I ordered the product in the month of october i die not get the product no one is calling me its been 2 months i am placing complaint but now i am not getting refund for the product which i dont have.
It is my hard earned money i want the refund of the product. It is flipcarts mistake for which u are not even concerned and cannot state that u cant process the refund

    Respected Concern person,
    I am Bhaskar, Genuine customer of Flipkart, I Placed the order using flipkart of POCO F1 phone worth Indian rs 20000, I received faulty product (I think this is common issue, Flipkart will easily replace it), I raised a request to Replace my product, Flipkart another tie uped Partner Jeeves person came to found the issue, Unfortunately he also found an issue, after that he told me, There is not any policy to replace product in single request you have to raise another request i will full fill it from my office no need to recheck your product and he cancelled my request, I raised another request, After very lengthy process of replacement finally i got replacement on 13th of December, I received my first product on 8th of December, And new replaced phone shipped from GURUGRAM by seller, But its a funny movement is that it miss routed two times, I placed order for another product on same address I received it but by strange my replaced product is not able to find my address. Its really a strange, In a morning both product are in motherhub Indore, But one product dispatched to Rajendra nagar and new product I place order on 14th it dispatched toward Indore hub. What the worst service by both companies.
    This is my concern and now come to the point, I am very frusted from both of this company i am waiting to use my product from 10 days, I need compulsation from flipkart. Please take replacement policy seriously. I paid for this product not giving me flipkart free of cost.

      Terrible service by @flipkart. Delivers a @indiapoco f1 without a data cable and refuses to take return of the product and refund the amount. This is grossly extortion of money. I got a less than a perfect box delivered and have lost faith in the brand, so i want a refund. Why can't i get a refund when it is my hard earned money put forth for a imperfect box? #boycottflipkart

      Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and tried raising a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product as refund not possible as per return policy of seller. But customer denied for same as needed only refund. Apologized and politely denied for same and closing the complaint from our end as we were unable to help much on this. Feedback has been noted for mishap.

          I ordered gopro hero 7 black for 36000 and it send me jbl speaker which was only of 9000 approx i was really shocked when i got the box and i even made unboxing videos of it and placed many times return request from flipkart but always it cancelled.
          I am from poor background family and first time i placed so expensive order in my entire life i was really shocked.
          I contact flipkart customer support many times but they always pretended to resolve my issue but they never dead and not even doing.
          Please anyone help me to solve this issue as i am from poor family and it was too big sum of money which i spend to buy this camera but i was cheated if this issue will not will be solved then i would come on streets.

          It is more than 6 days that i ordered this product and till now i have placed more than 6 return request from flipkart company of this product but every request is being cancelled by the company and i have contact more than 15 times in last 6 days to the company but they always pretend to resolve the issue but they never did i have a one reply to the emails but they haven't replied me back.
          I am a middle class man and i have to spend all my savings by taking loans from my friends on buying this camera for my professional work but i didn't thought even in dreams that flipkart a trusted company wood cheat with me and i was fortunate enough that i made video of the opening box or the parcel which i received.
          I had to beg to customer support many times such that i have bought in the product for free and requesting to them to approve the request but everytime they have cancelled or rejected it.
          Please someone have pity on me as i am poor and i have to repay my loans which i took for buying this product but i have received one speaker which is not even of half price of the product which i wanted even it was not sealed looking second hand and cannot be used.
          I have even updated evidence of opening the box as a url which i uploaded in google drive for sending it as email it can be copied to url box to see in consumer complaints and flipkart also 2 days earlier butter no one is taking action till now.
          I am very disappointed now please someone help me

          MY ISSUE IS NOT SOLVED TILL NOW EVEN AFTER 2 MONTHS BY FLIPKART. I ordered this camera in December 2018 but it is 2 months and till now comapny hasn't provided replacement of this product but instead they have blocked my account saying that due to multiple returns it is so but I want to make them clear that really there was more than 15 returns of this product only which was always been cancelled by the seller and the last three replaced were approved also but two of them were cancelled automatically and one which came to my city was not replaced by flipkart courier executive who denied to replace this saying that camera picture was shown so he needs camera to replace but I applied replacement for different product reason. It is now more than 2 months and in this months I faced complete trouble in contacting always to company and appealing for replacement. After all that now company has bolcked my account and not hearing to me anymore. I have tried the way to reach company but none of them are listening after delivering different product. They are now being very rude to me now after when they assured me that they would replace the product. I have every audios recorded when I talked to company and when they assured that they would replace the product but they didn't did and also every videos and photos from the time when flipkart executive deliver me the wrong product to every moment even recorded opening of wrong product which was sent to me.               I have order a 64 gb micro sdxc class 10 memory card from flipkart but i received 64 gb sdhc card from flipkart on 10 dec 2018. The item i received is different from what i ordered so i decided to call customer care, they said we will resolve the issue within 72 hrs but till know they have not accepted my replacement request. Also i doudted the originality of the product it is looking like a fake product. My order is od[protected]. I am attaching the product image.                   Reporting fraud. Unauthorised purchases were made by hacking my account on November 15th. Two Oppo mobile phones and one Nike track pants werepurchased using Flipkart Pay Later mode.

