I bought a sony mdr-zx110 a headphone just 14 days before... When i have ordered it on 15 july... After so many requests the product got delivered on 27 th of july...
I thinl in this time period i can get 3 iteas from other e-commerce site but the problem is this.. That.. The flipkart offers 10 days replacement but my headphones is not working properly after the 13th day of buying it... Firstly i got my product very late and not even working properly
Right side of headphone is not working properly...
What to do... Now plz suggest something sir...

    A tshirt hasbeen ordered on my behalf which is deliverd at my home address today and since i was office at that tym so my mother received the item and paid its amount rs. 382 but i have not ordered the item, somebody pranked with me and orderd it by putting my name and address. I have not recieved any message on my mobile about the order and delivery about the item. I came to know about the matter when i returned home from office today. So kindly suggest necessary steps and procedures to return the item and refund my amount. I will be highly thankful to you for the same.

    I have not received my make my trip offer till date as i am supposed to get it before 30 th june. even after repeated follow ups i didn't receive this. Today 6th july.

    Such a dissapointed experience shopping with you.

      I have raised concern on flipkarts grievance officer mail id grievance. [protected]@flipkart.com, till the time they have addressed the issue but now they dont have even time to revert on mail.
      I request you do not buy from flipkart.
      I have purchased motorola phone from flipkart on 25th june 2017, after i have noticed some issues in the same i have raised concerns to grievance team they assured for the resolution and asked me to do not communicate the issue with customer support team as this is escalated case will take care of it.
      I really have doubt on your technicians knowledge, and not understanding within 20 min checking how he can make conclusion. On the top of that he have made a report in front of me stating that problem not resolved, but later on after 15 min again came back at my place and saying that he is changing report. I clearly said to him that i am not going to sign the new report. As without doinng any more deep inspection how he can change the report. I had got call from manjusha from flipkart yesterday and also updated her on the same. Your technician was not even appear to be professional and he was chewing some ghutka or something continuously spitting while interacting with customer.

      I have shared the issues with your technician that battery draining, heating while charging, slow charging, sim 2 slot issues. He have just installed one app in my mobile without my consent and taken temperature, later on runs 10 min video on youtube and thats it... I wonder how he can make statement on just few checks. Along with the same when i say about charging issues he should asked me about the charger and connect and check the same, but he is not even asked for it. It seems like i made mistake by not writing all this yesterday only.

      Most shocking part is flipkart is relying on the report submitted by this kind so called technician.

        Mon 19th jun we purchased a haier refrigerator under 10 day return/replacement policy...

        The installation and demo was done 5 days later which in itself was a delay as we had requested a same day installation so that food items can be salvaged. On installation and demo we brought to the notice of haier technician that the refrigerator has sweat (Condensation) issue on the frost free side! Another technician visited and took pictures and then the repair happened after which the problem still persisted! We asked for replacement on 30/6/17 and we got it. Now another demo and installation (At the cost of the food items) and the same problem noticed. Again pictures got taken and repair happened. After repair problem yet persists. The technician visited after several follow ups. This time i asked for refund and the technician and manager both talked to me and assured me that they are approving it. Thankfully i also took a photo of the job card. This all happened on 6/7/17. But the next day suddenly my return request got rejected. I didn't hear from flipkart and they sent a text. Immediately i wrote two mails and also spoke to the customer care! Today is 10/7/17. After several escalating promises and talking to two seniors i am yet to have a resolution!

        My major grievance:
        1. Defective product (Now i realise why croma doesn't keep haier products
        2. Spoilt food twice.
        3. Major time invested instead of saving time after buying on flipkart.

        As per the complaint there was internal followup made and refund request has been approved once the product is picked up refund will be done to account.
        I have ordered a phone in flipkart... It's already 12 days from the date of ordering the product... Still it's not delivered... Their is no response from the customer care..
        Bought my law book. it was all torn when it reached me. seller was hsacthee.
        I asked Mobile guarantee & RS bill. But note found. And can't contact to flipkark costmer care.

          I order motorola c plus mobile phone on flipcart onlineshoppingand got it and it has 10 days replacement warranty. The phones touch sreen not working and i returned it. Then flip cart replaced it. Then the replaced phones wifi problem and 2nd day i try to return it. They are told no return option. I use phone only 1 day. What to do?

          I ordered Moto C Plus but on the first day it gets restarted when I connect to my WIFI, I placed two request on Flipkart to replace the handset but both of them got rejected. Please help as I am unable to use my phone. I received my phone on 5th July and placed replacement on same day. However, Flipkart rejected it on 9th. Again I submit a new request for replacement but today again they rejected.

          Don't know how to solve this issue. My phone doesn't seems to work.

            I ordered a fossil watch on 1st of july. And the expected delivery date was 7-10th july. On 7th july i received a mail below. The app is showing that the product is delivered. But ive not received any such product. So i called the customer care and they registered a complaint with me and told me that they will reply by 13th of july 2017. So im waiting. I believe there is some technical error oon their part. And have confidence on them that they will resolve the issue.

              I have ordered in flipkart a nilkamal thames office chair from my wife's account on 1st may by paying rs. 5199/-. But still it is not delivered, every time i am asking they are just changing the delivery date. I want my money should refund and for that also i requested so many times but they are not refunding also. I am struggling this issue more than 70 days till today. When ever i am calling to customer care they are saying your issue will resolve within 24 hours. But its already 70 days passed, neither i have not received the product i have ordered, nor got the money refund. I also requested them to connect me any higher officer or escalation manager but that also they refused. It is very pain for me know to get the money back from flipkart.

