I have bought scatchite casual from flipkart on 10-oct-2018 of size 8 but they are small in size then I replace them and ordered same shoes of size 9 and they are delivered on 18-oct-2018 but they are of size 10 instead of 9 now they are of no use for me and I am very angry with flipkart. Now I want my refund money soon.

    We ordered samsung washing machine during the sale for exchange of our existing washing machine. The mechanic / delivery person who came did not get the product, he checked our machine (Which was completely functional) and said it was rusted and that he was cancelling the order. Date of incident 16th oct 2018. Place of incident mira road. The ordered product was not delivered at all and eventually cancelled by flipkart.

      Flipkart executives are saying that my account has been blacklisted due to multiple time returns from my account. I explained them everything, in my case i use my account to place order for my own and my relatives. So my number of orders are more than other users, if i return items for several times there are other items also which i have accepted and using. I have purchased more than 100 products from flipkart, returning 10 items for quality issue does not mean i misused their service, each and every return/replacement has been checked and verified by their logistic service also. So where i am wrong and my account got blacklisted?

      Whenever i use to recover my password with the help of forgot password
      it always shows error as ' UNABLE TO UPDATE PASSWORD, TRY AGAIN LATER,
      I found damaged kurti and don't like the quality so I want refund and I want to replace it by another. So please replace it very quickly.

        I have purchased samsung s8 in EMIs. Without cancelling the EMIs flipkart refunded the amount. Because of that i can see both the refunded amount and EMI in my creditcard statement. HDFC Bank customer care guys telling that, Merchant has to cancel the EMIs. I called Flipkart customer care executives many times, they don't have proper answer. Kindly do the needful. Credit card billing date is November 2nd. Kindly resolve issue.

        Flipkart executive called me and told me that it is the problem with the bank. But bank people are saying that, it is merchant EMI and merchant has to send a request to close. Flipkart guy told me to forward the mail from the bank. I did it 3 days back but there is no response from them.Kindly look into it

            Request you to look into this issue, i've ordered for JBL Flip3 during big billion festival on 11th October and the order has not even processed yet after 7 days. Called customer care and got typical reply that seller will update soon. Really harassed by this service of flipkart and we expect some decency and honesty by Flipkart and sellers for reassurance.

              I have ordered MOTO Z2 Force on 10th October 2018 and i had received it on 12th October 2018, i had received Refurbished phone with a Software issue (continuous restart) so i raised a request on flipkart on 12th about replacement and it got approved and they sent a new phone for return on 15th, but by the time they come due to restart issue the phone become Dead and now the executives are not accepting the phone in that condition i called immediately to Flipkart they told and given me the time frame till 18th of October i have called many times but Flipkart is not responding for any escalations, when we call them to transfer call to the senior team the phone will be disconnected and They are not ready to accept the phone and respond back

                I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart (Prepaid order) order number : order no : 0d[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 18th oct 2018 though as per the msg received yesterday that the product is been delivered on 17th oct which i have still not received it.
                When called at the call center they dont have any update and want me to wait till 23rd to get the clarity.
                This is purely a case of cheating where in the product is not delivered and they are updating on their app that its been delivered just because its a prepaid order.
                This is why people in india are loosing the trust on online shopping.

                  I have ordered mi fitness band from flipkart. I didn't cancel my order but it cancelled. Flipkart team saying it is cancelled by seller. Seller did not try 3 attampts. So why cancelled. Flipkart has 0 words about seller details. I want my order with the same price. Even i have called flipkart a day before and they assured that my product will deliver in 2-3 days.                     I have ordered asus laptop on 11th october.
                    They were showing that it will be delivered on 15th october.

                    No delivery till date.

                    I am daily getting calls from back-end team, at least thrice a day to cancel the order as they have not got any update from logistics team!!

                    I m requesting to deliver the product bu not getting any meaningful reply.

                    Same laptop is now costing five thousand extra.

                    Very very bad service by flipkart. Due to their own problems, they are giving a fake scheme and are not able to deliver.

                            I have ordered nivia ultra armour gloves from flipkart, on 11 oct, 2018. At the time of the big billion days. It said that it will be delivered by 23 oct, 18. And said that it will be shipped on 16 oct, 18. But now it has crossed it's date. It is packed but not shipped still now. It is sold by retailnet. I have also ordered some other items. They are shipped which were ordered after this order. There was also another item in this order, that product has been shipped but this product did not shipped still now.

                                49, 990₹ product macbook air of order id od[protected] was ordered by me on the recent flipkart sale. It was expected to arrive on friday, 19/10/2018.

                                But today (18/10/18), 10.30 ist, tracking link of the product says there’s misroute (“other city misrouted”), and the product is at anakapalli, nearly 1500 kilometers away from my place. I had products delivered without trouble from flipkart, but this time it seemed to have gone to a wrong place on the way. Please do the needful to deliver my product as early as possible.

                                  I had placed order for usha sewing machine on 10 oct and i was supposed to get the delivery by 17 oct... I got an update it would be delivered on 13 oct, but it didn't receive any update but in the eve i got a message that it could not be delivered when i connected to the executive from dhelivery he mentioned he had some personal issues... From then on i dint receive any update... I then to flip kart executive and everytime i was assured and given a time line. But on 18 oct i received a call that the product cannot be delivered and to cancel it. Iam list satisfied not looking forward to shop anymore from flipkart. Very disappointed.

                                    I received a dead iPhone 7 and wasn't even turned on even after it kept for charging around 7 hours. As per flipkart representative said I submitted my phone in a iPhone service centre and they coudnt recognize the issue. Then I contacted flipkart again and they told me this will be fixed by Oct 24th. Finally, guys you know how they fixed it. They are telling they can't replace the product and instead I should again go to iPhone service center. What I should do with a dead phone now. This is really bad bad poor customer service from flipkart.

                                      I have purchase a mobile 24 sep' 18 rs. 17, 999/- on flipkart at emi basis. But the total amount was deducted from my credit card instead of installment basis. At this moment credit card statement shown full amount to be paid but flipkart didnot bothered and also didnot help sbi credit card.

                                      I am harassing both of these company and i want compensate my money back asap...

                                      Please transfer my full amount on emi basis..

                                        From dated 14th oct 2018 i'm getting 3 daily from two numbers as follows :-
                                        1st:- [protected]
                                        2nd:- [protected]
                                        Up to yesterday no one spoke from the other side, today morning again i picked a call and one gentleman started communicating with me and he told me that he is talking from some courier company and i have placed a order from flipkart which haven't played, even my flipkart account is abeyance from last few months and how could be this possible that i have placed a order.
                                        I also asked him for the reason of calling me again and again but later he denied to tell me.
                                        If again the same thing happens i will deactivate my account.
                                        I hope you guys will fix this asap.
