Hello team,
I received a wrong item and when i reached the flipkart chat support, they denied to share the seller information. I asked, if the receive the same product in replacement, they just skip the question and keep on answering i answered. I know there won't be any refund but i just want to know if i get the same product in replacement, what would be the next process. They never answered my question and keep on skipping on my question. The prodcut details shold show, nilkamal 4 inch bed mattrices with 20 kg weight with coir and foam. The product i received is only a foam product and that is not even 2kg at all. Updated by Vamshi0405 Now they have cancelled my return request without informing me. This is not at all fair.
