    Hello sir, Im teja i have made an order(OD[protected] on[protected]freedom sale) for two items of one mobile and a sd card, the seller have given a delivery date of 5th september when i have made the order.Suddenly on 1st september the seller have cancelled my order and refund i have received a mail that refund have initiated. They told that amount will be credited in account in 8 business days, but it is not done till today, when ever i call them they tell that refund is done. I dont recieved the amount.Hoping you will resolve the issue . Thank you

      I booked samsung blutooth handsetBHM1100 from flipkart on 12 august 2015, i received this on 16 august 2015 its not working properly i am trying to charging this its not charging it works only for 2 min then stop not worked i call to flipkart they told you have to go samsung service centre then i went there they checked the device said its not samsung device code is mentioned on device is HM 0000 but for real samsung device it has to be HM 1100 so i complained about this to flipkart but they are making excuses its approximte one month but not solving my issue please help

        Hallo, This is Vijay Boppana, Last month I bought a Petrol Avioter Sun Glass from Flipkart, amount of Rs 239.00. But received damaged product. I intimated to Flipkart Customer they said your amount is will be refund after 8 business days. After 8 business days I don't get any refund from Flipkart. And asked Flipkart Customer they said wait for upto Sep 5 2015. I don't get refund amount. Again I asked Flipkart Customer they said wait for Sep 10. After Sep 10 I dont get refund. And again I asked Flipkart Customer. They said refund is credit in your bank. But I don't get any refund amount from Flipkart till to date. Right now they said your amount is credit. Buy I don't get refund. Please credit my to my account. Very waste Flipkart services and products. Services also bad and [censored].

I have not received any call on the said date and every time when call to Flipkart representative they give another complain no and next day appointment.             Hi I recieved my Lenovo K3 note on 1st Sep 2015.My order id is OD[protected] First of all I must say delivery of the WS RETAIL is still good.I got my lenovo K3 note within the expected date. First 2-3 days my Lenovo k3 note works fine. But then starts the real issue:- 1)The phone is getting heated. 2)Touch is not working properly 3)Thirdly the battery power drains very fast, after charged to a 100% full and even after using the function of battery saver power. 4)My phone is getting hanged over and over after that the whole screen is black While I talked with the Flipkart executive regarding this issue, they just told to talk with Lenovo Service Center. They used to check now using smartchack app which wont find any on your phone altough your phone is defective.My return request has been rejected 2 times Then I realized that Flipkart return service is no more user friendly.               Hello Team, I raised an issue regarding the delivery delay for one of the product in Flipkart requesting an call back, the support guy informed the same thing which was available in website, so i added up to take some more action from the detail which is already available. Then he escalated to one of the Manager named Deepika, eventhough she is in a superior position, she doesn't take any action. She used the word that she wont provide any solution for the complaint which i have raised. My query here is then what is the point of having an request page to raise issue for making a callback when they are not able to do anything.                 I am not able to even place the order as Flipkart says that it is unable to deliver to my address. However, I have ordered items priced more than Rs.9999/- in the past, but now it is not possible. As a resident of Patna which is also a state capital, I would like to ask Flipkart, what should I do if I want to buy products costing more than Rs.9999/-. I would also like to mention that the product is moto g 3rd generation which is exclusively available on your website. P.S- I own a moto g 1st generation which obviously I had ordered from Flipkart which costed more than Rs.9999/-.

                    Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)

                    Order ID.: OD[protected] Phone model: Moto G (3rd Generation) On 13th September, I ordered this phone via credit card, the money got debited and I converted that to EMIS. Today while tracking the order, it displayed the above message " out of delivery area(address pincode mismatch). When I contacted Customer care, I was told that I will have to cancel the item, since I was not getting this order due to the above mentioned reason....

