श्रीमान जी, उपभोक्ता मोहम्मद अनस ने आपकी सेवा कम्पनी flipkart से दिनांक 16/06/2020 को matrix कम्पनी की एक कॉस्मेटिक किट मंगाने के लिए आवेदन किया था जिसकी आर्डर संख्या - od[protected] है | आज दिनांक 21/06/2020 को कम्पनी द्वारा किट उपलब्ध कराने से पूर्व रुपए 370/- का नकद भुगतान उपभोक्ता द्वारा कर दिया गया | किट की पैकिंग को खोलने के बाद उपलब्ध कराये गए चार वस्तुओ में प्रत्येक वस्तु वास्तविक matrix कम्पनी की ना होकर उसकी डुप्लीकेट रूप में उपलब्ध करायी गयी | जिससे उपभोक्ता एवम उसके संबंधियों को flipkart की सत्यता पर संदेह होने लगा है | उपभोक्ता चाहता है कि किसी कानूनी कार्यवाही को करने से पूर्व उसके रुपए 370/- का किया गया भुगतान उपभोक्ता को वापस कर दिया जाए |

      Hi all -

      I purchased stainless steel modular rack from flipkart on 28 may 2020 and it got delivered on 3 june 2020. Further i raised return request with reason high price charged for the product. The pickup person came for the collection of product but since the product was branded as "kitchking" and the seller description is 4ten so the courier person did not picked the product saying that the product name is not matching although the product is exactly same. So i contacted customer care on 16 june 2020 and he/she asked me to cancel the return as the reason should be different brand instead of high price charged. Further they asked me to wait for atleast 72 hours so that the system gets updated with the cancellation and then asked me to contact back after 72 hours.
      I contacted again on 21 june 2020 to customer care for the return but now the whole picture changed as the customer care saying that the product cannot be returned now as there is 10 days return policy which is lapsed. I asked to connect with senior executive "rahul" and he also said the same thing. But where is my fault? I raised the cancellation request on time, again contacted customer care for the help as the pick up person was not taking the product and finally contacted again to customer care for the return.
      Not sure but its all the fault of flipkart as the seller has mentioned incorrect brand name in their description. Product price is high as compared to other seller on flipkart as order similar product from other seller on flipkart itself. Customer care not cooperating as i followed their instruction of return that too with the specified time limit.

            I have purchased real me xt from flipkart on 29 oct.2019, recently its touch not working so i visited service center on 2 june and got call from on 3rd june that my issue was resolved and when i visited at service center they told me that invoice imei no not matching with mobile imei then i called realme and they told me that contact flipkart. I have contacted flipkart on 4th june and till not every time they are saying that please wait 24 to 48 hr form 4 june.

            Its been almost 15 days i am waiting for issue solution.

              My account is blacked almost 3 weeks back without any intimation like mail or message with reason.
              I called customer care nearly 15 to 20 times about this issue. Customer care people told like there technical people will contact me back. Still no one is contacted.
              If i asked same think to the customer care people they will put my call on hold and they will disconnect my call. It is happened almost 5 times.
              Some times they told that they already sent a mail but i didn't receive any mail that one also i already told them.
              Always customer care people told same dialog they will resolve but no one is take care of that.

                Hi sir,
                I purchased an i kall tablet for my daughter from flipkart under to order no: - od[protected] on 04th june 2020 for 4999/- inr which was delivered on 07th june 2020. As the product was defective i started raising the complaint with flipkart customer care on the same day where everytime flipkart customer care executive assured me that it would be picked up and refund would be generated. Some of the return ids are[protected] and[protected] raised by me. These refunds were rejected without any information to me and when i asked about it they shared product is ok and can’t be refunded.
                As the product was defective, i persisted to return the product and kept on calling flipkart customer care and every time your team conveyed that return is in process and it was rejected earlier due to a system error.
                Now when i call them they hear my complaint and then say please hold for a minute and disconnect my call. Even few executives have used a foul language which is not at all acceptable and is attack on modesty of a woman.
                I am reaching out to you to provide solution to my problem, false commitments by your team and indecent language used by your team.

                No action has been taken by Flipkart till now and they keep on playing with consumer. I got a call from them and shared complete problem. Flipkart shared they understand the problem and will get it picked but due to issue in system it is delayed till now. But no action till now. I have called multiple times and always get a response system issue please call later. Not sure what company like Flipkart is upto.

                  My flipkart plus account has been blocked on 06 jun 2020. Company saying it is done by number of high return. Basically, i ordered flipkart smart buy towel near about 10 pc but i received every product defective and full of soiled and very old stocked so i returned it. Due to block my account, i'm not able to pay my pay later dues. Because of this, they are adding penalty every day. I contacted to customer care many times but no one could help me. I hate this company.

