I ordered lg mobile, but i received defected, used mobile. Charger point is defected mobile is not charging. Accessories are defected.
On complain no one is responding me. I need refund for my product. Its been 24 days passed and flipkart is least bother to revert my mails calls etc.
Frustrated by this behaviour of flipkart if action now not taken by flipkart im going to file an case against flipkart

    Flipkart blocked my account on 12th jun'20 - even after repeated follow ups they didn't revert until 27th jun'20 only to say that i have returned many items as per them - as much as i can remember, i haven't returned anything in the last 2-3 months and prior to that also i needed to check but they've blocked my account and i cannot see my order history. They should have provided me with this reasons through email/call right in day 1 when they blocked my account not after 2 weeks - this shows their mal intent. Also, if returns were the issue then should have blocked my account when the threshold was reached which clearly wasn't now as per them as i didn't return anything in the last 2-3 months (Or even for a year ago, just that i need to check my order history or if flipkart would provide me with the details if they've got)

    My account had 600+ supercoins which would mean c600rs.. They've done similar with many users to just save millions of rs. As if they would have blocked for 10000 users with even 500supercoins in their account that would mean rs. 50, 00, 000 saved.

    I feel bad that such cheats are allowed to operate in india. Please take some stringent actions against flipkart.

      I have placed a order on 22nd march they have promised to deliver on 24th march due to lockdown the delivery delayed so i forced to move from that city due to lockdown. I requested for change the delivery address they didn't change. 3months i have waited the product is not delivered. Simply they said re order the product.. Why should i re-order the price is hiked 3000 more

        Flipkart doing fraud with me first i ordered product on 18th june my card was debited but order was not placed after 2-3 days i approached to flipkart cc for refund they gave me 23th june resolution date again they gave me 24th june date still no resolution but today when i’m trying to login my account an error showing login unsuccessful plz try after sometime. Simply they are cheating with customers below i’m attaching all screenshots.

          Hello, my name is sachin, i had ordered a product from flipkart on 25th june. The order id is - od[protected]

          The order is supposed to be delivered by 30th june, but it has not been shipped accordingly to give it on time, so it will be not delivered as assured, and the main thing is they have increased the price and they are shipping it to other customers, and only 3 items were left as of now, & they will get sold out.

          So they are selling at high rate to other customers, and those who ordered it before, their orders are not being shipped, and maybe they will be never shipped and get canceled in the end. Which has happened many times before. This is extremely fraudulent behavior by flipkart and their sellers.

            I had order 2 shampoo of dove for rs 776

            Today it has been delivered i taught price was less so it would be better get from flipkart as it had been proved wrong from flipkart

            Two shampoo internal damage due to poor packing and shipping the product was not packed properly from packing department due to poor packing the tap was broken internally of both the product

            Even the product was damage due to heavy load it was not packed properly

            The matterial inside was flown inside the packet can't use this product in damage condition

            The whole india is suffering from invisible enemy and in that i can't take risk o[censored]nhygienic and damage product which is hazerdous to my life and family

            The product is not usable due to damage it just disposable product given to me my poor condition plz refund my money back of rs 776 totally wasted from flipkart

                  I bought a hp 15s ryzen 3 dual core laptop of rs-28990. After registering my laptop on hp site. It is showing my laptop has the warranty of 7 months which must be of 12 months.

                  I ordered three bombay dyeing bedsheets from flipkart. I recieved only one bedsheet of them. So i requested refund for the other two bed sheets which i didn't recieve. After many days of hassle from my side (Example - repititively calling the customer service to elaborate the issue), i finally got the refund of one of the missing bedsheet on my flipkart gift card. But i didn't recieve the refund for the another missing bed sheet. Even before this 1st refund was received, my return requests were cancelled by the seller inspite of providing proper reason (I. E products were missing). Moreover one of the most suprising factor is they wanted my aadhar card details to match with that of my address of flipkart. Secondly i didn't know about this hilarious rule before i created the flipkart account. While sending them the aadhar card details i even mentioned that the phone number and the address donot exactly match with my flipkart account. But still they turned down my refund request several times. But i just kept on trying by calling the executives everyday and explaining them the issue again and again. I also had request returns on my flipkart account 'multiple times' just because they were 'declined every single time'.

