I m using Flipkart since last 4 year..during sale i have bought some 3-4 mobiles for relatives with HDFC offer ..but after that sale flipkart block my account for permanently without any reason..i have called to customer care and then told me that i m reselling product (without given any proof)...even i have 70 Flipkart plus coins left in My Account and also my Mo number and Email getting all promotional offer even i m blocked

So finaly i m deciding to go to Consumer court for help

Kindly ignore previous Comment. Customer raised a complaint stating customer account is blocked. We have interacted with the customer and informed that our systems have observed a trend in customer purchase history that suggests that the items purchased by customer are for reselling and not for personal use. This would mean that any new order customer attempt to place will also get cancelled. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

    My order is supposed to be delivered by 15 oct'18. It extended till 18 oct'18 and then 23 oct'18 but till date i did not get my product delivered. On checking the site i found that the product was delivered to "perungudi, chennai" on 13 oct'18 at 12:44 pm. I contacted customer care on 15, 16, 18, 22, 23, 24 and 25 oct'18. After speaking to the customer executives a number of times, i got no solution as they themselves doesn't know what to do next. All of them say sorry for what had happened and they promise a better service next time. It seems as if they are intentionally delaying the delivery so that i will cancel my order. I am getting messages that they were unable to reach me on my primary number so i even gave them alternate number. Without even contacting me i am getting these messages.

      I had ordered some products from flipkart on big billion days and after the products were delivered, i had placed a return request for two of my orders but they canceled that request and also blocked my account. When i asked the customer service about the issue they told me that flipkart had not blocked my account and it was done by sellers end as they have special authority to block customer's account.
      When i asked for further resolution they denied and said nothing could be done.
      The order ids and the reason for returns are:
      1. Od[protected]The size and fit of the product is not good. So, i need the refund)
      2. Od[protected]The product fabric is cotton and i was likely in search of polyester. So, i want to return it.)

        Pl note that flipkart customer service has been conveniently taking customers for a ride. I ordered apple air pods on flipkart on 12th october 2018. The delivery status stated that they will be delivered by 17th october 2018. This was further updated to 18th october 2018. Then it was updated further to 19th oct 2018. Today is 25th october, and there is no update on when will the consignment be delivered. Forget that, on contacting customer care service, they state technical issue and request a call back after 2-3 working hours, or they conveniently increase their query resolution by another 48-72 hrs. An absolute harassment for the customer, given that they are following up for an expensive product, but these guys behave as if a toothbrush has been ordered online and there is no big deal about it.

          I had purchased a new haier washing machine from flipkart on 11th october 2018 and it was delivered on 13th october. However, a used product was delivered by flipkart as a new product and multiple replacement requests for the same were rejected without a valid reason being given. The product is not installed either by the company and is still lying in the box when it was delivered. I need a replacement with a new unused product by the company as was promised by flipkart when i ordered the product, or full refund of my hard earned money.

            Hi myself sandeep konkimalla, my friend ordered intex power bank worth 399 during big billion days, she changed her mind and asked me whether i am interested to take, i said yes and she requested flipkart for address change request, flipkart accepted that, they shipped the product to the address that was changed, it took 10 long days to reach my shippment hub and the shippment status is in same state since 3 days, i got a doubt and asked the flipkart customer care agent 2 times regarding the status and i also raised concern abaout the product being in same shippment hub for 3 days, the agent promised me that the product will be delivered by october 26, flipkart promises you, on october 25 the product has been cancelled and promised date of delivery is oct 26, the price is more than what i actually order, this is disgusting, i waited for 10 days and i raised a concern about the shippment, finally you cancelled the order, it's hurting for me, this is the second time, i am facing the issues, who is responsible for my problem, their agent accepted that it's their mistake and i told them to process a gift card regarding the same, but they are not accepting.

