I have crossed the withdrawal threshold rs. 5000. I have around rs. 6600 on my affiliate account. It was approved and i was supposed to get it on dec 1, 2019. But till now haven't got. They are not replying to my emails. Sent many. On social media like twitter, facebook i messaged them. They told me to wait untill they comes back with an update. Its been 5 days and no updates. I am in urgent need of money. My account is also verified so they shouldn't have issue to send the money. Please send asap. I am requesting. I am in urgent need of money.

      Hello team,
      I have purchased mobile from flipkart on 13-april-2018
      Redmi note 5 (Black, 32 gb). And also i have purchased extended warranty 1 year by flipkart protect with partner of jeeves.

      My mobile is dead in 20th oct 2019 and i have raised complaint to jeeves. After that with lot of difficulties finally jeeves registered my complain on 30th oct (I had to struggle like hell for just registering my complaint), and just when i thought everything was in place they still they were not at all supportive for anything i had to continuously take then follow up even for the pickup and after 5 days mobile is pickup is done on 4th nov 2019.

      As per the terms and conditions the sla is 10 working days and now 31 days have already passed but still no progress and now as per terms and condition he need to give me 80% amount of the invoice but still he is not giving me the amount.

      I have taken many followup but he is not responding.

        I purchage flipkart smartbuy 32 gb micro sd card on 10 oct 2019. One month later sd card correpted. I call flipcart customer care on [protected] for claim my product 2 year warrenty. Custmer care give me new email for complain [protected]@flipkart.com. They gave me mob no. [protected] for complain. No one register my complain for warrenty only give me mobile number and email. I want warrenty or refund my amount. Invoice is attached. My mobile no is [protected]/[protected]. Thank you.

            I'm writing this post to highlight the issue that i have purchased macbook air on 29th Sep 2019 and received laptop by 2nd Oct 2019. I have noticed that there is no serial number mentioned in the invoice. So i raised a complaint to flipkart customer care regarding the same and they ask for replacement of the product and i agreed for the same. They send a replacement unit through ekart logistics but they didn't deliver the product and cancelled the same after 3 days of reaching the unit in the nearest hub. So again i complaint to the customer care and they again send a replacement unit and i got the unit after 5 to 6 days. I flipkart it shows the product is deliverable to my address but ekart logistic didn’t deliver courier to my doorstep. Every time I have visit there nearest hub. So to take the replacement unit I have visit nearest hub with the old unit deleted everything. But they denied accepting the unit as I haven’t format the system. To format mac we need to format the ssd and reinstall the mac for which it took about 20 GB of internet and take 5 to 6 hours. So I left for my home as I need strong internet connectivity to re install mac os. Next day I visited there to pick my laptop. They deliver the unit and took the old unit. Again wrong invoice, this time they mentioned wrong serial number. This process took almost 2 month. After that again raised a complaint regarding the serial number mismatched. Then i called to customer care and ask for my correct invoice. But they offer for replacement. So my query is its almost 2 month i have order the laptop and they already replace the unit. Every time i have to format the ssd and reinstall the mac for which it took about 20 GB of internet. Being a customer why should i format the system to replace the unit. I have highlighted the issue dozen of times but they closed my request without giving me proper resolution to my issue. This is very frustrating and I felt like I have been cheated by flipkart.

              Dear Sir

              I have ordered synco practice carrom board 24th nov.2019 but I have received venture sports carrom board which was quality wise not at par synco I have ordered.
              I have complaint the same to customer care and they assure for picking the carrom board and deliver original product but again I have received another brand sitara carrom board which is also not the product which I have ordered.
              Now again I call customer care then he told me that seller is not having synco carrom board so he is offering return not exchange.
              Sir I have intra organization carrom tournament and after 9 days you are offering return it seems your organization is not having concern about customer trust, time and belief.
              Kindly take a satisfactory action so that we can not move for legal proceedings.

