I'm reporting my issue in the consumer complaint, since i'm not receiving any kind of support from flipkart support team.
I'm a flipkart customer from last 7 years and i had purchased many products on flipkart, but now, flipkart blocked my account stating that i had returned many products to flipkart, which is why they had blocked my account, but that is completely a false statement, if you can check my order history, i usually never return any products, until and unless i have any sizing issues or model mismatch.
I saved some money to buy a watch for my father and, i had purchased "fossil fs5304 the minimalist 3h analog watch" on june 1st in flipkart, the actual cost of the watch is 8995rs, however using icici credit card, i purchased the watch for 7345rs. Flipkart had delivered me the watch on june 4th, but i had received a different fossil watch. I actually ordered for fossil fs5304, but i had received fossil bq2311. I spoke to flipkart customer support on the same day i, e june 4th and i had created a refund request, as the product is eligible for 30-day refund policy, on 5th june, my refund request got rejected by flipkart, hence i spoke to flipkart support again and they mentioned, they have raised a refund request again and even that got rejected, on 6th june, my flipkart account got blocked and i'm unable to login to my account. I gave a call to flipkart support asked them on what grounds, my flipkart account has been blocked, the flipkart executives are not sure about that, and they told me, they escalated my issue to the concerned team and they'll get in touch with my by 9th june. Today i. E 11th june and still there was no update from flipkart. I'd like to bring this issue to your attention and kindly requesting you to help me with this.

I raised my issue on all the social channels like facebook, twitter, but i always ended up hearing same apology statements, but no resolution, i'm requesting you to please look into my issue.

Updated by saikiran_sunny Flipkart always responds me stating that I had placed a high number of returns, which is why, they had blocked my account, but in reality, I never returned any product on Flipkart. I really don't understand what is happening with Flipkart

Flipkart Customer Care's response Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

Updated by saikiran_sunny I'm a Flipkart loyal cusomer from last 7 years and I rarely return any product to Flipkart, I had returned products only when I had sizing issues, if you check my order history from last 7 years, I had ordered plenty of products from Flipkart and returned products that I had returned so far as very very Minimal.
I still don't understand, Why you guys had blocked my account on that reason, this is really a bad experience for me From Flipkart.
Recently, I had purchased a Fossil watch for my Dad from my very hard earned money and I ended up receiving a different watch, Which is why I placed a return request, I never expected My Flipkart account will get blocked for raising a return request.

Updated by saikiran_sunny Whenever I give a call to Flipkart support to understand on what grounds my account was blocked, I always ended up hearing the below automated statement every time.:
"Hi, We are sorry to let you know that your return request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account"
I really want Flipkart to seriously look into my issues rather than sending these automated messages. This statements from Flipkart doesn't given any Solution for a user like me, until and unless you come up with a valid explanation.
I always expected a call from you, but till now, I had never received a single call to discuss about my issue.This is hard earned money and I have each and every right to question Flipkart, if I'm not receiving any kind of response on this, I'll definatky take this to the consumner court without any doubt .

Updated by saikiran_sunny I really don't mind you blocking my account and I anyways do not want to shop in Flipkart anymore, I lost my trust on you Flipkart.
I just want you to take the watch that you had sent me and refund my money, I'm anyways going to file a police FiR on this issue.
