I placed this order (Sony CyberShot DSC-HX90V/BCIN5) on 26 December, and they confirmed the delivery date as 3 Jan. I paid ₹26, 951 (including ₹52 as delivery charge). Until 3 Jan, the status of the order has been "Order placed" and hence I raised many complaints (with no use whatsoever). A few customer care executives contacted me, assuring that the issue will be taken care of. But the status of the order remained the same. On 3 Jan afternoon, I found that the delivery date has been changed to 9 Jan (with no communication regarding the same to me).
Flipkart themselves is not sure if the product is available. They cant share the contact details of the seller as its against their policy, nor do they have any alternative to get the product to me (from another seller, may be). All they do is give automated messages such as "I do understand your concern." or "Please don't worry, I will definitely share your concern with the seller." "Please be assured this time, since we are closely looking into your issue and will make sure to get your issue regarding order delivered resolved by January 10, 2020." -- How irresponsible is that? That too after getting the full amount from the customer!!!
I want the product to reach me at the earliest as possible (not beyond their agreed timeline -- i.e., 9 January).
This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had!
