With great pain I would like to share my experience of buying laptop Dell Inspiron i3 8th Gen from Flipkart under Order ID - OD[protected] Dated 1st June 2020 and was delivered to me on 4th June 2020. When I start operating the laptop it is noticed that mouse was not sensing and cursor was not moving which later I understood there is a defect in the laptop. I immediately tried putting the request for replacement on Flipkart app but shown error and after repeated attempt it was persisting the same error continuously. With no option, I reported the same to Flipkart customer care on 4th June, 2020 over the phone and the request was logged by Flipkart customer care and assured me that the issue will be resolved within 2 days. In this period, I am getting the calls from Flipkart customer care but with no solution and only assuring me by extending the date. During this 4 days wasted when I try to call Flipkart customer care to convey my grievances, the same is not taken seriously and leaving me without option but to wait further. I made several request to fix this issue on Flipkart customer care but all my efforts are going futile. Today is the last day of 7 days replacement policy and I can see only in my I request status that my request for replacement of laptop is under process and same shall be intimated to me once they get approval from seller. With this episode I can surely say that you are making me feel reluctant in thinking that why I purchase this costly laptop from Flipkart and giving me such a bad experience even though I am holding membership of Flipkart Plus. All my online purchases I do only from Flipkart and therefore I went on buying such a costly laptop which I thought this will help me during lockdown because I am working from home. firstly it is not helping me at all because I am told to go to office if I am not having a laptop to operate from home which is leading to additional cost for commuting to and also my safety is in question. Reason being I purchase this per laptop is completely gone futile. Now I am completely in dark whether I will get the replacement of this laptop purchased from Flipkart and will you me no other option but to file my I case under consumer forum to consider my case on merit. I have left with no other option but to put my grievances on social platform expecting that I will get the resolution from Flipkart is one of the renowned and trusted E-Commerce company in India .       Hi,

      This is in the reference of my order placed on flipkart, order id is od[protected].

      I have placed an order on 27th may 2020 for the product “protoner 30 kg 30 kg pvc weight with 3in1 bench combo” and the promised date of delivery was 9th june 2020. That means i expected the product within 14 days.

      On 9th june i did not received an order nor i have received any wish master contact details to know where my order is. I raise and issue but i did not got any response even the date of 11th june has passed and still nor i have received the product nor i got any communication regarding my order.

      Meanwhile from 9th june to 14th june i tried many times to raise a issue and talk to some person who can help me with the details of my order, they are not able to help me about when i will get my order.

      On 10th june i have raise a call request and one of the executive called and he said that you will surely get your order by today eod i. E. 10th june and he was about to share me the details of wish master but while he was about to give me the details he disconnected the call. I again raised the call request but none of executives helped me they simply said “ we have no idea about your order nor they can help me with the wish master’s contact details “. They just said someone will reach out to you.
      Similarly on 12 june one of the executives said you will receive the order by eod today 12th june but today is 14 june still no communication or order delivery.

      On the other hand flipkart app is not showing any details of my order, it is still showing order will be delivered on 9th june which is a past date. It means nor any person from flipkart is helping me nor the app.

      Even today i have not received the product or the resolution for it kindly so something regarding it.

      I have placed an order on the good will of flipkart, i don’t know the seller i only know flipkart where i have placed an order but on the other hand flipkart is not helping me in any way. If flipkart took the order then for me only flipkart is answerable. But they are directly saying we have no information then why are they selling the products on their website.

      Kindly help me to get my order delivered at earliest ast its already 19 days that i am waiting for my order.

      Looking forward for a genuine solution asap and serious action against flipkart for mentally exhausting the customers.

      I have not got any solution till now and not the order is delivered.
      Some of the executive called yesterday and said can you wait for 30th june.
      Flipkart thinks customers are fools and they will wait for one and a half month for the order to get delivered.

      Kindly provide me the solution ASAP as i am getting very annoyed with this.

      100% same for me bro. Protoner 50Kg set. Can you confirm if the seller is SPORTSHUBB? Also, the courrier reference number you've got (Bluedart in my case), check it on their website. Mine shows that Bluedart never received any package.