                          I had ordered a 5 litre pressure cooker on 26th of may 2020 and i got delivered a wrong product (Not the one from the description) so i requested a return/refund for the same. I got a replacement on the 17th of june and this time too it was a different product altogether! It was a 3 litre conventional cooker (The one i ordered was pigeon super cooker) with a very inferior quality. I requested a refund on the very same day and i received a msg stating the matter would be resolved on the 20th june by 12:30 pm. Today, the 20th june, i receive one more message stating the issue would be resolved by tomorrow and within half an hour of that i receive yet another message stating it cannot be refunded and or returned! And the matter is closed! This is really disappointing! First off, they sent me a wrong product, they again send me another wrong replacement product, only this time more inferior and cheaper and an altogether different product! I have once again placed another refund with flipkart which, according to them, shall be looked into by 23rd of may.. It is almost a month since placing an order and i am faced with such issues which have turned into a headache! I should have stuck to amazon! This is really disappointing... All i need is my refund back, flipkart can have their product back. I don’t care about the product anymore!

                            Below all dates were mentioned as per flipkart
                            Date of order : 25th may'20
                            Date of delivery: 31st may'20

                            Return approved : 2nd jun'20
                            Promise date of pickup: 9th jun'20
                            Promise date of refund: 4 days after refund
                            I placed return request on 2nd and was approved with assurance of max time to pick return order by 9th but still order is not picked up
                            Called to customer care number of time & mailed as well also had a word with senior customer care executive ms veena but same response i got we are trying to resolve with concern team. There is not contact no of seller or shipment person by whom it has to picked. No escalation matrix where i can reach out n get proper answer. How many times do i need to send reminder there is a delay n when i can expect

                            I was assured will get done on 17th jun but again we are falling behind as per commitment

                              Ordered 2 kn95 masks (Order id od[protected] but the face masks delivered to me are of very poor quality and i think it's a very serious issue in the wake of coronavirus. The face masks are not very safe to use!! Also the masks failed the water test. The customer care service accepted my return request after begging to them a billion times but then the return pickup guy did not accept my return saying that the masks are not returnable. Flipkart ships 3rd class product to its customers worth peanuts and charging 10x for it. Flipkart is playing it dirty! Ooh sorry lootkart! I am gonna write about this on all the social media platforms and on the consumer forum. Flipkart is the worst company ever and it is spoiling indias name. I wish flipkart gets banned.

                                  I want to say that "i had ordered a product which is realme 6 (Comet

                                  Delivery date of that product was 25 march 2020 because of covid19 delivery.
                                  Date had been postponed after that customer care said to me please wait some day i said okey fine after it he gave me date of delivery 15 may 2020, 30 may 2020, 6 june 2020 many more which i forgot which i remember i have shared, on 6 june product was not deliver, flipkard did not give me any information of delay product on 6 june, i called customer care on 6 june at evening he say to e please wait for 7 pm, i wait but no any information after 7 pm, next day 7 june i called flipkard care, he said to me please wait for 11th june in the evening i got a email in that email mention that team will contect you on on 1 pm after it no response, after it i contact customer care he said to me please wait for 24 hour, i did no response again i contact he said to me please wait for 24 to 48 hours, i did, no response in 48 hours, after 72 after he said to me please wait till 23 june "i said okay fine".

                                  I have called, email, online chat. I think, i had been called 150+ in every call i have talk around 1 hour also on chat, and 20+email.in every call he said please wait, how long i wait already i wait around 3 months march to june and june month going to complete in every call he gave me only comfort and wrong commitment. Many time delivery date had been changed after it i wait and sometime he said your delivery will done in 2 days, some he say wait till today 7 pm, i can understand the condition of india but after it from 1 may service was resumed after 1 may no response about my product, 2 months is going complete service progress, still he is telling to me wait, how much i wait please do something, that product is very important for me, think you can understand mobile phone how much important.
                                  Sometime he said you can cancel your order if i want this then why i wait 3 months that much long time it is not good.
                                  If you response and take action on my this complete i will very thankfull of you and flipkard please do some thing, i request you.

                                    I ordered 34 size but when i wear it, it was too large for me, than i measured it with inch.Tape and the size was 40.
                                    And the bar code sticker of the product has written 34 size on it.
                                    I've returned the package, now i want order it again but the correct size 44 but I'm afraid that they again send me a wrong size with different size written on the bar code

                                        I have requested for a return on 11th june 2020. And still waiting to return my product since 9 days. They told me they will send a technician to my house. But no technician came to my house. And when i call on their phone they always tell me that (Sir please wait for today by 9 p. M.) everyday. Literally everyday. And from yesterday their customer number always busy. Very very bad experience. My name is mayank. And i am speaking for order number :- od[protected]. And return id :-

                                        Firstly, i had mentioned my problem on all social media platforms from 25 June 2020 like Twitter and Instagram. Then, I received a call 1st July 2020. from flipkart social media team. And they asked me about my problem in detail. As soon as they understood my problem they told me that we will pick up your the product on 2nd July 2020. And this time they really did it and when the delivery boy picked up the product i got my refund at same time. Thanks to flipkart.
