', while i'm getting regular product updates through my email from flipkart and tge bills and etc.
After the call had finished, i got an email stating to wait till 15th june.
On 14th afternoon i received a call from flipkart while u kept on saying hello - hello, no one was uttering a single word while i cud hear some noise. And eventually i received another message stating they tried to reach me but i wasn't available. I then n there again called them back to ensure that i was there but this happened.
It has been 5 days now and nothing worthy solution has been provided by flipkart and to my utter disappointment, the package is still kept as it is but no pick up and replacement has been scheduled.
This is the first time i am facing such problem and i am losing my trust from flipkart authorities.
I'm a flipkart plus member and do shopping from flipkart every month and then this is happening with me.
Kindly resolve my problem at the earliest to avoid circumstances regarding to this.
