I have made a transaction on flipkart amount 8153 inr on dated 1 july 2019
As they reverse back the amount sucessfully to my
Sbi a/c debit card and give me a reference number
Qsm[protected] and ask me to contact my bank, the amount is stil not reflected in my
Account, i have contact multiple times to flipkart, they gave me every
Time the arn number and ask me to contact customer srvices
To trace the amount, please help me out of this, credit my account
May be the transaction is pendin please clear this
8153 is a big amount, i am really dissappointed, help me with the concern!

    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number [protected]. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      I am writing this with regards to the asus vivobook 14 core i5 8th gen laptop delivered to me in damaged condition it had an issue with the display.
      I had filed for replacement on 22nd june was was told that i would hv a technician visit by 27th june and a replacement by 30th june, both of which were not done as per the prescribed dates
      I have been receiving telephone calls form 24th june on the above mentioned matter and being told that the matter has been escalated but i seen no results of the escalation.
      To sum up, i have faced a great deal of inconvenience and loss due to this 13 days delay.
      I would like to ask you'll to look into this matter and kindly solve it at the earliest with an compensation for my delay.

        So I ordered a smarwatch from flipkart. I am sick of the customer service. It was delivered to my nearest hub and then sent back to bangalore again. TWICE. Even though I offered them to pick it up myself. I was constantly asked not to worry and promised that it would be delivered by 3rd of July. (Promised date was 28th June) and since I didnt get any updates I checked with them today (2nd july) and they asked me to cancel the order since they cannot deliver it. The item is now out of stock and I wasnt even informed about this. They have been extremely unresponsive and I regret chossing flipkart for this purchase.

        Update: I got a call from escalation team telling me that they will solve the issue but then my order was canceled without my authorisation or any prior notice. Will be taking legal action if this issue is not resolved.

          They blocked my stating that their systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. I have only returned products for genuine defects after contacting the manufacturer's coustomer care or after visiting a service center as they denied service. I want my account back as it is not my problem to get a defective products and I have photos of the defective products as proof.

            Flipkart assured products are supposed to go through 6 parameters of quality check, yet when i ordered a shoe for 3300 from an assured seller i received a fake version of the shoes with damaged packaging and no tags.
            I used flipkart pay later and was made to pay the amount even though i returned it.
            Then i was told that money will be refunded to my flipkart wallet.
            Now the have completed the refund but i haven't received anything and upon complaining them the are now telling me that it will be refunded to my bank account. And will take 4 more days.

            So now i have just paid my money to flipkart just to get it back after a week for no reason and fake product.

              I've got a message that I've won tata Nexon.
              Then someone named Nitin Kumar Singh called me and said that.
              "Congratulations sir you have won a tata Nexon car. I have two options to revive it.
              1. Take the car
              2. Take the price
              In both processes, I have to pay rs.6900 as the government service tax. I haven't paid this yet. They gave me the time to 4:00 pm today.

              So please, verify is it true? Or not.
              Have I won any prize?
              Is there any prize like this in Flipkart?

                I ordered adidas shoe and they delivered on 23june 2019 it has 30 days return policy. Now i want to return it due to size issue but they blocked my account and now don't reactivate my account. And said that your account now can not will be open. Pleas reactivate my account that i can return it. I also emailed them but they just saying that "you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account".
                They are not taking any action. This is not a way to looting money from customer.

                    Hi, i bought honor 7a mobile on october 2018. While buying mobile, i bought complete mobile protection warrenty for 1year. One week back my mobile screen got cracked. I tried calling flipkart. They told to contact insurance. I called insurance. They said some mismatches are there so try to call flipkart. Still my problem not resolved.                       I have joined flipkart affiliate marketing programming by the end of 2018. Next year i worked hard and let people's purchase from my affiliate url. I have earned 10k in two in month of february and march. Now the payment got approved but they are not credited in my account. Contacted customer support by email and call many times till now they are saying different different problems each times. I think they are doing scam over peoples who works hard. My earnings for the month of february is nearly 6.5 k. And earning for the month of march is around 3.5 k. None of them is not credited in my account

                          I had buy flipkart cooler from site with return applicable within 15-20 days delivered. When i tried to return it they never tried to pickup the cooler only they extended days.                                   I have purchased the one trouser via flipkart on 15th June and i got the that product on 18th June and i am facing with size issue. As per return policy i have made the return till now no one came to come and collect the product.

                                  This is the 3rd time i am raising the complaint. every time there is no relsolution provide by the customer care.

                                  I have attached the invoice details.

                                  Please help to fix the issue ASAP

                                  There is only one product i have already attached the invoice copy.

                                  Since the return request is getting cancelled by the logistic team, i am raising the return request.

                                  Will the your team or Wish master will come and collect the product?

                                  An d i need the explanation regarding Collection of product by your team.

                                  with out calling me or visiting me how the logistic team will cancel the order by saying the product is mismatch.

                                    I received a wrong product from seller side and when I placed a request for replacement they have blocked my account stating that due to excessive return they have blocked my account.
                                    This is not my fault, the fault is from the seller side. contacting customer care is also not helping.. this has been going on for the last 10 days... everyday I am receiving same mail from Flipkart without any proper solution

                                    They again blocked my account... Without any prior notice... there is no law that they can block the account if we return an item... now I am not going to call customer care to unblock my account... It's not my lose .. and I am not gonna pay a single penny against my dues in Flipkart late... :)

                                    Still waiting for the solution... Have been calling your customer care from last 1 month but no solution. Instead getting extra charges... where I have been fed up of telling Flipkart that I want to pay money and they are not helping me out !!

                                      Jul 20, i made a grocery order from flipkart my payment mode was flipkart paylater.
                                      Since today am not yet received my delivery from flipkart. Every day mornign am just receiving message from flipkart your order rescheduled for tomorrow.

                                      Am since 26 jul from am contacting flipkart customer care.
                                      They are not resolving my just making fake promises.

                                      But now flipkart paylater bill generated am not received any from them but they are told me to buy bill.
                                      Then i agree to buy the bill but what about my grocery order or what about my money.
                                      Just they are making me fool.
                                      If cant delivery then why are not displaying order cancellation menu.

                                      They saying me if wish master came to your doorstep as you wish you can return it.

                                      But the main problem is no one coming from flipkart.
                                      I order product all is food products they almost have 10 days to 2 months expiry days. This delay also spoiled food maybe its not good to eat.

                                        Hi,

                                        Flipkart have sold us a fake copy of windows license, we have contacted microsoft support desk and they have confirmed us that this product key is a pirated product. We have bough this product 3 months ago, we tried reaching microsoft hoping they will unblock it but they confirmed today that this product is blocked.
                                        We need the money back or replace the product.
