[Resolved]  Flipkart — delivery guy refused to deliver on appropriate time

Hello, i just received a call from delivery guy. His contact info is : [protected]. Since i was not able to pick up the delivery, i asked him politely to come at 6 pm instead. He responded a cold heart "no" and when i asked for any other solution he refused to respond in any way. He threatened me with harsh voice by saying if i refuse to pick up right now, my product will go to industrial area from where i will have to pick up myself. After a long conversation i tried to convince him to come back tomorrow instead. Please guide me on whether this behavior is normal or not. And does a customer deserve harsh words whenever he got a delivery?

I hope you will do what is needed. IF you need some suggestions, let me give you one.
What Uber does with its drivers is let the customer rate after he reaches the destination.
This helps in making the driver alert as well on his behaviour.
If you can implement this type of service with the delivery guys, it will suppress any tension or any anger and make then focus on ratings instead.

Customer raised a complaint for wish master not delivered the product in appropriate time. We found that product delivered to customer and he raised a return request because product is not fitting. Refund has been provided to customer hence we are closing the complaint from our end.
