    I have bought a bluetooth headphone named soundcore life q10 from flipkart delivered on 28.5.2020 and after using it for 3 days i come to experience the sound output was not upto the mark and also weighed heavier than normal to rest around the neck followed by i have requested the customer support team to help me out in this issue to return the product and kindly provide refund on the same.       I am unable to play game zone in flipkart. The game zone is not working for games such as snake smash and crazy cannon. The game is stuck and unable to play or load it. This problem arises for two days and i am frequently trying ti play but all in vain. I request to solve this problem as soon as possible.

        Order id - od[protected], on.20.05.2020 i had ordered sparx shoes and to my horrendous experience what is recieved from. Flipkart is a pair of worn out dirty slippers packed in a sparx brand box. And the most horrible part is that my complaint was rejected irresponsibly. And today i am seeing that my flipkart account has also been blocked.

              This is to inform that I have not yet received the refund amount initiated by GoAir for my canceled flight on March 20, 2020 (Date of Booking through FLIPKART) from CCU to JAI.

              It has been many months since and I expected the amount to have reached to me by now. I requested Flipkart to kindly look into this matter but they haven't responded to my emails yet.

              I have tried calling their travel customer care service but no one has responded. Tired of this, I called their regular customer care service and they have told me that they can't do anything regarding this matter. Such a pathetic service provided by one of the largest E-commerce platforms!

              Treating loyal customers like this wasn't expected from their end.

                I have ordered a Samsung 192 litre 3 star 2020 model refrigerator on 6/5/2020 and got delivered on 7/5/2020 with damaged product on back side of the refrigerator. On the same day I requested for return of the product as there was no replacement option from seller. After samsung technical team visited on 12/5/2010, return request finally approved by seller on 21/5/2020. The flipkart courier service scheduled the pick up on or before 1/6/2020. However till date flikart courier service have not contacted me to pick up the item. Flipkart it also not responding properly to the issue. I would like lodge a complaint against the flikart regarding delay in the service provided despite repeated email and chat to flikart customer care and grievance officer.

                The refrigerator has been pick up on 8/6/2020. But till date pick up status ha not been updated in the system therby resulting in delay refund. Why is it taking so long ? It has been more than 9 days since the pick up. I'm enclosing the pick up acknowledgement slip. Kindly escalate the issue and resolve it at the earliest

                  I have booked flight through flipkart but due to covid19 it was cancelled and amount goes to credit shell.. Now i am continuously calling on travel desk of flipkart and the number is not reachable and cutomer care also providing me false information and if today flight ticket was going to booked i want my amount refund

                    Flipkar has become a company of cheats ad liars.. They have all the policies for themselves and nothing for the customer..
                    1. They dont deliver on time
                    2. If delivered, they dont keep their promise of installation.. What good a product is if it is lying dead at my house!!
                    3. They take money and do not delivery service
                    4. They tell you only lies that this will be done today, today and today.. But never happens..
                    5. Even if they donot install, they send you messages that the product has been installed.. This is only to cover the return period... They dont even return the product unless its faulty.. Now their engineer will certify the fault.. And the best oart is that engineer never comes... So, in all - its flipkart v/s flipkart and your money is gone... This is simply cheating and 420...
                    6. They have no escalation mechanism and customer service...

                    Can some one revert back when my washing machine will be installed.. If you cant do, then refund my money...
                    Else i have to lodge a formal complaint of 420 against flipkart...

                      Before lockdown, i had purchased samsung bluetooth level u from flipkart. Which was bad and his sound is not good either. And it doesn't even look original that's why i requested for its return before lokdown but due to lokdown, these people were unable to take it back. And now these people have rejected the return request without any information. I request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                          Hello,
                          I have ordered mobile poco x2, mobile on 1st june 2020, ordered id is od[protected], they took my order successfully, i booked the omobile n 6 month emi but after some timegot the massage "the order the cancelled due to limited stock" if they don't have stock they why they took my ordered.

                          Currently i am at native place, i am ordered the mobile on my bother in law
                          Shop address due to the near to highway and it is easy to delivery boy to delivered

                          Next day i received mail from flipkart

                          "we'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account"

                          Then spoke with person subham and pratik flipkart support and told why you block my account and also i told him check my purchase history i have not so much ordered the product and also i am not reselling the product but they are not provided the proper explanation.

                          Currently i am doing wfh from n my native place and my currently having battery and display issue with my phone and require new mobile for communicate with my office member and using hotspot for laptop, i waited for poco x2 mobile form 1 month.

                          I disappointed with filpkart, i am flipkart plus member and using flipkart from since many years

                          Requested to you, kindly take strong action again filpkart, i need my ordered back and unlock the account.

                            I am writing this mail as an escalation because its been two months since my booking had been cancelled and i got confirmation mail from air india that pax entitiled for full refund.

                            Since then i have been chasing for the refund but still there is no success.

                            I booked the tickets through flipkart flights and flipkart is saying that they are waiting for the refund to come from airline.

                            Air india customer care says that refund has been given already to flipkart.

                            So i don't know where is my money stuck now.

                              Why i am not receiving my order on time its been 5 days. I am not getting any call. That is very bad experience with flipkart. Due to lockdown we are not able to go anywhere and purchased but if you guys do this type of service. I ordered four product one was returned that was local. One got cancelled i dont know how. One i didnot received delivery date was 30th may. One still pending its been 20days

                                  Ordered poco x2 (6/64gb, matrix purple) on march 21, 2020 and it was delivered on may 23, 2020 (After a long wait). When i opened the package, the phone (Including all accessories) was missing from the box. I was shocked. (The brand seal on the mobile's box was broken). I immediately placed request by selecting item missing and attached my aadhar card copies in the email. But after sometime that got cancelled by stating a stupid reason that product was intact. Your customer care executive called me 1week ago and said your issue will be resolved by 5th june, but after that the date was changed to 10th june and no response received yet. After that, more than 3 times my requests were cancelled.in this pandemic situation i am totally frustrated. I am now scolding myself that why i choosed flipkart, it was my fault to choose flipkart, realizing right now.
                                  So, i would like to request flipkart to please send me my product or money anyone which you are comfortable, otherwise i will forced to take further steps as i cant leave it like this.

                                    My delivery has been cancelled stating that "the delivery partner was unable to deliver to this location". However, as per the shipment status, it seems that tv was dispatched from hyderabad and has also been reached to nagpur flipkart facility.
                                    Due to rise in demand/new booking, it seems that my order has been deliberately cancelled unethically by flipkart in order to increase the price. Unwillingfullly i have to book tv again on rs. 3000 higher price (I. E. @rs 29999. Earlier order price was rs.26999). This practice was not expected by flipkart who promise best rates in the market. I am going to raise this complaint in online grievance platform/portal. Hence, i am expecting the discount of rs. 3000 in my current order, as a curtsey approach by flipkart which deemed to be multinational brand.

                                      Without knowing that flipkart pay later would reflect in my cibil report, i've given my details to it for activation. Later i came to know that flipkart has opened a personal loan account on behalf of me with idfc first bank without my notice. I've asked the bank to close the account and they've said that they can't do it and flipkart have to do it. When i asked flipkart, they're saying they don't have such option to close it. The problem is it is reflecting in my cibil report and i am not able to avail credit card services of any bank due to that. Another thing is that the organisation in which i am working is asking me to produce a clean cibil report but, how can l?. I don't have any pending debt in that account and still i'm not able to close my account. No one is responding, should i put my job at amidst of the worst scenario of job due to covid-19 pandemic and that's also because of their irresponsibility???
