I bought MOTO X PLAY (Order Id: OD[protected] on 20th September, from Flipkart and within a week it started misbehaving, it got heated itself when idle, while charging, playing game, calling someone, watching movie. And when I asked them to give a replacement for the product they asked for smart check.
Their representative called and said to get another phone to do smart check. They asked to reset the phone and also asked to do the factory reset instead. And then they rejected the replacement, without knowing that the problem isn't resolved yet.
I again mailed them in this regard, they again asked for the same via mail and when they called I was unable to pick the call and they gave the time 6:00pm for next call. But they didn't do so and again rejected the replacement request.
We concerned MOTO Care and they said that #Flipkart have the policy to replace it within 30 days and they will do so. But still they are not doing this.
Earlier also they did the same when I bought MOTO G (2nd GEN.) (Order Id: OD[protected] on from their site. There was battery issue in that set and they kept on saying that their representative will call me to resolve the problem but they didn't called and the time of 30 days got over like that only.
They are ignoring my problem again in the same way.