      And yess the courier no. Is not valid.
      I cancelled my order bro. Pretty sure they're fooling you again. Big time a-holes they are.

        Hey,
        I ordered a product (Protoner 50 kg 50 kg pvc home gym set with rods home gym combo) on the 29th may by prepaying the money.
        The updates i got on the product were as follows:

        29th may - your order has been placed.
        3rd june - seller has processed your order.
        3rd june - item has been dispatched from the seller warehouse.
        3rd june - your order has been picked by the courier partner.

        No further updates yet.

        The promised delivery date was on or before 14th june.

        Order id: od[protected]

        Flipkart also provided a bluedart waybill/reference number, which is [protected].

        Now, i opened the bluedart website to track my order. It clearly mentioned that no records were found. I further contacted flipkart as to why am i not receiving any updates regarding the status of the package, as it was shipped on the 3rd june. I wasn't given any resolution regarding the same.

        Following day, i contacted bluedart through email providing them my reference number. They replied back that they haven't received any physical package.

        Today is the delivery day and the website still shows that the package is yet to reach the nearest hub.

        Now, i wouldn't be concerned this much and filing a complaint if this was a first time problem.

        I ordered another product (Muscleblaze fuel one whey protein whey protein (1 kg, chocolate), order id (Od[protected], on the 21st april.

        The promised date was 27th april. I did not receive the product on the given date. I contacted them and i was told that the product will be delivered by the next day i. E. 28th april. Nonetheless the product wasn't delivered the next day.

        On raising a complaint, i was told that the issue has been escalated and i will be contacted by a higher team. I wasn't. The next day, i got an update that the delivery will be made on 4th of may. As expected, flipkart failed to deliver the product yet again on the 4th and was told that it'll be delivered by the next day for sure. I did not get the product even next day and was told that the issue will be resolved by 8th may. On contacting them on the 8th may, they updated me that the issue will be resolved by the 11th may.

        On the 11th may i cancelled my order and purchased the same on amazon. The delivery date provided by amazon was 15th may but unexpectedly i got my product on the 14th of may.

        I was given a refund by flipkart on the same day.

        The following events have led me to strongly not use the services provided by the company. The customer care services never really provide a solution.
        There always seems to be a technical issue of some sort, due to which the location of the product can not be found.

        You cannot claim that my area has limited delivery due to covid-19 because i have been receiving all sorts of products from different online stores.

        I've attached all the necessary details along. I've blacked out my name, address, email id and phone number. The confirmation of the order id/bluedart reference number can be done from the attached images.

        Never expected this from a company this big. All this for being a flipkart plus member.

              I have been customer to flipkart from last 2yrs... And i have login into the app with my account and my wife account and played twice the game and they blocked to game zone.
              Contacted flipkart and they told me to uninstall and install again to use the service but still not able to use game zone.

                  out of stock for my pin code why???

                  I want to buy some ignou books but flipkart app always saying out of stock for my pin code. I had bought items before on may, 2020. The items which i had ordered were delivered within may 28. Now, i want to buy some books, those books were available before... But suddenly on june 13, it's saying not available or out of stock for my pincode. I need those books please for my college projects😭😭...

                      I have ordered Poco X2 from flipkart on 7th of june.
                      ekart logistics take my order to deliver.
                      On 8th of June tracking number - FMPP[protected] stuck, still I hope that I will get my product on a Promised Date that is 12th of june but wait on 12th june evening I got the message without specific reason that my product is delayed and will be delivered by 16th of june, all hope scattered.

                        We ordered an apple iphone xr order id od[protected] for rs 57800. For this we used cc to make the payment and involved an exchange of the existing iphone for rs 7500.

                        On 21st may we placed the order for the phone and on 26th may the order was attempted to deliver. The delivery boy said while the evaluation for phone exchange was 7500 as there are scrathes (Which wasnt there) the exchange will not be accepted. He asked us to pay additional 7.5k and take delivery of the phone. We refused and requested cancellation of the order.

