I bought a laptop but i got a defective product and now i'm trying to return it but due go some technical issues on flipkart website i can't do that

    Flipkart must have to change the name to cheatkart.

    I have placed an order for a laptop for rs.37990 on sale on 10th-13th june 2020.
    My order details are as follow :

    Order id - od[protected]

    Product - dell vostro 14 3000 core i5 8th gen - (8 gb/1 tb hdd/linux/2 gb graphics) vos 3480 laptop

    Placed order on 10th june 2020, promissed delivery date is 12th june, till 14th june it has not delivered, they promised to provide the delivery till 19th june but on 14th june at 9.49pm they have cancelled the order by reasoning "the delivery agent could not reach you".

    They asked me to reorder the product when it's price got increased to rs.43990.

    Without any phone calls or any delivery intimation how could you say that "the delivery agent could not reach you".

    If that bloody agent unable to reach to the customer then he must have to call on available contact numbers of customer.

    Do flopkart have any curtesy to inform the consumer that we couldn't reached you to deliver the product before cancelling the order.
    I called on cc and logged the complaints several times after delivery failure dates but non of your nonsence executives had told me the exact reason for delivery failure and every time they buy some time from me.

    Now a days flipkart has started new trend to cheat the customers in this manner.
    First they taken the order and showing that it will reaches to the nearest hub but after some time they directly cancel the order saying unable to reach. They have blocked your money, utilised it and after 5-7 days refund it.

    Same cases was happens with my friends also.
    Somebody needs to take strict actions against these frauds.

      I had purchased air conditioner on 5 june & received defective product. On 11 june i had raised replacement request but after passing 8-9 days, no response from flipkart.

      Already raised too many complaint to flipkart or on social media.. Always received same reply "wait for 24-36 hours" or receive fresh fake promise date.

      As you know summer season is running... There is no use in the winter month...

      I've also sent dismantle copy (Job sheet) to flipkart but no response from flipkart.

      Please sir look into the matter & take appropriate action.

      On 17 June Dismantle Also Done by Hitachi Executive & same Hitachi Sr. PAN INDIA Executive Mr Arun Mittal also send Job Sheet to Flipkart on 20 June and also updated on hitachi complain no [protected] (Raised By Flipkart) .

      Now today Flipkart Suddenly Closed the request by saying technician visit done on 21 June & Problem resolved...while no-one came on 21 June.

      Technician Mr Akif Khan Clearly Told us Outer Unit Of AC is defective As produced Too Much Noise & same updated on Complaint no.

      Flipkart Is Fraud Site...Just Bot Replied & Closing the request.

      If You Want Technician No Or Hitachi HEAD no Then personal message me, I Will provide you.

        I ordered my gaming laptop on 14 june 2020 and on that that i got an email that my account has been blocked giving reasons of an unusually high number of returns in my purchase history.

        + this is completely wrong because returned items in this year is only one item.
        + even you check for previous years also there is not more 3 or 4 returns which were due...

          The wrong product has been delivered. The item i ordered is totally different from the item that has been delivered. I have never experienced such kind of inconvenience from flipcart. I would be helpful to you if you show your concern and look into this matter and deliver me the right product.

              I ordered poco x2 mobile on 22nd march 2020 in flipkart.. The product reached the hub nearest to my house on 30th may 2020... Today is 19th june 2020... Till now the delivery of the product was not attempted by the delivery partner of flipkart... Very worst service... Flipkart customer support don't know the reason for delay in delivery... Very worst seller i have came across in my life is truenet commerce seller partner with flipkart...

                  Order id - od[protected] this product is headphone costing rs 539 i have done online payment from phonepe. The delivery date is given 17 june 2020 but the status is showing delivered but till now no phone call has come and the product is not yet delivered but payment is done status is also showing delivered.. Flipkart customer care is also not picking up the phone.. So what can i do

                        Broken tempered glass received.

