    Respected sir/mam,
    I ordered 2 pairs of shoes rack fron flipkart on 14june 2020, i got that order by 20june 2020 but i didn't like that product's material and it was damaged too then i placed it to return it was returned by 21june 2020. They mentioned that they will refund when the product will reach to their manufacturer. After that i wait till 29th june 2020 till date i didn't got the refund. Please help me to get the refund of worth rs. 1200/-
    I didn't get my refund in my bank a/c till date.

      I have purchased online poco f1 phone by flipkart. Within first hour of received i observed that some issue in received device, i complaint instantly on flipkart site. But they have send their engineer three times which was unable to solved same issue. I have complaint to flipkart more than 6 times but invain. Atlast they said that return policy 7 day are over. Now they cannot.

        I have ordered one washing machine samsung 6.5 kg fully automatic with exchange my old semi automatic washing machine.
        27th jun is delivery date but product not received and status show its delivered;
        Also ekart delivery agency shown its delivered. I have mail them but they close their email id service,
        Also i have made complent on twitter then the next day means on 28th jun i have received msg from ekart that its not able to deliverd today will deliver
        Tomorrow now its shown already delivered on sunday 28th jun 2020 its real horribly please help me. I have paid full payment & now its happens to me.

            Hello,
            I placed a return request on 27th for my replacement order

            Reasons - defective product

            After approving return request on the next day wish master came to pick up the return
            He told me the verification of the product didn't match as the color was different but product was same with it's brand, but he took the the order and gave the statement :
            "the product's final verification would be done by our courier office"
            But after few hours he told the verification couldn't be successful, color different and then asked me to raise a new return request mentioning the problem.
            Then i requested him to give my product back to me but he refused, and instructed me to do as he told giving excuses.

            So, i was compelled to make another return request and the new request was approved also.

            But today on 29th june, when i contact the person he told me regarding the same problem as previous and he is also not willing to return my product back and also not updating the successful pickup of the order
            My total amount was for rs 858/-

            I am cheated and this is a big fraud with me,
            I have been shopping with flipkart since many years but this is the worst incident ever

            Kindly my final request help me to get my refund back. O🙏

              I had ordered the material on 15th june and had paid the amount. It had to reach me on 22nd june but after chating and calling your representative, i was assured to receive by 27th june. I did not receive the material and on 28th your representative is telling it will reach by 29th june but when i requested to let me know the exact location of the material, he is unable to track the material and still saying that it will reach today by 7:00 p. M. Kindly take this mater seriously as it will definitely hamper your reputation. Actually it was a gift for my son which was on 25th june. Had i be informed earlier i could have bought it from other site or from local market.

                    During this flipkart hdfc credit & instant discount last week which was there valid till 27th june. I did a purchase on the site, there were some discounted items & over that there was this hdfc instant discount, i paid using hdfc debit card. Here is my order id:- od[protected], but i never got this hdfc instant discount. I have raised a complaint, still raising here as there is poor quality of service provided to such a developing nation. Need to address this issue & ensure that quality service is provided with quality products no fake products to be sold. If sold flipkart & other such vendors should be hold accountable

                          I've ordered realme x polar white worth of 21000rs through flipkart and it is a prepaid order. On june 14th the delivery guy delivered the package left. After opening the package we came to knew that it is not realme x. It is realme 5 which is 13000rs. We immediately called the delivery guy but he denied to take the package back. On june 14th itself i've tried to place the return and replacement order. But flipkart denied to take any action. On 15th june i've placed return and replacement order. From then the drama got started.
                          1. At first the customer care people intentionally extended the time to provide resolution to me.
                          2. They started asking me to provide my id proof. I've shared my id proof.
                          3. They started saying that my id proof is fake just because i've ordered the product on mahesh varma name and in my id proof my name is mahesh vinjavarapu.
                          4. Flipkart doesn't mentioned that id proof is mandatory for return and replacement in their website.
                          5. They've clearly mentioned that mobile number and email i'd are the primary identifiers.in that case what's the need of my id proof.
                          6. I've sent a mail to them stating that varma won't be in my id proofs because it is my middle name. And middle name is not necessary for id proofs in our state.
                          7. They've mentioned in their website that return and replacement will be done in 7 working days. But it's been more than 2 weeks and still i'm not getting any resolution from their team.

