Flipkart must have to change the name to cheatkart.
I have placed an order for a laptop for rs.37990 on sale on 10th-13th june 2020.
My order details are as follow :

Product - dell vostro 14 3000 core i5 8th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/linux/2 gb graphics) vos 3480 laptop
Placed order on 10th june 2020, promissed delivery date is 12th june, till 14th june it has not delivered, they promised to provide the delivery till 19th june but on 14th june at 9.49pm they have cancelled the order by reasoning "the delivery agent could not reach you".
They asked me to reorder the product when it's price got increased to rs.43990.
Without any phone calls or any delivery intimation how could you say that "the delivery agent could not reach you".
If that bloody agent unable to reach to the customer then he must have to call on available contact numbers of customer.
Do flopkart have any curtesy to inform the consumer that we couldn't reached you to deliver the product before cancelling the order.
I called on cc and logged the complaints several times after delivery failure dates but non of your nonsence executives had told me the exact reason for delivery failure and every time they buy some time from me.
Now a days flipkart has started new trend to cheat the customers in this manner.
First they taken the order and showing that it will reaches to the nearest hub but after some time they directly cancel the order saying unable to reach. They have blocked your money, utilised it and after 5-7 days refund it.
Same cases was happens with my friends also.
Somebody needs to take strict actions against these frauds.
Very disappointed customer.