                    How can trust if refunding the amount on time. I never seen this type worst service. I have ordered the product on 22.08.2015 the same was delivered on 30.08.2015. when I open the pocket there is no memory card. Same aware of your service execute who came for delivery of product and immediately called to customer care and informed. They assured that we will delivered the product within 2 working days but again taking one week time finally came on 07.09.2015 for delivery this time more surprise pocket already opened. I am returned the product and informed to customer care. again cheating not delivered on time and opened pocket. Simply informed we will take assurance we will replace by today eod but no one called & informed about delay and solutions. Finally complaint regarding the refund of money.. almost 15 days no response . again I don’t want continue with your service, request you to refund first and return the product same day or again cash collect the product. Don’t any such stories and policies for refund. Which is you followed cash on delivery same method hand over the cash and collect the product.Flipkart customer giving false information and no reply from customer care call or mail also not replying. any one address this issue.. today also called to customer care simply attending the call and disconnected no information again I called customer care but simply informed refund will process product once received otherwise no..                       Hi, my order no is OD[protected] Order was placed on 16th Sept’15, payments was made in advance and promised delivery date was 16th Sept’15 but still status of my order is PROCESSING. I called Flipkart Customer support executives so many times as well but not received any positive response/feedback to my questions. I must say that Flipkart is the worst website for Online Shopping. Additionally I have paid Rs. 500 for Flipkart First service. Please stop fooling customers by promising Same day delivery.

                        Order no : OD[protected], first i got a damaged produt then raised for a new one, they sent another one but even greater damaged product, this time also i requested them to send a new one, they are saying that they will not send it again instead they will refund the amount of 6049. I have paid EMI through credit card, so now i have to pay 618*12 = 7416...a total of 1367 extra.. but i have nothing fault. totally irresponsible. how come flipkart can do this to me????? And rejected to REFUND. At last they asked for MOTOROLA service center Job Sheet for further Action. so i have attached service center(address given by customer care) job sheet as they told previously with mentioned problem.                               I've placed an order with flipkart for a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy J7). Order ID is OD[protected], on September 12th 2015. Committed date to deliver the product was 14th Sept. I was in wait for the same for a whole day since it was my moral responsibility to receive & to respect the order. Finally the order has been cancelled by them without my consent, at last, after putting lot of efforts I reached them over the Tel-con. But the call has disconnected repeatedly, keeping a poor response is not at all good for a business as well as regards ethics don't know. Would've been customer friendly, by giving a call to customer & confirmed, instead the value being improvised. Rather than giving repeated generic statements like robots, they should focus on customer satisfaction. Whatever we urge, pour & cry, at last I didn't see any mails, Tel-con asking the customer convinced, Only received the advice to go for placing the order for once more. What is the value for the time we dedicated for that eager towards the delivery of the product for a whole day. Only we get no-reply emails, no-reply messages to cellphone/emails, in which no one can respond & give feedback at all. Iam really frustrated by all these type of service. I went through about the logistic supplier through Google and surprised to have an view regards most of the complaints were on logistics part only. though the initiation has not taken there is no improvements' on logistic part at all. They might improve their name & fame by keeping an eye on this, at least they would've been opted for a reliable & customer friendly logistic supplier like Bluedart etc. are available in the market committed for customer service. They promptly ensures that the customer point of view & makes their work easier also Iam sorry, tried to attach email copy. but I didn't. Format is not getting uploaded Thanks & Regards PBSwamy

                                  I have placed an order of "ASUS ZENFONE LASER 2" on 2nd sep & got delivery on 10 sep from "FLIPKART"
                                  Since 11 sep I m trying to replace my cell
                                  But due to FLIPKART'S weird replacement policy I couldn't even place my replacement order
                                  They are asking to install app for replacement by making a call after 1 day
                                  After installing the app, it ask for PIN
                                  for PIN you they are again asking for 2 day working time for calling again to provide PIN

                                  How can they take so much tume of customers
                                  .
                                  Totally 3rd class policy & waste o[censored]sers time
                                  .
                                  .
                                  Amazon is much better than flipkart
                                  They have refund me in 4 day & FLIPKART have not even accept my replacement order in 4 day
                                  .