                        The delivery guy went back without giving the phone or taking exchange but marked the phone a delivered. We immediately contacted flipkart and they stated that cancellation can not be initiated as in system it shows delivered. They then recorded the complaint and started inveatigating. We have need confirmed on call multiple times that this is a technical error and will refund in 48 hours but nothing has happened in the last more than 20 days.

                        We have have multiple calls, raised issue on twitter and yet nothing.

                        Please think of it, the phone cost was 57800, but via cc we only paid 50400 and the exchange phone was not taken from us. Then how can this product be delivered?

                        We are being cheated of 50, 400 and nobody seem to be able to help or care in flipkart.

                          On 9 th june i have returned my product (Noise shots x1) at 2:30 pm, and they didn't uploaded that on their website that they picked up my product, and i did not get any refund from them, where they have policy of 24 hours money return, and when i will complaint them they always said they need 74 hours and because of this i have some sort of depression, kindly please take some legal action against them and refund my money with compensation.

                            Few months ago i have purchased a levi's shoes which glue was started destroying after using once or two days and i have tried to contact levi's customer care but they didn't replied over phone and email then i have tried to contact flipkart and flipkart team told me flipkart will take the return and it's happened 9 times and all time it was cancelled by wishmaster with the same reason. And yesterday my account was blocked without any notification and the main thing which has more then 14000 of gift card. I want my account back. Please have a look and let me know otherwise i have take this to consumer court

                              It is a full prepaid order.

                              Question is why the item was showing available when it was actually not?
                              Secondly, who will compensate me & in what capacity, due to loss suffered. Loss suffered in terms of inconvenience, breach of contract, breach of trust, no accountability.
                              I have been desperately waiting for this item as i no longer want to visit barber shops due to pandamic for safety concerns.
                              I invested lot of time in researching and finding this product, and after 4 days, how can you just turn up and say no, we can't deliver, this is our seller issue?
                              I demand flipkart to fullfill the commitment or suitably compensate me

                                I have purchased a voltas ac from flipkart via order id : od[protected]. I had raised a complaint on 28feb2020 that serial number of the ac was not matching the one given in the invoice because of which i was not able to register the product on voltas website for warranty.

                                I got the ac installed on 02 feb as there was no response from flipkart and i had asked for updating the invoice with the serial number mentioned on the ac unit.
                                On 7th march after several followups, i received reply from flipkart that the seller is ready to replace the ac with new one as updated invoice for that serial number can not be provided. And uninstallation of the ac will be done by jeevas. Again the uninstallation was delayed and after several followups the uninstallation was done by jeevas team on 18march. Meanwhile new as was dispatched from the seller and had reached the flipkart lucknow hub.

                                Due to lockdown, the delivery was staged. On 18 may the services were resumed and i received an update that the technician will visit for pickup of ac and replacement on 21 may. On 25th may, the replacement was cancelled.

                                Again i had to keep following up for the resolution of the complaint. I was told that by 30 may i will get the solution. Every second day i call the flipkart and they say that resolution will be provided in 24-48 hours but i did not get the solution. I have posted the issue on twitter and marked flipkart. Mr mahadev jawalgi, from the social media team of flipkart had approached and assured resolution in 48 hours. I had again sent them the proofs of the ac invoice and snapshot of the serial number on ac and outdoor unit. But till date, no other response or solution has been provided by them also. I have also provided them my alternate mobile number, but i didn't get call on either number (Registered or alternate).

                                I am not having the warranty of the product i purchased because of wrong and cancelled invoice, nor the product is replaced. I want to return the product now and get back my amount with compensation. The ac amount is rs 31499. I have been mentally harassed as i have to keep following up and they don't even reply to my emails. The summer is towards its end and the very purpose of purchasing the ac is void as the ac is not used till now. My parents are old and i had purchased the ac for their comfort.

                                Is there any update? As the seller had already raised a credit note for the original invoice, I may not be able to claim any warranty based on the original invoice.

                                  Travel tickets are expensive on flipkart travel, there is a lot of price difference whereas the rest of the other websites are showing the less and the same price.


                                  I was thinking about to book an international flight from flipkart, and i realized there is a lot of price difference only on flipkart travel, while the price on all other websites is less and the same.