                  Now let's jump over the case of my second account -
                  Almost the same things happened here as well.

                  The worst part is one day an email comes to me that my account has been permanently blocked due to multiple return request. My account which has been blocked. The refund money on my flipkart gift card was also present for the first product on my flipkart account. And as now my account has been blacklisted, i can no longer use that money. The refund of my 2nd product is still pending though on my gift card
                  Thus flipkart indirectly stole my money and blocked my account as well, inspite of repititively mentioning my concern and the reason behind the multiple request thing.

                  So it's my humble request to flipkart to please please please unblock my account. And consider this as a mistake to stand for justice from my side of they think so.

                  My order i'd was order: od[protected]

                  Item: bombay dyeing 164 tc cotton double floral bedsheet.

                  They blocked my account while processing refund for the above product.

                  It's talking about some other orders as well which I placed before my account was blocked. So it still means they didn't try to understand my problem instead just stole my money indirectly by blocking my account, as my refund money is present on my Flipkart gift card value

                      1. I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator on 10 jun 2020. Item was delivered on 12 jun 2020.
                      2. Demo and installation technician visited on 13 jun 2020 and it was found that the damaged item is delivered. He declared item is damaged and advised me to place a request with flipkart for return and replacement. He gave me receipt of the visit.
                      3. I placed a request for return and replacement immediately on 13 jun 2020 as advised by your technician. My orders section was updated as " replacement and pick up will be done by 20 jun 2020 between 0800 am to 0300 pm. But not update is available in the form smss or calls from your flipkart team.
                      4. Even my orders section is not updated till now regarding the request for return and replacement.
                      5. Moreover, nobody from flipkart is receiving my calls or even your callback facility people are not turning up.
                      6. I am really getting frustrated with your service of flipkart. This is the most horrible experience i am facing with your flipkart.
                      7. Finally, please deliver a fully serviceable replacement item at the earliest and take back your damaged return item.
                      8. Last but not the least, if you are not capable of of resolving my problem at the earliest. Then, please it's my humble request to refund my money back which is in flipkart's account from 10 jun 2020 and take back your damaged item as soon as possible.

                          There was a sale for moto g8 lite mobile on 18th june 12pm so i waited and tried to place the order the order went though to payment portal the order was not placed but the amount was deducted, i have been in contact with the customer support team from 19th of june and raised and i paid via gpay total sum of 8999 rs

                          There was no proper response from the team they only asked me to wait and i am losing my patience as it's been 8 days and there is no resolution. I am attaching a copy of the statement that says money has been received by flipkart

                            On 15thjun i placed oder for 5 items (Kellogs, guitar capo, spcies, guitar fitings, gloves)

                            The total amount was rs.1, 583/-

                            I paid using upi and the transcation was successful from my end, but in my flipkart account it was showing "payment pending" i contacted customer care and the told the payment was sucessful and it will be reflected in my filpkart account oders page soon, i waited for 24 hours but it didnt happen,

                            I again called flipkart customer care they told payment was failed and as money is debited from my account refund will be initiated and the amount will be credited bank to my acoount within 7 days, they also mentioned refund status can be seen in my flipakrt oders page. But in my oders page it was showing "oder not placed, your payment was not confirmed by the bank" i contacted flipakrt again and when i asked the reason to the cusotomer care agent they hung up the phone.

                            Please process the refund or complete my oder as soon as possible.

                            @FlipkartSupport. I did contact the bank. They checked it and informed me the amount was debited from my account and was successfully credited to Flipkart's account. They also mentioned that if the seller didn't receive the payment it is Flipkart's responsibility to initiate a refund. I requested to initiate a refund almost one month back. The amount is not credited to my account yet which means Flipkart did not process the refund properly. Please process the refund asap.

