Dear flipkart team,

I bought a hindware chimney from your online portal. Today this product is delivered on time. First of all thanks for on time delivery.

Today morning courier company guy called me for delivering this product and says please ready your id proof copy ready. When i refused to give him any proof then he denied for delivery. Then i called up to your customer care, i explained her (Jyotsna) all the instance. I give her the contact number of that courier guy. She hold the line and says sir i resolve the matter no one ask for id proof he will deliver the product without giving id proof. But unfortunately i receive the product after giving him id proof. No body was there from flipkart to resolve my problem. I was not at home on that time and they people argued with my wife for not delivering the same.
I never expect this kind of service from flipkart. I am not complaining against anybody but trust me i will never bought any product through flipkart and say negative about flipkart to maximum number of people.

    This order was made in one of offer scheme... The same was not delivered and even refunded.

    By seeing the full scenario... It seems you are making fool to customer.. So that he can't go to another online platform.

    Same offer was running in amazon.. But we take from flipkart due to old customer.

    It seems that it is time to delete flipkart app.

      Received a external hard disk. They claimed it has 2 years warranty from date of purchase. But when i checked offical hp site for warranty, warranty status was already active and was about to expire in 30 days. I raised several complaint with customer support team and no one responded properly. Hp authorized service center has openly stated to provide warranty support for the remaining 30 days. I got this product on 11 aug 2017 from flipkart, but the official warranty period is from sep 26 2016 to sep 25 2017

            I have ordered lenovo k6 power from flipkart. But found the phone was over heating. Asked for replacement but they prolonged it by suggesting some useless basic troubleshooting tips. And sending a technician for diagnosing the phone. They were trying to convince me and given feedback to flipkart as the product is working normal. But the phone is reaching up to 50 degrees celsius. And as per flipkart it is normal.

              I ordered window ac on 13th august which reached to my doorstep on 17th august. On website it was mentioned that on 19th august installation would be complete but now 2 days has gone i. E. I am on 21st august and ac is still lying on the floor. I am amazed by flipkart response where they told that ticket has been raised for this issue and will be resolved by 24th august. Instead pushing the seller to install the ac they pushed the installation date to 24th aug indirectly. I never had such a bad customer exp with flipkart.

                A copy of the invoice provided by the seller for your 'Redmi 3S Prime (Gold, 32 GB)' has been attached and sent to customers registered email id as requested. Hence closing the case.
                It's software not working. And the phone is not opening.
                I ordered HTC One x9 back case 2 numbers. But they delivered one case only.

                  Had a call with customers support regarding re-activate account but the steps doesn't helped at all and tried many ways but received error only as " account deactivated".                       I have purchased a lenovo powerbank from flipkart on 26 may 2017 but the product stop functioning after one and a half month from the date of purchase, now i m continously contacting to flipkart and lenovo service center from more then 1 month always the executive pic the call and provide me 1 days for resolution, and i surprised with the revert from lenovo that u have purchesed the product from flipkart they will provide u the services not from lenovo. After marking the mail then they said go to lucknow for powerbank related issue.

                      Now i want to know one thing that i purchased the product at agra now i will go to lucknow which is 600 km far from my city for awailing a after sale service how is it possible to go there.

                      Now i want a complete solution from flipkart either replace my product or return my money otherwise i have to raise this issue in all social media and consumer court also for the so much bad services provided to me.

                                wrong delivery of muscleblaze whey protein.

                                I ordered a muscle blaze whey energy with digezyme whey protein on flipkart. On the scheduled date of 20th of august i got the delivery of muscle blaze creatine worth rs249 instead of my ordered product worth rs2974. The delivery boy took the amount of 2974/- as per the order. An extremely poor and cheap experience. I want the refund of money for my item....

                                      I bought a moto c plus phone which was delivered on 19th july 2017. It was defective and was restarting continuously when connected to a wi fi. I tried returning the phone which took 15 days for the phone to get replaced.
                                      On 5th august, i was handed over with a new phone which was defective again and same problem i was facing.
                                      Now i am contacting flipkart and they are saying that they cannot help and i will have to visit a service center.

                                      How is this possible that without using a phone i have to visit the service center.
                                      Please look into the issue.

                                      Interacted with the customer, As per the seller's replacement policy, If customer receives the defective product post replacement delivery, Customer need to visit authorized service center for any defect.
