    I received a detective saree and that too without any price tag or brand name in saree. While returing saree pickup person refused to take as it did not had any tag. I complained many times in flipkart customer care and every time they say that instructions have been given to pickup partner to pickup without tag. But every time i initaite request it was auto cancelled and customer care executives say that it is due to pickup failure. When i confirmed with pickup person he said he has got no instructions regarding price tag. Today pickup was scheduled as per customer care executive but i didn't recieve any msg from flipkart or delivery partner and till now no body has come to pickup

      I ordered or 5units of carrier acs, only 4 was delivered and the 5th one is due 5weeks.
      On the website the same seller omni tech from whom i ordered the entire stock has the product available and he is surprisingly a flip kart assured seller who is now claiming that the product is not available /in stock.
      But, just now i have placed an order for additional 3and the stocks are available.
      This is so frustrating as they are lying and cheating wanting me to cancel the previous order and place an order all over again for the same product same seller. And now the seller has increased his price.
      The expectation is for me to forego initial offer rate and place an order which is 4k more. This is no fault of mine and i would expect flip kart to bear the differential cost and ship the product at a price that i had booked it for.

        I bought lenova phab2 on14th may and there was a offer for makemytrip rs2500 voucher.. But till date they have not sent the voucher
        Even after many compliant and emails flipkart ex executive say they will get this solved within 24-48 hours but nothing is solved.

        Flipkart is cheating people with wrong offer.

                I was purchased lenovo mobile on 7 feb 2017, that mobile was damaged so i replace to new mobile so new mobile i received on 18 feb 2017 after 3 months mobile not working as touch screen is not working so i go to lenovo service center, they told me mobile seal is already broken and touch pad connector is solder, so i contact to flipkart and they ready to take retrun so i have return lenovo k6 power mobile on 30 june 2017 to flipkart, still i'm waiting for my refund. Now no one responding my email. I'm facing this issue from last 20-25 days.

                        This is to inform you that despite of my numerous reminders and complaint flipkart is not able to deliver my order id od[protected] for lenovo k6 power mobile handset.
                        First they don't have any idea about the delivery boy (Wish master) number and if they have the wish master on the day of delivery say somebody else have the packet and he is not carrying the order it is happened 3 times is same week. Yesterday concall with flip kart rep anwar and courier executive's contact number - [protected] : suresh and suresh assured me he will do the delivery uptill 12:00noon as he had forgotten the order at office now when i contacted him he said he does not have the order and do not have the idea of the person who is carrying the order.

                        This is very much frustrating from the point of view of view of flipkart as earlier also placed orders with flipkart and they delivered on time.
                        Also i will cancel the order if somehow you will unable to deliver my order today

                            I bought a lenovo k6 mobile from flipkart in the month of february 2017. From the day of purchase, the volume of the sound was slow. I checked everyone they said there is problem with the phone mic. I bought this mobile after a long wait but my dream is thrashed. Now, i have checked for the service center and gave the mobile for repair and its almost 17 days, i have not got my mobile back from them. They say the part is yet to come. Why you are selling a phone when the parts are not available.

                              I ordered a camera from flipkart and they sent me another things. Cost seems like 2000 and i paid 36000 to them for camera not the things they sent me. Customer care or their team both are not rwsponding. It seems a seller fraud because on one product there is written aslam cd hydrabad. And seller is also from hydrabad so i think seller is fraud.                                 Hi team,

                                This is to bring in to your notice that i raised a complained around a month back that for my order id od[protected] which is for iphone6 the iemi number is not mentioned in the invoice which took flipkart team a week to investigate and then they came up with a resolution that the phone will be taken back and the refund will be initiated. This was on 23rd june and was asked to format the phone and get it packed for handling to the courier guy and the pickup was scheduled on 26th of june, but that didn't happened until 13th july where the courier guy refused to pickup the order saying that he was asked to pickup a new phone. I called up flipkart customer care and i was promised for the pickup again. I also received a call from a senior team member kriika stating there might have been a confusion so it was promised again for a pickup but later on at midnight i got a mail that my return has been cancelled with no reason. So i called up flipkart again and the l1 level guy told me that its a system issue and will be rectified by senior team. So the call was transferred to the senior team member ishaan, who simply noted down the complaint and told me i will be contact by 16th july. Now question to flipkart, please keep yourself in my shoe and think as a customer.
                                1. Do we call it work ethics that when assuring the pickup on 26th the phone is not yet picked up.
                                2. When promising the pickup the return is getting cancelled
                                3. I just have one phone which has been kept packed that means i am without phone.
                                And lastly when my case is pending for so long does the flipkart team simply asks me to wait and just say the pre recorded sentence that they understand my situation, where in actual they are not.

                                      I have ordered redmi note 4 mobile on 28th june 2017 via order no. Od[protected]. I have already paid rs. 10999 through debit card. On 29th june i have got message that it is ready for dispatched, and on 30th june 2017 i have got mail and message that my order has been dispatched and it will be delivered by 10th july 2017. They have provided courier ref. No. Ad[protected]in. But till date (13th july 2017) i have not yet received the mobile. Even status of courier is showing for 30th june 2017 only. On 10th july i have complained through customer care about non delivery of order, then they told me to wait upto 13th july, 2017. Again on 13th july i have called then, again they have said that i have to wait upto 17th july. Flipkart was such a reputed company is doing such a cheap things. Shame on flipkart. Govt. Should ban on flipkart. They are holding our money for 10 to 15 days after that they know that we will cancel our product due to non delivery. For these 10 to 15 days they will earn interest on that amount. By this way they are earning lakhs and lakhs without doing anything. I want compensation for the same. A request to govt. To punish such companies.

                                      We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the delay, informed customer that we will try our best to get the product delivered. Later customer cancelled the order, due to that we will not be able to deliver the product since it is cancelled. once the product reaches the warehouse, the refund will be credited and within 6 Business days it will get reflected in customers account.