                          So i need a resolution as soon as possible. Otherwise i'm going to file an fir on flipkart which will definitely ruin their reputation and i'm pretty much sure that i'm not the only one who is facing these kind of issues with flipkart.

                                We can make a suggestion to flipkart that closing the account will do nothing. You first check on how to send a defective mobile seller

                                Flipkart seller send defective product but same day and same day complaint problem and flipkart customer support provide replacement but i did not want to get a replacement. 23may 28 may many times delay and 21day ago my account blocked flipkart and after that i have been doing a lot of replies on emails but there is no reply from there.                                 Note.. #flipkart let us know that your system was called for 21 days, while we were already compliant and why it took you so long in the system and if i had to do it then why wasted my time. Time was always given your reservation date, but even then no hearing is done

                                We are requesting the consumer complaint to kindly explain in flipkart customer support why the account was closed after 21 days whereas on the day the mobile was delivered, we complied and once my refund was accepted and after that my refund was canceled from his side and the replacement was also done once on 23 may. Thereafter, he was also canceled from there and was given a time. There was no reply on 28 may and also on 28 may. We sent them an email asking me to give me the reservation soon and why my account was closed on the 3rd, even though we had placed the order before the account was closed and even after giving it, that order also reached me. (Product delivered price 419) the old problem was not solved.
                                I have proof that the call recording happened when i talked to the flipkart customer support team. Last june 18 and 20 when he told that in 48 to 72 hours your problem will be solved, but it did not happen. But we have complained to the nearest cusumer form on 19/06/20

                                Flipkart had to close my account, so why waste so much time. Who makes up for it
                                I'm sending some proof to this portal (Nch)

                                We have integrated over flipkart with the help of the nearest consumer forum.

                                To highlight this, it has also been uploaded to youtube and other site. (Public) will not be able to see. Try it.

                                I have complete proof that we have received an email from the side of flipkart and I have replied to the entire email. Last email from flipkart 14 /06/20 And I am constantly replying to email and call. I also called the last call in flipkart on 18 June 20 and both were asked to wait for 48 to 72 hours and your problem will be resolved and all the talk I had His call recording is from flipkart customer support team. And all the time the resolution day is given> Yes or No answer is not given so what is the benefit of flipkart by wasting so much customer time. Yes or no, my problem would have been solved.

                                You can simply say that your account will not be unblocked. Okay and we don't need anything. I will not reply even after that. Not even this consumer portal but I will tell you what is the customer?

                                Flipkart explained why it wasted so much time in us. If you were doing this to people, then you would have told us directly that my account will not be unblocked. Why wasted so much time and my money is stuck. We still had my money back. With that, I have compiled the consumer but on the 19th we have compiled the consumer.

                                Technical visits will be done. What was all this between May 13 and 26?So far your technical visit master is coming. Looks like something went wrong

                                We do not want my mobile money, but want to see Flipkart being ruined.

But at that time lockdown happens and after that i contacted flipkart customer they had told me that your product will delivered soon and for this i raised too much complaint regarding my problem but team cant respond me after that on 23th june 2020 they was cancelled my product by its own and regarding my refund amount i again raised too much complaints but they continusly said that team will call..                                         Sir i had ordered 5 qty of mosquito killer lamp which was lowest offer this product so i had purchased on cod mode as the parcel delivery date was 29 june i got the parcel 2 days earlier

                                        When the delivery agent came and biker came i felt confuse i had ordered 5 qty and i got in small box.. When i open the parcel only 1 qty i had received immediately i had intimate flipkart executive and request them to raise the missing complaint of the product but after that seller had denied my refund request

                                        And my return request has been cancelled by seller and flipkart

                                        I had called customer care many times they told me u have to wait till 30 june till further update come

                                        Sir i m requesting to u please investigate this matter from u r end... Because i have pay 5 qty amount of the product and i got only 1 qty and remaining 4 qty product is not got to me please from u r help me

                                        I told many time to executive to check the footages where the product has been packed the box was packed properly there was no cut no any fraud activities on the box... The seller had given only 1 qty

                                        I had contacted customer care they told me seller want u r document of photo proof but i have not get any link to send the date of my documents

                                        I m attaching the photos of the box of the product and product and all my documents which seller required from me as executive told me.. Because i m not getting help from customer care not getting revert on email also
