I ordered a Philips HR1853/00 550 Juicer order id OD[protected] worth Rs. 4650 on 10 February, 2015 1:01 PM which was delivered by Sunday 15, Feb 2015. This shipment was faulty, one of the jar was damaged. We placed return request immediately on Monday 16 Feb 2015. Flipkart accepted the fault with shipment and delivered a replacement on Thursday 19 Feb 2015. We were shocked when we looked at the shipment. Topmost Flipkart packaging was damaged from edges. Philips box packing didn't have any polycover and what we saw next was a total surprise to us. Philips Box was totally damaged from all the sides.Taping was dirty and unfinished seems to be done by some unprofessionals. It seems that Flipkart guys opened original Philips packing, repacked and delivered the product to us. With such frequent replacement request we are sure original products are being replaced with duplicate/defective products. When we talked to Flipkart executive they are happy to replace this product for the third time and provide us with a another one. They are not worried how this can happen or trying to investigate the issue. It looks like a joined fraud venture where Flipkart is sharing profits from such duplicate/defective products. What if people realise defects after 30 days of shipment. They ll be out of the Flipkart return policy and eventually they ll spend their lives visiting service centers. Online buyers are increasing on daily basis, attracted by low pricing, easy delivery and paymet options.This is a matter of concern. With low pricing and blind buying are we giving away our right to buy original product? I dont know whats next for us with this product. But i would like to raise our voice against such frauds and harassment.

    This is in reference of phone lenovo vibe x2 which I ordered online on flipkart dated feb 17th 2015. At the time of ordering there was a offer with the product of battery extender (amount Rs 1999). But when I got the order on 20th Feb 2015, this freebie(battery extender) was missing. At the same time I raised the complaint on phone to flipkart customer care and they promised that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours. I waited for 24 hours but didn't got any call from them. Then today I called them and they again asked for 24 hours to resolve the issue. So, I asked them that I want to return the order as I ordered this because of the offer. To which they said that they will not able to facilitate that as the product is not damaged. Please look into the issue as I don't want to accept the product without this offer. Note: I have the latest recording also of the conversation which I had with the flipkart15 customer care. The complaint number related to this is[protected]

    Spoke to customer and he says that "batter layer cover" which was to be delivered as a freebie was not in the box. So offered 1,999/- as TOA which is the actual price for freebie missing to wallet account. Customer was happy with the resolution and hence closing the case.

        Hi, I have placed an order# OD[protected] for HTC Desire 616 Dual Sim (Pearl White) on 7-Jan-2015 under 'In-a-day Guarantee' delivery and the item was delivered on 9-Jan-2015 with one day delay from seller, WS Retail. Here comes the issue, the mobile was looking okay and working fine for first 2 weeks. Then, it started switching off automatically during call, typing message, browsing web, playing games, accessing any app. After talking with friends, I thought it was compatibility problem with few apps, then I stopped web browsing and playing games. After that, I even went ahead and uninstalled games and apps. There was no any improvement in the performance. As an attempt again, I reset my phone at factory settings. Still there was no improvement. As the last attempt, I have removed the microSD card from phone to see if there is any problem with card that affecting the mobile auto switch. Still there is no improvement and it just keep frustrating me by switching off while on important calls/conferences. It was a defective product from Flipkart. Now the phone is not supporting even calls/messaging. This is kind of fraud for customers with defective products. When I wrote an email to Flipkart customer care, they just responded quite quickly saying because it lapsed 30 days return policy, I need to contact service center for help. It really makes no sense to ask customer to contact manufacturers service center by selling defective product when the product is not used for basic needs properly. It has been irritating and frustrating experience with mobile after paying huge price but the product is really useless with defects. I request flipkart to take this product back and refund my money back. If not, I will have to act legally to penalise Flipkart for selling this kind of products and cheating customers with faulty products. Regards, Nagaraj

Also, informed him to contact us back with an acknowledgement/ reason for denial if the service center denies service, so that we can take it up with the brand.

        Just got the product serviced from HTC service center (Indira Nagar) with new version of software installed. However, the issue is not fixed and the phone is still switching off automatically. Spoke to technician, Naveen immediately and he confirmed that the phone has hardware problem and needs to be addressed with HTC. It's obviously a defective product.

        This is not happening. I did not expect this kind of situation after buying a new phone from Flipkart. As committed by executive from Flipkart, the product should be taken back.