                On my flipkart affiliate account, a amount of around rs. 7000 deducted from approved payment but i have only got rs.3885 as gift voucher. What happened to other other 45%? Is flipkart do this kind of cheating with their partner? Please, check the matter and solve it asap.

                  Not only this executive.. All flipkart executive are irresponsible.. They dont put an effort to reach the place.. He asks customers to get from his place... I struggled with flipkart executive i stopped ordering through flipkart. I moved to amazon.. Even flipkart charged 40 to 60 rs for shipping... Amazon didn't charge extra amount... Amazon customer service is soo good not comparable with you guys.. The balance 1 rs or 50 rs he keep the balance settled.. Very very worst customer service.. He didn't even pick my call also.. I[censored] continue this way... U will lose lots of customers.. Again i disappointed by flipkart.. So i wrote this to take neccessary steps.. Not only this person every executive refuse to deliver doorstep bt amazon employees did the same job at doorstep.. What you guys maintaining the delivery executives

                    I have ordered a manq solid single breasted wedding, formal men's blazer, seller: manq from flipkart on 15 november; 2019 using flipkart pay later option.
                    The problem is when i tried returning it flipkart blocked my account, then i contacted their customer care which replied that they are registering a complaint [incident: in[protected]], on 27 november 2019. Now its 4 december 2019, they keep on refusing to refund my money and even their senior customer care agent told me that nothing is wrong in my account and its a computerized glitch which will be fixed by 2 december 2019. There customer care is so irresponsible that they even told me they dont have the authority to solve my problem and are transfering my issue to their senior.
                    Desired resolution is refund by 10 december as i am unable to log in the flipkart acccount and i have to pay the paylater before 10 december to avoid late charge.

                    They didn't return the product, just told me to wait till 9 December for no reason specified, no call from them yet, sir help me flipkart is not refunding the order everytime I call them their senior customer executive tell me they can do nothing, they keep neglecting my problem .

                        I have ordered 1 godrej fully automatic washing machine. The order id - od[protected]. When i ordered it shows my area is serviceable, but now they told me to pick it from another location. The delivery person told us to pay extra money for home delivery.

                        If the area is not serviceable then why they took the order? After taking the order they are giving excuses.

                              Hello there,
                              I booked tickets for baghdogra to goa for 27th of oct and the flight got cancelled, i got the offer for another flight the next day, exactly by 24 hours later. The booking id was: ff[protected] i had to reach goa for emergency work. Flipkart call agent said your refund will be processed as we cannot provide tickets for another flight. I never expected this kind of response from your flipkart travels. I told the agent that i need refund or book me another tickets for the same day but i got nothing. The guy on the custimer support told me that the whole refund will be processed in a week and now i got a mail about getting a refund of rs 4000/-. When i had conversation with the airasia customer care they said that flikart travels agent has to confirm, the full refund not them. I've been completely harassed and mentally disturbed with your behaviours. This is my final warning for you all. If you do not process my full refund under the terms, i will go for some legal actions and trust me this will be bad for you all. I am sorry to say all this stuff but you guys being a major company had such pathetic staffs and employees who do nothing but harass us. Airasia kicks me to you guys and you do the same. Lets get to the point. I've attached the pdf of the ticket, called 27 times already. The guy who was talking to me from flpkart travels is: sachin mendotia employee id: 13387 and other guy was ashutosh senior executive and finally the third guys was vinod kumar. These were your guys and airasia guy was arshad. Airasia have already said that you guys, the flipkart travels is responsible for this mess.
                              Moreover, aisasia had finally sent me the refund confirmation mail which is attached.

