I bought a sony 43 inch 50ktv from Flipkart. Got it delivered on time (12th June) and was promised installation date was 3 days after delivery (15th June), when I called the customer care they said that no installation request has been raised. I thought there is some technical error so asked them to raise, followed up for everyday they asked me to wait till the deadline (19th June). So when I called them today, to my surprise they said that an installation request is to be raised. No info of the installation person is given. Very disappointed. The customer care people increase you blood pressure by extending the deadlines and make fake promises as return and refund will be initiated if they deadline extends. Deeply regret ordering from Flipkart.

    I orderd my phone before lockdown on 20 march and they promised to deliver 23 march now i hve been waiting since 3 months and the seller is truenet now i just want to know wht is the problem with the seller flipkart is updating the promising date and delaying it again and again because the seller is not providing any information to them 3 months its hightime work on it or else people wont buy dont fool them

      I have bought jbl headphone on 16th of june. After using the headphone i have found that mic is not working properly. While connected to phone sound is not proper and so much noise is coming out. I have raised this complaint on flipkart portal and they have sent the technician to check by the time technician arrived and he checked with his phone sound was coming but not properly. But when we connected to our phone mic was not working. Techincial has updated the status like customer is not happy with the product as having sound problem. Now flipkart is not replacing it nor taking it back. Please help me on this. Once deadline will expired they won’t replace it so kindly requesting u to take an action on this

          My order no: od[protected]. I ordered an ac which was delivered to me on 6th june. But the indoor unit was not delivered and i only got the outdoor unit. I have informed about the same on 6th itself and have been following up every day since. But still no solution hs been provided from flipkart yet and its been 2 weeks nad whenever m clling customer cre.. Tgey re just hnging my cll on my fce nd pretending tht they cnnot her me.. Why are you people hrassing like this. See to it or else i have to resort to legal remedies.

              Hi team,

              Please i have ordered refrigerator from flip kart and while placing order contact number has been updated is wrong,

              Have called customer support its really funny that they dont have the contact number with logistic partner to update my contact number.

              How can people are so irresponsible they are ready to take the product back with loss

              Still issue is going on...

                I order item with id od[protected] on june 06' 2020. But not delivered yet. Customer care numbers not connecting with executives. Online support through chat pathetic. Gives standard cut copy paste sort of answers. Very irresponsible.

                    I ordered poco x2 on 17th june in flipkart. The order is expected to be delivered on 19th june, but it is not packed itself. I need my order as soon as possible
                    same here dude exact same problem with me I contacted Flipkart several times but their answer is constant that they are looking for the problem

                      I booked a flight ticket from flipkart and due to lockdown situation in india flights got cancelled and then i contacted indigo for the refund, they told me that they have refunded the amount but i am daily contacting flipkart for this they are saying we will transfer you the amount after you use credit shell.
                      Indigo refunded 1590 rs and 3000 as credit shell. But flipkart is refusing to refund 1590 in my account they are saying that we are deducting cancellation charges. Is this a way whole country is dealing with pandemic situation and they are behaving like that we cancelled the ticket. When the airlines is not operating then how come we can travel.

                                Flipkart must have to change the name to cheatkart.

                                I have placed an order for a laptop for rs.37990 on sale on 10th-13th june 2020.
                                My order details are as follow :

                                Order id - od[protected]

                                Product - dell vostro 14 3000 core i5 8th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/linux/2 gb graphics) vos 3480 laptop

                                Placed order on 10th june 2020, promissed delivery date is 12th june, till 14th june it has not delivered, they promised to provide the delivery till 19th june but on 14th june at 9.49pm they have cancelled the order by reasoning "the delivery agent could not reach you".

                                They asked me to reorder the product when it's price got increased to rs.43990.

                                Without any phone calls or any delivery intimation how could you say that "the delivery agent could not reach you".

                                If that bloody agent unable to reach to the customer then he must have to call on available contact numbers of customer.

                                Do flopkart have any curtesy to inform the consumer that we couldn't reached you to deliver the product before cancelling the order.
                                I called on cc and logged the complaints several times after delivery failure dates but non of your nonsence executives had told me the exact reason for delivery failure and every time they buy some time from me.

                                Now a days flipkart has started new trend to cheat the customers in this manner.
                                First they taken the order and showing that it will reaches to the nearest hub but after some time they directly cancel the order saying unable to reach. They have blocked your money, utilised it and after 5-7 days refund it.

                                Same cases was happens with my friends also.
                                Somebody needs to take strict actions against these frauds.

                                Very disappointed customer.

                                  I had purchased air conditioner on 5 june & received defective product. On 11 june i had raised replacement request but after passing 8-9 days, no response from flipkart.

                                  Already raised too many complaint to flipkart or on social media.. Always received same reply "wait for 24-36 hours" or receive fresh fake promise date.

                                  As you know summer season is running... There is no use in the winter month...

                                  I've also sent dismantle copy (Job sheet) to flipkart but no response from flipkart.

                                  Please sir look into the matter & take appropriate action.

                                  Now today Flipkart Suddenly Closed the request by saying technician visit done on 21 June & Problem resolved...while no-one came on 21 June.

                                  Technician Mr Akif Khan Clearly Told us Outer Unit Of AC is defective As produced Too Much Noise & same updated on Complaint no.

                                  Flipkart Is Fraud Site...Just Bot Replied & Closing the request.

                                  If You Want Technician No Or Hitachi HEAD no Then personal message me, I Will provide you.

                                    I ordered my gaming laptop on 14 june 2020 and on that that i got an email that my account has been blocked giving reasons of an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

                                    + this is completely wrong because returned items in this year is only one item.
                                    + even you check for previous years also there is not more 3 or 4 returns which were due...

                                      The wrong product has been delivered. The item i ordered is totally different from the item that has been delivered. I have never experienced such kind of inconvenience from flipcart. I would be helpful to you if you show your concern and look into this matter and deliver me the right product.
