I raised request for return on 3rd june and it got cancel on 17th june.. Then i raised escalation incident on 17th itself and till now no one contacted me from flipkart and there is no resolution.. I called customer care multiple times but still no one resolved my problem.. As per message which i got on 17th eta for resolution was 20th june then they changed it to 22nd june and today is 23rd june but no action has been taken. The customer care is not taking any actions. Also, i asked them to transfer call to the team looking into that issue or to there senior but they denied. Now, i am trying to contact customer service by using call me back option but haven't got any call. This is highly frustrating and cost of the product is 5000 rs which is not a small amount. @flipkart can you please provide update regarding my return request.
I got email from flipkart on 24th june at 10:24 am and they mentioned that they will revert in 3 business days. Today it is 3rd day and its 10:52 pm right now and I haven't heard back from them .. I've the email as well . I raised return request on 3rd june and today its 26th june .. in 24 days flipkart couldn't fulfil my return request.

    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: sports and fitness

    The issue that i have experienced was: i have purchased one item which delivered on 8th.
    This item was delivered on 8th and 9th june i raised a request for return due to poor quality. Till date no pickup done from flipkart side and false report to me about not pickup.
    I have requested on 12th june, 15th june, 21st june about this issue, no response from flipkart. After days they message to me as per flipkart return policy it should be return within 10 days.

    This is very serious about flipkart for poor service which needs immediate resolve.

    Please take action and return ₹799.00 as soon as possible.

    It occurred on: 9/06/2020

    Return my amount of ₹799 to my account

    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

      I have ordered an phone woth rs 37253 from flipkart vide order no. Od[protected] on same day they cancelled my order. But merchant claim amount from my bank. It showing refund upto 17 june but still today upto 23 june i have not recieved any refund. When i contact there customer care they are very irresponsive always says wait for 24-48 hours i have waited a long time. Kindly look in this regard so i get my amount refund as soon as possible. I will be very thankful for your coperation.

          I was blocked from gamezone citing different device logins. Whereas i just updated my phones software. Please unblock me from playing games. With nothing more to do with supercoins, i donated them all.

            My mobile number registered with flipkart has not been in use since 3 years. I want to update it to my current permanent number. But while updating on flipkart, it is sending otps to both my new as well as old number. Now how do i access otp on an old number which was deactivated 3 years ago??

              Hello team,

              I received a wrong item and when i reached the flipkart chat support, they denied to share the seller information. I asked, if the receive the same product in replacement, they just skip the question and keep on answering i answered. I know there won't be any refund but i just want to know if i get the same product in replacement, what would be the next process. They never answered my question and keep on skipping on my question. The prodcut details shold show, nilkamal 4 inch bed mattrices with 20 kg weight with coir and foam. The product i received is only a foam product and that is not even 2kg at all. Please find tye snippets of the chat support and product.

                Flipkart had assigned me 5, 000 rupees as my paylater credit and upon checking my cibil score, i was shocked to fine that idfc had granted me 60, 000 worth of loan with a/c no 29785546 dated 19.01.2020 without my knowledge now i want close this account and get it cleared from my cibil report i would like to have a resolution on this as soon as possible

                  Customer care called and they said the order was not updated and give us 24hrs and within this time either product will be updated in my order and delivered or i will be refunded soo the next morning when I woke up i saw money was refunded.

While the item scarlett sc-20a 2.0l, a very poor local quality product is delivered instead on 22/06/2020 with any information from flipkart. This is in order and a satisfactory service by such a reputed company. The same may please be inquired from the related courier service.

                      I have created flipkart account 4-5 years back with a mobile number few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

                      The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
                      Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

                        Hello team,

                        I have purchased a product from flipkart on jun 10. I checked the product and realize that the product was not the design that i requested. Also after checking the phone i found that the touch is not working for the phone.

                        Then i raised a return request and i waited for 5 days. On 14th jun i received a message that the technical person will visit today and i found the contact number of the technician. I was waiting for him to contact me. I didn't contact him because it was sunday i thought he will come on monday.

                        Unfortunately, i received a message from flipkart that the technician contacted and i informed him that the issue is resolved. But no one called me and no one messages me.

                        I called the technician he said from flipkart backend they have canceled the request.

                        I called flipkart customer service they said they escalated to concern team.

                        Pass 7, 8-day flipkart saying the same things.

                        I am attaching all the screenshots

                        I ordered this product to a 13 year's old child to join the online class. Past 2 weeks she is traveling to her cousin's house to attend the online class.

                        I am very disappointed by flipkart.

                        I purchased this product with the rs 3999/-

                        I request you to take action against flipkart.

                          I placed the order on may 28th for expected delivery 12th june. After order was placed, date of delivery was changed to june 16th. To my disappointment item was not delivered even on june 16th. Instead flipkart and home edge seller updated item as delivered on june 16th tues midnight. Once i raised complaint flipkart customer service was very shabby. Finally seller from jaipur called me and let me know item was damaged and not delivered and that i should pressurize flipkart for refund as he will lose his reputation if he says its his mistake. Till date its been a week i am waiting for resolution from flipkart for refund for an item that wasnt deivered. Never buy furniture from homeedge/flipkart

                          Its been 12 days since item was marked as delivered but not delivered and 5 days since I raised complaint here. Still not resolved, what are you promising here? I have spoken to 12 different flipkart useless customer teps and a pathetic seller who agreed item wasnt delivered but says cant refund as its flipkart problem. I will be complaining to cyberpolice as its online fraud taking money and not delivering both flipKart and Homeedge jaipur.

                                  Don't give a bluff answers n don't blame on courier services. What will they do if you don't accept the orders and cancel on face.

                                  If you carefully see most of my orders have 1 quantity.

                                  Don't use the same template of response as u may have used on other complaints.

                                  Give me a reason, solution and assurance on my next order will not be cancelled.
                                  When I say assurance I need an written confirmation in email.

                                  N you know what the seller is still selling out there but mine is only getting cancel.

                                    Flipkart is just showing fake offers to attract the customers. But not able to fulfill as given in the offers. I was trying to order the samsung a80 from 8 pm to 1 am midnight but it was continuously showing non deliverable sometimes not available. I have changed many locations to order but results was same. I just want consumer forum to ask flipkart that how many phones they sold in this 5 hours period and after how many pieces sell it becomes out of stuck? If they just given to attract people by giving so much price difference so that users see other items and buy. I am having hdfc credit card also so i thought i will get it in 21249 rs. I clearly saying to flipkart that give me the phone at 21249 rs else i will go and file rti for this and open all the details that how many phones are sold in this 5 hours. If no phone sold out then i will file a case for posting fake offers on flipkart. I need action as soon as possible.