        I don't see any response yet from Flipkart on the issue for my update yesterday. This is badly impacting me as I am not able to use the phone for anything. I strongly sense Flipkart is trying to get away from the addressing the issue. Without a phone, my life is in miserable situation as I am in the job hunt currently and I can't afford to buy another mobile to use.

        I request Flipkart to resolve the case by taking back the product and refund or replace with another item by 25th Feb, 2014. If fails to do so, I will have to proceed with legal action against Flipkart with consumer forum for delivering defective product, wasting my important time, effort, mental harassment and since, I am not able to afford to go for another mobile.

              I had placed an order for Rain & Rainbow Printed Women's kurta and it arrived prior to the expected date. But unfortunately the kurta is not of the correct size. I clicked the return button and submitted my reason for returning the product but unfortunately their system says"loading" and freezes. The system is like this since 3 hours. Surprisingly when a customer places an order, the website works fast but the same website assumes snail phase when we return the product. FLIPKART is easy to shop but impossible on returns. Please do the needful to replace my product.

                  Dear Sirs, I had ordered an earphone from (Sony MDR-XB30EXWCIN Extra-Bass Stereo In-the-ear Headphone) which was posted on the flipkart site for Rs. 890 from sellers: Darkhorsestradingco. However after careful inspection of the product i noticed the same to a Chinese counterfeit. This is a case of gross negligence and misleading customers to purchase a counterfeit posing as an original on the website of Flipkart. I tried several hours to get in touch with their helpline number but no one took the call. Thereafter i made several attempts to notify Flipkart about the counterfeit product received by me on their webpage for easy returns but my complaint cannot be completed as the website does not seem to be working properly, a screen shot of which i am sharing. Hence i am forced to make this compliant against Flipkart being the intermediary who have allowed sellers or third parties to sell counterfeit products on their website, along with Darkhorsestradingco for selling counterfeit products posing as original. I am bringing this to your notice because of repeated failed attempts to get through to the customer complaints number flipkart have provided paired with the faulty complaints system which Flipkart have on their website for redressal of customer complaints. My request is to ban sale of such counterfeit items on Flipkart and to put a stop to the abuse to the position of trust which the goodwill of Flipkart has established; as well as replacement of the counterfeit product with the original Sony product.                           The product I ordered was first delayed and then cancelled without my permission . They said As the product was delayed, so they think I would have cancelled the product and thus they cancelled my product on their own . When i called them they said that according policy they cannot give me the product now as its out of stock and once it comes in stock I have to place a new order once again . I kept saying that the product which I "returned" "unwillingly" should be in stock and thus on the website it should have been in stock . But still he kept on sayin his unusual things to pretend that the fault was mine . Flipkart I didn't expect it from you a big thumbs down

I purchase a mobile phone (A50s) Karbon mobile from Flipcart online shoppe date of purchased 24/06/2014, very first month i got problem of incoming calls when ever the calls will come the voice are not clarity I have given a complain to Flipcart costumer care but they have not given correct answer, by one of my friend I got Authorised dealer shop at Abids Hyderabad, after two days i got my phone back with rectify condition, but my problem was not rectify properly, again it started problem with hanging when any outgoing or incoming calls, I have called again to costumer care of Flipcart this time they are not given any good feedback or good response, after some time my phone has Completely hanged I have given it to Authorised dealer on 02/02/15 he Asked me to collect it after one week but I visited today almost after 18 day he asked me to collect by 28/02/15 why is that. Kindly suggest me.                             ​Spoke to customer, ​he claims that service center is not responding properly and its already 20 days over. Informed customer if service center is denied do service will escalate this issue and customer said that service center is not denied. Informed customer that please check with service center and if service center is denied then please come back will give you the resolution. Hence closing the case.

                                Order number OD[protected]. Ipad purchased through Flipkart on 4th Feb 2015 and delivered by their seller Emagic for Rs 29990/- Upon receipt found it had scratches and was having trouble signing in. When we called Apple customer care, we learnt this is unit more than 6 months old and already registered in somebody else's name! Request for return was approved on 12th Feb itself Return ID: 14133332 But its already 20th feb and still we havent been able to get refund processed by flipkart.

                                  I ordered MOTO E on Flipkart on 12-feb 2015, got it delivered it on 14 Feb 2015 and within few days the internal display screen broke while it accidentally fell from just few inches on the desk ..is it that fragile ??? and I recently got to know that, Motorola is replacing broken screen for free for their phone users across globe. Now I want Flipkart to replace my Mobile broken screen.