                                  I dropped a note on [protected]@flipkart.com some 15-20 days back and after that, i dropped some other 3-4 follow-up notes. I have not heard a single time from their end so far. Then i reached out to flipkart customer care support multiple times for the same and for the first few times, they replied to me something like this.

                                  "sorry, this isn't something we'd want you to experience, sid. We assure you that we are working on it and will get back to you with an update at the earliest. Request your understanding."

                                  And i thought they will escalate the matter to the travel team and when i started pushing them, they gave me a phone no # [protected] which i tried calling for 2-3 days, but no one picked up the call. When i told the same thing to flipkart customer care that no one is picking up the call. They provided this vague reason for the price difference.

                                  "we certainly understand your concern, siddi. The price listed are determined by the airline. Flight charges varies as per airlines regulations. Appreciate your understanding. Please refer the t&c's for more details. ^rr"

                                  I listed down all questions again but they did not bother to reply.

                                  1. Why is the price difference only on flipkart whereas other travel websites are offering the same price.

                                  2. How can you charge more than actual price of ticket that airline is quoting/charging. Fyi, there is a difference of more than rs.4000

                                  Then i shared my previous experience where i booked a domestic ticket from flipkart. I paid 800 rs more than they actually paid to an airline company. Luckily, i received actual invoice from an airline company. After escalating this matter for almost 2 months. They issued me a refund.

                                  This is not the first time that i observed that prices on flipkart is more than airline prices. They usually follow this unethical practice, frankly speaking not everyone will be interested to chase behind them for refund.

                                  I will recommend you to not use flipkart travel to book tickets, they may offer lucrative offers but in the end, they are offering those offers from your pocket only. I never received the proper justification and i don't think i will ever receive also.

                                  I am attaching all snapshots also where you find the price difference between flipkart and other travel websites.

                                  Here is the standard reply from Flipkart whatever question you raise, you will get mail something like this.

                                  Pathetic customer service, on top of it they talk about customer satisfaction. I sent some 2-3 emails, received the same reply for all mails. Not a single word was changed in their reply. Only the sender name will change, that's it. I suspect they were told to send the same mails for all queries.

                                    I purchase a realme x (Space blue, 128gb) mobile phone from flipkart and along with i purchased a complete mobile protection 1 year package from jeeves consumer services having policy number jppoffk2238012. Now screen of my above said mobile phone is not working. And i registered complain to flipkart and jeeves.

                                    And jeeves share the claim id - ad[protected] and took extra 1500 rs from me and said we will pick up your phone and will repair.

                                    Its has been 1 month, but i didn't get my claim and they didn't repair my screen. I called many times to customer care but they didn't response

                                    Kindly help to repair my mobile screen otherwise ill take another step for your fraud nature

                                    today is 18th June, almost a month but I still waiting for your solution, if I didn't get solution from your side, I will take this complaint to consumer court.

                                      My order no is od[protected] i've ordered lg ac from flipkart and it was delivered on 30 may 2020 and was supposed to be installed on 02 jun 2020. Every time when i call, they keep on saying, backend team will do installation within 1-2 days.
                                      On last call they said, they will do by eod 12th. Today 12 jun, i kept waiting for the whole day and didn't get any communication from flipkart team.

                                      Now when i called flipkart around 4 pm, they again asking me to wait next till 20 june 2019 as the issue is forwarded to back end team. There was no apology and it sounds like these are daily things for them. There was no resolution for the issue. Now i want this product to be returned but this is against the policy of flipkart as per the discussion.

                                      Now my question is if flipkart is concerned about the policies then who ensures the installation date mentioned there is correct or not? If correct then who ensure it is installed by the given date? If not then what is the policy for the same, why the dissatisfied customer can't return it? Is there any value of commitment provided? Is there any value of customer's time for flipkart?

                                      It seems the policies are just a puppet of the management and nothing else. Flipkart doesn't bother what the customer is suffering. I don't want to become a victim of this again.

                                      Now the resolution i need is to return this order and get my money refunded. I'm really frustrated with the services of flipkart and don't want to be their customer anymore.