                                I ordered a hp memory card from flipkart on 20, november, 2019.
                                On 22nd, november i get a message on my phone that my product is delivered. After that i check on flipkart app which shows product is on the way.
                                Then i contact flipkart customer care, they told me to wait for 24 hours. After 24 hours, i again called them regarding my product delivery. They told me that, they will file a complain and i will get my resolution before 27th november.
                                In this period i call them many times but they said that i have to wait till 27th november.
                                On 28th november, i call them again and ask about resolution they again said that i have to wait for 24 hours more.
                                Again after 24hours i call them and they said wait again for 24 hours.
                                I also talk with their seniors but all of them giving false promises, 2 times they disconnected my call after hold.
                                Today is 4, december, 2019 and still i neither received my product nor my refund.
                                Customer care executive told me that they have no updated information regarding my complain.
                                And when i get call from their consent team, they also give false promises but i can't get any resolution till date.
                                I faced mental harassment because of this issue. And i also take two day unpaid leave from my job because their customer care executive told me that wish master will meet me on 27th november or 28 november.
                                But i only get calls from there delivery service, and they also give false promises that my product will delivered within 24 hours.

                                  Hi. This product was supposed to be delivered by may 2. This was a priority order. On may 2 i received a message that the order is delayed to may 4. I called the customer care and they said to wait till may 4 if the order doesn't come then i can cancel. Today may 4th i got a message that the order is delayed for may 6th. I am at my patience end and highly dissappointed with flipkart. I am not able to cancel it. I called the customer care and even they are not able to cancel it. The product is not even packed and i am not able to cancel it. Since the issue is from seller side i am not liable to wait for any delays.. I am out of town since 7th and i wish to cancel my order as soon as possible. Please note. The seller's changing schedule is causing me an inconvenience and it's the reason i wish to cancel this product and i am not liable to wait beyond the actual delivery date.. Thank you.

                                    I cancelled two items from that order worth rs. 180 + rs. 180 hence, total of rs. 360.

                                    Flipkart said they refunded me an amount of rs. 180 and rs. 180 on 1st december and they assured me by 3rd december, that i will get the amount in my bank.

                                    Today is 4th december and i have received only rs. 180 but flipkart says they have refunded rs. 180 + rs. 180.

                                    I called called and emailed them number of times but they never help or provide any proper response. They ask me to keep waiting even after the deadline to receive the amount in my bank.

                                    Since there are two refunds (Rs. 180 + rs. 180), two refund ids were generated by flipkart which are :
                                    Refund id:[protected]
                                    And
                                    Refund id:[protected]

                                    I have been also provided with only one refund reference number and was asked to contact my bank with the refund reference number but i do not need that because as i said that i have received a refund of rs. 180 once.

                                    But I received only one amount of Rs 180/- in my bank.

                                    At the same time, in the flipkart website, I can see only one refund reference number has been provided where as there are two transactions.

                                    If needed, I can share my bank statement too.
                                    I want to change my mobile no but otp goes to my previous number also which is not in use. if i try to change my new no its showing 2 otp's one is to my new no and other one for my old number which i dont use now.

You should close block immediately after having the issue...why after my heave purchase.. Now.. I request to consumer court.. Please check this matter... As this way they can cheat anyone... After they sell products they will not keep their policies open..

                                      This dress has ugly fir.. Doesn't fit my baby.. Cost is around 3000 and now no use for me.. Out money is also hard earned...

                                        With great disgust and sheer frustration i would like make complain against flipkart india for their fraudulant and cheating with me. I ordered a samsung tv led 32 inch along with 2 yeras extended warranty. I was scheduled to be deliverd on 23rd nov 2019. On 20th november 2019 i got a call from logistic partner and informed that he will npt be able to deliver doorstep and i have to collect myself from dpp. I called flipkart customer care and they assured me that product will be delivered. After waiting for 7 days from 21st nov to 26 nov i went to their dpp and collected the tv.

                                        After the tv was delivered its installation was scheduled om 30th november 2019. On scheduled that i got call from samsung authorised service centre that technician is not available and installation was rescheduled for 3rd december 2019. On 3rd december 2019 i gave 2 calls to samsing centre and i was assured that technician will visit for installation. Around 3 pm in afternoon i received message from flipkart your installation and demo is cancelled without any reason. Again i called flipkart customer care and again i got same reply we have esclataed your issued wait for 3 days.