              So i have ordered a laptop and a mouse on 14-10-18 on big billion days i was very happy that i got things for such a low price, so now the first thing was that date given was really late almost 12 days from the date of order so i had to for that and after all of this on 25-10-18 the day iam supposed to get my order, i get a message in morning stating that my order has been cancelled and that they would return my money on 2-11-18 i had to wait until all the sales get completed to buy a new laptop and this was no the first i had this experience last time they did the same thing and they told me that i wouldn't go through the same thing again yet they did the same thing again

                  I ordered a laptop acer swift 3 sf315-52g on 10th october during the big billion day sale (@ 44990 inr). The estimated delivery was on 16th october 2018 but it has not been delivered yet. When i called the customer support, they say it has been damaged during shipping and now you have to reorder it. The price of the laptop is 64990 inr now, which is 20000 rs greater than at which i ordered it. If there is stock, why can't flipkart replace the damaged product. They don't even tell me the sellers/retailers name so i can file a complaint in consumer forum.

                  Customer raised a complaint stating that the order was cancelled and informed as shipment damage. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled by the seller due to shipment got damage when it was on way to deliver to him. Informed the customer that price adjustment can be done on the same purchase if he wants to do. Customer don't want the price adjustment. Customer was not happy with the delay and service. Apologized for the same and feedback noted. All information were shared. Hence, closing the case.

                    Flipkart has blocked my account and is refusing to reactivate it. I have two pending returns which is aplicasble for one month and i am unable to place that return because of login issues. I was to become a plus member of flipkart due to regular purchase aftedr which flipkart has to send me every order without any delivery charges so they have blocked my account. This is not acceptable.

                      I had purchased honor mediapad online on october 15, 2018, with a promised delivery date of october 23, 2018, and i have been following with them until now and every time they say that it will shipped within a short period of time. I have contacted them both my email and calls for more than 4 to 5 times, but still it has not been shipped. They say that it will be shipped and i will get a confirmation mail and sms regarding tracking of the shipment from time to time. I have not received even a single message either by email or sms regarding the shipping or processing of the same. Please look into this.

                      I cancelled the shipment on October 27th, but still as of now, they have not refunded my amount as of now, ie, November 6th. I have been calling them 100 times regarding this, but still they reply that we are still looking into this. How much time do they require to solve this. Flipkart should select their sellers who are authentic and not fraud who do not deliver the product and the consumers have to bear the brunt.
                      I don't get my product till today. Flipkart have cancelled the product. I want that product product tomorrow itself or get me another phone of 60% offer at 6999. Otherwise I will file a complaint against this.
                      The delivery man came didn't came on delivery time but in night and call me far away from my location and still don't meet me and delivery my product it was very insulting and irrespectable service from ecart delivery man

                        With all due respect i would like to inform you that i have ordered one product on flipcart portal vide order id no. Od[protected], at the address narkatiaganj, postal pin-845455. On 22nd october i received one call from your delivering courier from mobile number [protected] that my ordered has been arrived but will be delivered tomorrow and in the morning of 23rd i received a message that my order is out for delivery. I was waiting for full day and tried so many times on the above mentioned number but niether phone call was picked up nor item was delivered. And after that in the next morning (24th october) when i checked the status of my order it was showing that returned initiated.
                        This happened with me several times in the past and with many other people in this locality. The courrier agency is not delivering the items and initiating returned by themselve. This is causing hardship on the consuers and just becuase of very casual behaviour of courier agency, consumers are not getting thier order and suffering alot.
                        Therefore i am requesting please resolve the issue and deliver my product.

                          I ordered redmi note 5 pro 10 days earlier from flipkart but now I feel it was the worst purchase of my life. I got a phone with display issue having shadow of keypad on homescreen also in camera uh can call it image retention problem.i request for replacement and their so called technicians came do some troubleshooting and then issue come again its just a fraud man I have replacement policy why you guys are not replacing it...

                            I ordered a lenovo laptop through axis bank debit card on 24.10.2018 at 10.40pm. After deducting the debit card discount of rs 4000 an amount of rs 38490 was debited to my account but purchase has not been authorized/approved.

                            Kindly resolve my grievance. I also repeatedly tried on customer care number but was constantly told that they are busy and try after sometime.

                              I purchased 2 mobile phones for my staffs as diwali gift. But after opening the packet i found that one of the mobile did not had the battery. So i made a return request to flipkart to send me the mobile battery or return the mobile.
                              I was assured by the customer care of flipkart that the mobile phone will be picked up and my money would be returned.
                              But after sometime i got a message from flipkart that your return request has been rejected as it does qualify under the flipkart returns policy.
                              It is very disturbing that a renowned company does this type of fraud to its customers.

