I have tried to place some orders worth rs 10000 on 22 and 23 june in flipkart sale. Being a plus memeber i have got the sale 4 hours before it's public announcement. From that i have ordered some household, digital, and daily wear products. Orders gets placed correctly and the sum amount gets debited from my accounts. Then all of a sudden all the orders from my flipkart account as well as my friend's flipkart account gets cancelled stating that it was cancelled from seller. I tool the action within a minute and write them about the problem. But i haven't recieved any solution back then in the morning i have recieved the messages stating about my refund completion then i have contacted to their suppport executive and ask them about the matter. Describing further i explained them the cards i am using are the international prepaid card which have the policy of non crediting money back to those cards which means there is no option of getting the amount back in that cards. I have placed some orders previously also from my flipkart account and recieved them with proper transactions but this time i have to face a lot of money loss because refund would not get into those cards back. So, in order to resolve this i asked the executive to either provide me the products or refund me to some other source but he said no, further i ask him to transfer the call to their senior but then also he makes an excuse of seniors are busy. With this they said me that the money has been refunded.
Sir i want to request you to please look into this problem as therethe cards associated with the international bank, the bankcorp, which have no method to get the money back. I understand that it would certainly take some time to get money from us to india but the way they have cancelled my all orders from many sellers by describing it as a seller cause. But i want to ask them that how is this possible that all the sellers rejects it together at the mid night as they all faced the same issue. I don't think that for this kind of services i have bought their plus membership.
Please help me with my refund amount sir.

Are you thinking that this excuse will work because I have just order one piece of some products and at different sellers. If any seller reached to it's maximum limit than how would it effect others.
Please provide a better explanation and I am attaching order IDs for your reference.

One more thing to add with this is according to you it was because of shortage of product on seller than please explain about my two products that was shipped and reached to gurgaon and gets cancelled with the other products. You cancelled my all products at 12:02 am sharp which means I have no time left to respond or talk to any of your official.

      Myself ayan kumar dutta (Of burdwan, west bengal) had purchased marq air condition on 24th may 2019 from flipkart. From 20th may 2020 as the ac is not working so logged a service request with marq (Subsidiary of flipkart) as it was under 1 year warranty period.
      Flipkart was not able to fix the issue so they agreed to return and refund the item (Also asked for my bank account details for refund).
      Till today no one picked up the ac which is kept at my house (Dismantle is already done by technician on 3rd june) and also not processing the refund. On email not receiving any reply from their end.

        Have been provided by defective mobile nokia 301.
        It's battery is damaged. When u keep this on charging can have contact. Otherwise mobile automatically switch off. No. Of time put complaint in flipkart after so many time on hold they put our request now time expire.
        We are in great need for this mobile for my in laws.
        Flipkart amazon s very irresponsible, make us fool. Their executive also treated as bekoof by putting out call on hold for long time.
        At least they should check whether we r wrong or not. Without any technical assistance, they r saying no default in mobile. Mobile was purchased on 12 june. Within 1 week we can tell flipkart about it's quality.
        We did the same. But thy r not entertaing us

              On 8th June we ordered a mobile of 14, 999 with an exchange offer, delivery man checked the device and said the price of old device is only 500 rupees but in the evening when we got the bill the price of old device was given 1550 rupees and the delivery man has taken 1000 rupees extra from us. It's been around 15 days we haven't received 1000 rupees back

                I had placed 3 sets (4curtains in each set) of curtain on the above order id, while i decided to keep one, i had requested for a return for 2 sets on 10th june, one of price 695 and other of 755 each. I shall refer to them as 695 and 755 for ease as they both have same item description
                Issue 1: refund
                695 got picked up by a wishmaster on 12th june however he missed updating the quantity as 4. I got the refund for one curtain and the same is pending for the remaining 3 curtains
                Issue 2: return
                755 is still waiting to be picked up, it has been 13 days since the day the request was raised on 10th june.
                Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                I have raised the issue with the customer support team, but they keep closing the ticket without resolution. It has been more than 15 days now

                  Serial number on manufacture box and invoice are different

                  Got my MacBook Air 2017 on 15 March 2020 so after 3 months my MacBook stopped working but when I checked for warranty coverage it showed purchase date not validated and the serial number on my manufacture box and the serial number on the invoice is not matching they are different I can’t even avail my warranty because of this please help.this is a serious fraud...

                    ORDER NO:[protected]-5965901– Benetton Trouser Navy Tailored Fit I ORDERED WAS SIZE 34, Wrong Size 38 delivered instead of Size 34. Look at the way this retailer is cheating customers:

                    1.) They have attached an Incorrect Paper Price Tag with barcode showing size 34. But the inner label stitched on the inner side of the trouser shows actual size 38.

                    2.) On top of that, while scheduling an exchange the price now showing is quit higher Rs. 2, 584 instead of original sale price of Rs. 1292.

                    Isn’t this plain cheating?? This never happens with Amazon. I should get the right size in the same price I originally placed the order. Mukuk.[protected]@gmail.com [protected]

I am sending you the attachments of our conversations with flipkart CS regarding the product refund & technician visiting policy. I have received the order on 03/06/2020 ( ORDER ID - OD[protected]. After receiving the product I have an issue with the charging point. Then technicians visit on 07/06/2020. He will do nothing on my phone and send the message to the customer care that it's ok & my refund has been cancelled on 11/06/2020. Again I have started conversations with your CS & another date will be marked for my return on 19/06/2020 by 8:00 pm.

                      Still now no technicians came in my home, no conversations with your CS over the phone, no mailed. After several mail conversations with you guys now I will escalate this matter to your higher authority as well as in the consumer forum also. Don't know why you guys are doing this kind of nonsense stuff with consumers.

                                I have ordered an Acer gaming laptop on 7th June 2020 from flipkart.

                                I have received a defective laptop that crashes after using some time. I have lodged a replacement request on 11th June, a day after getting this laptop. So there has been a technical visit on 13th June, in which technician update the drivers, I used the laptop and the problem is as it is. I called the technician again, so he visited again on 16th June, and hard reset the whole PC, but still the problem persists. Laptop crashes after using it for some time.
                                I contacted Flipkart on 16th June told about the problem I am facing even after the technical visit, they said to wait for 24hours as the information has not been updated in their systems. Again I called on 17th the same replay is given to me, on 18th also the same replay.
                                On 19th June I was told to wait till 23 June, we will resolve your complaint.
                                Still, no resolution has been provided to me.
                                As the laptop is defective and not fixed after two technical visits and it is in 7-day replacement policy, so I request a replacement of this defective unit from Flipkart asap.

                                  I ordered apple AirPod in Flipkart, last Sunday it was reached my nearest hub Ambur, but till Monday afternoon it was not delivered so I have raised a complaint because of that end of the day I simply mention order cancelled as per government order, but on the same day I got two other products delivered from gudiyatham hub. I already raised some many complaints Regarding the delivery from Ambur hub, they are delivery the product properly. Now simply canceled the order with name sake of government order, if that is the case how other two products are delivered.

                                      I am a regular customer of flipkarti.
                                      Flipkart services were excellent even during the covid time.
                                      But it is degrading
                                      Two of my orders were accepted - money by debit card collected and then they were voluntarily cancelled without assigning any valid reason.
                                      Refund is promised in ten days.

                                      You should Refund the amount instantly as we pay instantly in advance on trust.
                                      This is just a breach of trust
                                      If I do not receive the refund immediately I will have no alternative except to file a consumer case with a claim of compensation for the mental harassment, to a senior citizen and wastage of time
