already placed a complaint here on december 11 but there was no response from flipkart and they sent the same mail without even calling me or hear what i had to say, so posting again. I have been a flipkart customer for the last 4 years and now a flipkart plus customer. On december 10th i got a mail from flipkart citing that my account was blocked as my purchase trends shows that i have been reselling products bought from flipkart. This is totally false as majority of my order was delivered to my home address and are being used for my personal use. You can check my order history and delivered address. There might be one or two exceptions during big billion day sale as i had brought mi tv for my staff as he didn't have a flipkart account. Also for my last order i gave my friends address as i wont be available at home for 5 days as i was out of station for a business meeting. But the order got cancelled citing the above reason. Rest everything in my order history was delivered to my home and are being used by me or my family. I can assure you that i have not violated any rules and kindly ask flipkart to reactivate my account as i have been a loyal flipkart customer for the last 4 years and continue to be like that in future.

Email id:[protected]@gmail.com.Flipkart the reason send by you tht heavy amount of return the im no longer to login my account...bt the geniune reason for return i have the seller you provide for product they send me defult product, missing item, scartech on jacket, and the one reason is size issue also...so if im nt satisfied with the product not fitted well on me.. so it obiviously tht return or replace the product..just check it out my all account detail..and unblock my account...its my long tym account i shopping ...as im a online shopper so i hve no tym to buy product from market so for this im facing big problem...i have not other account so which i order the product...please flipkart its my humble req to unblock my account...