                                I had order "maybelline lasting drama gel eye liner" on flipkart during big billion day sale on 11th oct, 2018. The order was supposed to be delivered on/before 16th oct, 2018. But i still have not received my order. I have been following up with flipkart customer care since 18th oct, 2018. They are just keeping my on hold and instead of providing a permanent resolution, they are asking me to wait for next 2 days on every time i contact them. This is happening on every alternate day. The service in this sale has really been pathetic and i've followed up enough. I have lost opportunity of buying the same product with an offer from another e-commerce website in the offer period. I want my refund as well as compensation for the same. It seems these guys are just attracting customers with fake offers and their products never get delivered.

                                After following up for 15 days continuously, Flipkart has asked me to cancel the product and they will provide the refund. I have lost all the amazing offers from the competitive companies and now they have just came up with the lamest solution. I'm in loss here and I want to get it resolved. I have wasted so much of my time in this follow ups.

                                  Hi..!! I'm himadri. I bought a nokia from flipkart. I received the parcel with damage condition (Ekart delivery person is the big witness of mine). So i face multiple problems with the handset like charging problem, power key damage, minor scratches and crack.. So initially i registered a replacement with charging problem issue and called to flipkart and elaborate my full handset condition... They promised me to replacement but rejected 7 times and harrassing me continuously.. They sent technician for solve charging issue not for damage item.. So i refused him then they behaved very bad to me... I'm a flipkart plus member.. My email id is ([protected]@gmail.com) phn. No.[protected]... Any one please help

                                  Flipkart cheated me by sending damage product and mentally harassing me by delaying my replacement... Everytime they called and told that please provide us 48 hours and we will resolve your problem but they didn't ...I will not leave you flipkart...you cannot harrassment me as you are doing...I will not leave you...and they are marked here as resolved complain which they didn't...

                                  Flipkart social media concern team is the most worst team I have ever seen...they promised me to replace but they sent me replacement with wrong reason(not as per my reason)they updated wrong reason intentionally and Wishmaster didn't match my product with the problems...and still my problem is my problem none of their concern...So it's disrespectful and most harrassing...So guys avoid buying expensive product from flipkart...I think flipkart investing money on advertising not for customer service...very unhappy and unsatisfied..Oneday u will destroy Flipkart ..mind it

                                    Fraud done by flipkart.
                                    I have purchased philips earphone (She1515) on 26th march through order id - od[protected].
                                    Product is having manufacturing defaulted.
                                    I have submitted that product for replacement in philips service center on 18th september which is within warranty (Job no - 2313206/07573. Job sheet attached for your reference)
                                    And one more thing they are not ready to give any further document like defect confirmation letter. They are only giving this job sheet.

                                    At the time of submission of my earphone for replacement they didn't told me that u may not able to get same earphone.
                                    After so long approx 1.5 month i made enquiry for replacement status of my earphone. And i come to know that they are not ready to give me same earphone which is having model number she1515.
                                    They are giving me cheapest quality earphone which is having model number of (She1405).
                                    I m totally dissatisfied with flipkart n philips.
                                    Plz give me justice
                                    Why i m not able to get same earphone in replacement?
                                    Why phillips give me earphone which is having half value in compare to mine original earphone (My earphone she1515 - mrp - rs.800, replaced earphone - she1405 - mrp - rs.400).
                                    Why i have to suffer although i have made replacement of product within warranty?
                                    Philips area manager is picking up my phone.
                                    And service center executives are not ready to help me..
                                    What to do??
                                    Totally disappointed.
                                    Plz help me out
                                    Better to make telephonic communication also via my phone number - [protected].
                                    For better resolvement.

                                      I ordered redmi 6 mobile from flipkart. I received defective product. I have raised request for replacement 4 times but everytime my request is going to reject. Technician also visited 3 times but he is saying that as per our criteria there is no issue in battery. I have called lot of times on flipkart but they are also not doing anything.
                                      They are also waiting for time period over.

                                        I had ordered a tv on 6th oct. 2018. And had cancelled on same day.
                                        But i have not got the refund of the payment yet. The amount was 13999 rupees.

                                        I called the customer care many times but they are writing in continuation that amout has been refuned and to contact with bank (Sbi).

                                        The bank said there is no refund from flipkart in my account.

                                        I am adding photos for further details.

                                        Look into the matter and help me.