              On 13 th july around 5pm, i got call from [protected] this number saying, calling from Flipkart Account Department, to return money immediately need card details, so i gave card number.i got debited Rs 5199/-.Now for this Flipkart delivery problem, i lost another rs 5199/-. So i need compensation for this from Flipkart .For this fraud i have lodged complaint in Cybercrime.
              I had an account in Flipkart before but now whenever I try to log in, it says account is expired please contact customer service .please help me retain my previous account.

                Team, i have raised an order for the lomani elpaso pour homme and do it deodorant spray - for men on thu, jun 29th '17 6:01 pm and the delivery date should be delivery expected by thu, jul 6th '17.                       I buy a redime mi 3s prime from flipcart and after 5 month there was issue that mobile not started when i go for that in service center they charged me for display for and i pay for it and take mobile after second day battery issue in my mobile i give mobile once again to service center and then they check and told me that your battery issue so new battery installation required i agree after when i go for taken mobile from service center thay say me that your mobile is liquid damage and we not started it your mobile is dead now. And not in warrenty. What is this?? I say. But no reply from them and i mail to flipcart also but they also not reply my mobile is in compleate in warrenty.                         I ordered iphone6 on 30 june from flipkart and my order arieses at 3 july but on 3 july i was not able to take order so i rescheduled it to 4 july. On 4 july delivery boy called me that we are on your place with your order at that time i was in office then i asked them to deliver after 1 hour. After 1 hour i reached and dilevery boy called me again then i received order i give them rs. 22000 after that i asked him to wait until i opened the parcel but they said we have deliver other product. Then after taking parcel as i opened it contains iphone box and inside it there is 2 fena detergent bar is their so i want to fill complain flipkart does not helped me they cheat me.

                            I have ordered onida fully automatic washing machine one week back. Product is defective,. Machine is hanging and some times there is no response when i was using it. I have ordered it because i was having trust on flipkart. When i verified for replacement there is no option available for replacement. But as per flipkart replacement policy with in 10days i can replcae the product. Kindly suggest me what has to be done. Please call me back asap. I need suggestion from you what has to be done.

                              The mobile lenovo k6 was ordered online. It was defective. Without using a headset nothing was audible on the phone. This was reported 3 times to their support number [protected]. All the troubleshooting steps were followed with difficulty was followed as the voice was not audible. I was promised a technician visit with an exchange as the hand set was new. The technician came misbehaved and mentioned that he will not take the handset and will write the closing comments so that the handset is not replaced (Technician name. Mr. S. Khan).
                              I called up again as the issue was not resolved and escalated the issue. I was been told that the replacement can only happen after a tech visit. I asked them to waive off the tech visit as already there was a delay. I was been told that i may say no to tech visit and the handset will be replaced accordingly.
                              I followed the same. I got a call from flipkart again and reiterated the whole episode, however, without any resolution and replacement the case was closed.

                              My business got impacted and time was wated, i was harrased and above all i was been misguided with a bunch of lies.

                              We have interacted with the customer, earlier tech visit was arranged and no issue was found but customer did not sign the copy _ (Issue resolved customer not happy), Again a new tech visit was arranged _and cx has denied for tech visit but customer stated that he was communicated about replacement with out tech visit _ hence tried educating about the policy and informed without tech visit we cannot process the return _ customer was adamant, but denied cx request but cx again stated he want replacement or email confirmation _ regarding the same _ informed we will be cancelling the return _ cx stated she dont want to waste time talking and disconnected the call _ hence we had to reject the return. Now as the return is out of policy, customer have to get in touch with the ASC.

                                I have ordered for l'oreal paris vitalizing cream bath hair.. On 28th june, 2017, which i received on july 5th, 2017. The product which i received is l'oreal paris hair spa smoothing creambath, first received the wrong variety of product secondly the product is sealed whereas the original product which i have purchased from the local market doesnt have a seal, and finally when i opened the products the quantity is much less the original product. Pictures are attached, flipkart is selling duplicate product. The original products contains from the rim of the container whereas the product which i have received from flipkart has way less quantity.

                                I want to return the product, and flipkart should return my money back to my account asap.

                                customer complained that she has received fake. We interacted with customer and she said quantity was less, texture was not like original as she is already using the same brand product. Apologized and refund processed. Customer agreed and closing the case.

                                  I had order a pair shoes, but still it was not delivered. I have been ordered the item about 10 days ago but still not delivered. This type of problem faced me last time also. I don't know why it's delaying?

                                    Sir i have ordered a medicine from flipkart on 22 jun 17 (Aimilbgr34) as blood glucose metaboliser but due to worng shipment i received another medicine, so i call to flipkart service to inform that you people send me worng product then he was say that sorry i will replace your product ann finally 2jul 17 we received a replacement by flipkart ones again same product shipped by flipkart.                                       I have purchased Moto c plus mobile which was delivered on 30th June but it did not support 4g VOLTE. Service engineer had come on 9th July but issue was not resolved. Flipkart has now cancelled my return request. This is not justified. The phone must be returned on exchange for another unit which supports 4g VOLTE. Also, the qualification of the service engineer was doubtful as he does not know about VOLTE.

                                      We have interacted with the customer, created return as customer stated that the phone do not support 4G volte. But as per the tech visit result, the issue is been resolved by the customer, hence return cannot be processed. Hence closing the case.