                  Now I am receiving the bill (Rs 47980) for this and my credit score is being affected because I will not pay for things I have not purchased. I have complained to Flipkart several times but no solution has been provided.

                  Proof - The unauthorised purchases were delivered to someone called Akash Dadlani, whose address is 22/55 Ram Nagar Near Ram Dwar Ram nagar, Roorkee - 247667, Uttarakhand, and Phone[protected]. Whereas I live in Noida. This person's phone is switched off. I can provide the invoices issued with this address, however amount is being billed to me since my account was hacked from Flipkart's database.

                  I am one of the victims. The Flipkart database was hacked and our login details were stolen and these unauthorised purchases were made. I am being billed for it & receiving calls for payment everyday.

                  I want these three actions taken immediately: 1. Remove transactions made on Nov 15th from my account history - including two Oppo phones and trousers. 2. Remove the associated charges from my Flipkart pay later account so that it does not affect my credit score.

                    I took a phone on flipkart on the november 15 and the phone stopped working on dec 15 exactly in a month when i tried to reach out to flipkart they asked me to reach out to authorised service centre i reached out to the service centre they say this is a product purchased online and we won't be able to service it again i raised a complain on flipkart on 14th december instead of getting the issue resolved they asked me to wait until 22 with out a reason i paid 6000 for a damaged product and flipkart says they are not responsible

                      Had conversation with customer and informed him that product has been cancelled due to some unforeseen issues by seller and refund has been initiated for the same by seller of Rs.46200/- on 17th Dec 18 and was completed on the same day.
                      Post confirmation with customer we are closing the complain.
                      My Flipkart account has been blocked automatically without informing me.
                      I'm not able to login into my Flipkart account.
                      It shows "Login Unsuccessful, please retry in a minute" when I try to login my account.
                      Please reopen my account soon.
                      I've pay the Flipkart pay later bill this week.

                            I have ordered a tablet from my flipkart account. I ordered for my father and he has to file rembursment. Problem is invoice is having my name on it. And for reimbursement name should be of my father's.

                              I already posted a complaint on December 11th but there was no response from Flipkart and they send the same mail without even calling me, so posting again. I have been a flipkart customer for the last 4 years and now a flipkart plus customer. On December 10th i got a mail from flipkart citing that my account was blocked as my purchase trends shows that i have been reselling products bought from flipkart. This is totally false as majority of my order was delivered to my home address and are being used for my personal use. You can check my order history and delivered address. There might be one or two exceptions during big billion day sale as i had brought mi tv for my staff as he didn't have a flipkart account. Also for my last order i gave my friends address as i wont be available at home for 5 days as i was out of station for a business meeting. But the order got cancelled citing the above reason. Rest everything in my order history was delivered to my home and are being used by me or my family. I can assure you that i have not violated any rules and kindly ask flipkart to reactivate my account as i have been a loyal flipkart customer for the last 4 years and continue to be like that in future.

                                got the delivery of different product than the ordered one

                                I ordered a Handcuffs casual Winter hat with order no. ODI[protected]. I have done the payment of Rs. 299 for it through cash on delivery option. But the product I received is very different from what is showing on the site. Also the order is not visible in the history so that I can not even cancel it. Please see it. All the other orders are visible in the order history except this one. The product which I got has no use at all and...

                                I have purchased a samsung 80cm (32 inches) hd ready led tv 2018 edition (32n4010) from flipkart on 5th december 2018 for inr 14, 490. Order id is od[protected]. The product was delivered on december 10th, 2018. Next day (11th december 2018) a samsung executive called me for "installation & demo", i told him that "i don't need a demo, but i need the wall-mount kit". Then the executive told me that please send a copy of the bill and the serial number of the product, and the serial number can be found on the back of the product. So i opened the box and found that the product is totally damaged (Please check the attached image proofs). Immediately i informed flipkart regarding this and applied for a replacement. And they scheduled a delivery between 09.00 am - 08.00 pm on 18th tuesday, december 2018. On friday 14th december 2018, one of the flipkart executive called me and told that they are not able to replace the damaged product or refund the cash because i opened the box. Which is against flipkart company policy. Now, what is the situation is, flipkart delivered a damaged product and my hard earned money gone to somewhere with the irresponsible approach from flipkart, not sure they shipped a broken tv or the damage happened at the transportation time. This is a question of trust & genuineness of flipkart and the entire online shopping sites. I am ok for a replacement or refund. Please do the needful to get this issue resolved.

                                Got replacement from Flipkart. Also samsung was willing to replace the defective product.

                                Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is damaged. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed that the product has been delivered on 31 Dec 18 and customer also confirm that installation and demo is done.. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                I have ordered the product on Dec6 2018. The initial delivery date is Dec10 2018. Now They are saying to wait another 2 days.

                                I have called a couple of times to customer care, they say they can't help on this
                                I don't what's happening or what's going on... But flipkart team will take 3 days for this cacern... Let's what happened then i will update the full details about the forgery
                                I wish it can be sloved earliest by flipkart

                                    Last few days my account is not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening. Then i used forgot button and then received code. Entered the code successfully. After that it was asking please set a new password. Then i entered new password.

                                    But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                    That is the problem iam facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