                            This is not the first time I have had a payment issue with Flipkart. FOR ANYONE ELSE READING THIS I RECOMMEND STOP USING FLIPKART AND ONLY USE AMAZON. THEIR PAYMENT SYSTEMS ARE MUCH BETTER AND ALSO HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER CARE TEAM WHICH MAKES SURE THAT YOU GET A REFUND.

                            ALSO, FLIPKART PLEASE DONT ALWAYS DO THIS "seller didn't get the payment, please contact bank" I am not the one who is directly connected to the seller, It's your responsibility to pay the seller!

                            Please initiate the refund.

                              I ordered one samsung s9 in 21st march 20 from flipkart order id od[protected] and soon lockdown happened. My phone came to nearest hub and was pending for delivery for long. Flipkart even asked if i wanted to cancel my order as they wanted to deliver essentials on priority. I replied i didn't want to cancel the order but instead can wait till flipkart can deliver it even if it is with long delay. On 23rd june seller cancelled it without notifying me. I have already paid emi for apr, may and june. I called customer care and he said he was sorry it got cancelled as seller has misplaced the phone. Now once cancelled i cannot get another phone and have to reorder it. My question is why should i reorder when i haven't cancelled it and it's sellers fault.

                                  I ordered Khadi Organique Herbal Aloe Vera Gel with 3 other products on 8th June 2020 by paying through net banking.

                                  I recieved the package on 1th June 2020, but taking precautions against COVID-19 virus I asked the delivery boy to put package inside on a bench, while I was there.

                                  After 3-4 hours I left it untouched and sanitized the package before opening it. When I opened I only found 3 products and the Aloe Vera Gel was missing, and I had recieved the delivery confirmation message.

                                  I immediately raised the complaint, since they have closed all the customer care call support, there was only option to text.

                                  I texted them explaining my concern, first they asked me to wait till 18th June till they try to resolve the issue.

                                  They tried contacting me on 15th June, at first I was busy and didnt pick the call, then got a mail that they will call again after 4 hours of that call. They did, I explained my concern. They offered me 2 options either to get a refund or when the product will be available they will try to deliver it again. By that time I found and alternative of the product on flipkart which in my opinion l was better, so I asked for the refund. They put my refund request for review by the seller.

                                  On 16th June I recieved a mail from flipkart customer suppor, they asked me to share my Aadhar Card or PAN card copy, which they will verify with some third party. Moreover they marked a statement that needs to be put in the mail, which was " give my express consent to Flipkart for collection, use and/or disclosure of my information provided in this email and the documents attached hereto for the purpose of authenticating my Flipkart Account" to validate my account.

                                  This made me skeptical. Even for one of my previous order whose transaction was done online, I had asked for refund to which they did return on the same day without even asking me to share my PAN or Aadhar card details.

                                  I immediately raised my concerns again to which they didn't reply and sent a mail after 2 days that I have not provided the details they asked for therefore they could not process my refund request.

                                  After this they closed my issue on the app. I tried to reopen it asking for solutions, without even replying they again closed my issue.

                                    I had placed a request for 4 trousers to be returned and have been waiting forast 3 months. I understand that due to covid 19 you guys are not able to pick the product within the stipulated time. But 3 months is too much and all that i am requesting for is to process the refund and pick the return when ever you can. You are not ready to trust your flipkart plus customer, but you guys expect us to trust you and keep waiting. This is not fair. I need my refund. My number is [protected].

                                      Hello Sir/Ma'am,
                                      I was supposed to get my order number - OD[protected]. But my order was not delivered but i got confirmation that it was delivered by the delivery boy. On calling him, he said he did not remember where he ordered and said maybe he ordered to some other place by mistake and asked me to order again and wait for another week!