                        I have ordered a flipkart assured product (Tempered glass) of rs 147. There was no return policy. Since it was a flipkart assured product, i have ordered it by keeping faith that they will give us the good product. But i received a totally broken tempered glass. Since they know there is no return policy, it does not mean that they will send the damaged product. Very bad experience. I want my money back as refund....

                        First of all, i ordered poco x2. They promised to deliver it on june 13, then delivery extended to july 16, still no update. Flipkart says issue will be solved by 23rd. I need the device as my old device is dead.

                          Escalation: order# od[protected]no response on my return and replacement request raised on 14th jun 2020. Note: flipkart support team is missguided/promised from the right beginning onwards.

                          Received wrong product and requested to return and replacement request on 14th jun 2020 and checking with flipkart team on daily basis. But there no proper updates or response from flipkart and seller till now and request sla is breached as well.

                                Dear sir

                                Subject: return rejected for order no 0d[protected] – samsung galaxy s9 plus

                                As mentioned in above subject, my return request for order no 0d[protected] – samsung galaxy s9 plus has been rejected without any reasons. This is very unprofessional from a reputed platform like flipkart which i never expected to occur at any time.

                                I have ordered my subject phone on 19th march 2020 from flipkart for rs. 23, 114 and i received the same on 23rd march 2020. After receipt i noticed that the phone is not in proper working conditions. The front camera of the phone is completely blurred which can be clearly recognized as a manufacturing default. I had filed for the return immediately on the same day of receipt ie;23rd march 2020. Return id reference[protected]. This return request has been rejected by flipkart on 30th march 2020 with no reasons mentioned. Then i have re-filed my return request on the same day 30th march 2020, return id reference[protected]. Thereafter i received an email from flipkart with a schedule for technical visit on 3rd april 2020. But unfortunately no visit happened by 3rd april hence i claimed help from flipkart helpdesk and thereafter i received an email from flipkart on 10th april 2020 clearing out that the locked down issue is the reason for delay and things will be sorted soon. After a while i got my technical visit done by 18th may 2020 from jeeves consumer service pvt ltd. And i got confirmation message from flipkart on 18th may itself by accepting the return request after technical survey done and cleared. Then my phone was scheduled for a return pick up by 6th june 2020 by flipkart. I received the email for the same on 21st may 2020.

                                Now on 1st june 2020, i noticed tracking on my flipkart account that my return request got cancelled and refund rejected for no reason. I tried calling with customer service and they are just giving stupid reasons that i cancelled by return request on 20th may. This is ultimate nonsense as i have already mail received from flipkart on 21st may for pick up schedule then how could they give such reasons that i cancelled my return request. I have not received any message or email from flipkart for cancelling the return request; i noticed it luckily while i was tracking my order.

                                Please make an urgent solution for this matter without delay. I need clarity on this matter as there is no fault i have done in this case. Please arrange for return pick up and my refund immediately.

                                I’m forced to make my emi payments for no reason. I need my refund immediately. Please do needful at earliest.

                                All proofs of emails and messages attached herewith for your reference.

                                  I am very much disappointed this time since the seller vision star has sent me returned and second-hand product

                                  First of all. the phone was packed and sealed manually photos attached
                                  Green stickers were attached too many (Proves this phone is returned a lot of times)
                                  After I opened the box, the phone had a lot of dust as shown in the unboxing video (luckily I took the video)
                                  The box from inside is broken too you can see in this video the plastic box where the charger is kept that plastic is broken from corners

                                  The phone doesn't have screen guard (missing) and also the screen has minor scratches which are not visible in the video flashlight is on

                                  the cover also has dust inside and manually sticker kept on it
                                  The charger is laminated but looks used but it's not visible in the video since the video has flashlight turned on

                                  www.consumercomplaints.in is useless I resolved it myself by contacting Flipkart's CEO directly by writing him an email. Since I had all the proofs they accepted the return request.

                                  I didn't check this yesterday I opened the box today and again found that there is another defect

                                  Glass is broken at the back corner on the pop up camera.