                                  I think After this hell procedure I think FLIPKART'S 1 month guarantee is going to elapse in following Such a lenghthy procedure

                                  Instaed of this they should have accept the product & check whether there is any fault or not (as per constomer have discribed) & repkace it only after theey are fully satisfied

                                  Till now my replacement order is not placed

I tried returns request for my samsung galaxy J7, due to issue in hearing speaker during calls .flipkart service executive call me back and ask some fake app telling it is smart check app.god knows it works to detect the genuine problem.somebody please help me how to tackle this problem.my product is under 30 days replacment warrenty.

                                    Same thing has happened to me. They transferred my package to different locations in the same city several times, to the same places as if transportation wasn't organized at all.
                                    Its a worst thing to use flipkart, my order was received to nearest hub and then it is saying misrouted. what the hell Courier service is doing, what if this is an urgert order and we were expecting delivery on the expected date mentioned by Flipkart, but then it is misrouted . and delivery is not yet done. very disappointed with the Courier service.
                                    Flipkart is bringing a bad name to their customer satisfaction policy . Several instances have been reported like this . I am a victim of the same situation but Flipkart won't do anything about it . Did Flipkart resolved ur problem ??

                                    every time i order something it gets misrouted. There is no way to speak to a real person on their customer care number. they don't respond to customer care emails.

                                    Now I know why all CEOs and executives have been leaving this company.

                                    Indians should realize that indian businesses, very few excluded, are simply out to make money and are perfectly fine with screwing over customers in the process.

                                    Wake up and use amazon and start boycotting indian companies till the service improves.
                                    My order for macbook air was placed on 12th October. They confirmed me to deliver by 18th. On 18th I got a msg from flipkart that item would be delivered by 24th. On 23rd I again received a msg which said that the item would be delivered within next 3 days and wrote the apology that it was misrouted in the same city since 16th October. Now I doubt the authenticity of the item. Worst experience from any online shopping platform. I quit flipkart.

                                      I have ordered a LED TV on 16th August 2015, Order Id. being OD[protected]. I received the item on 18th August as informed. Installation was done on 20th August (So far so good). After the instillation I discovered that the product was a faulty one as the remote control was not working. I raised a request for replacement on 20th August... and then the saga of harassment started. I was promised that the replacement will happen on 23rd August (Sunday) by 6 pm. I cancelled my programs and waited, but nobody turned up. I called Flipkart at 7 pm to check what has happened and I was committed a new delivery timeline of 25th August (Tuesday) by 2 pm. So I had to take a leave from office on 25th expecting the item delivery. No body turned up again. I even thought of giving a wake-up call to Flipkart by 1 pm; and I got the information that Flipkart has failed to keep their promise again and I got a new delivery timeline of 26th August (Wednesday). Awesome... And Flipkart consistently failed this time too although I waited taking another leave (loss of pay) from office. So many phone call later I got the replaced item on 30th August (Return ID:[protected]. Key highlights of this episodes of events - One of the floor manager said me that the system used in Flipkart is erroneous as it is conveying wrong information (delivery timelines) to the customers. Great Job sir ... I really didn't know that. I was also promised a compensation, but Flipkart never bothered to call me or do even a bit for the compensation processing. Flipkart ran away after giving me 2 days loss of pay, hell lot of fake commitments and huge amount of psychological stress. This time also Flipkart amazed as the product appeared faulty again (HDMI Ports are not working). Bask to square one. I raised a return request on 3 days back (Return ID:[protected] and I was committed a delivery timeline of yesterday by 6 pm. And, maintaining their consistency, they failed this time too, after multiple confirmation calls from your the technical team of Flipkart and notification texts (which I have already been conveyed to be faulty). Applause Sir !!! And another loss of pay for me. Now Sir, please tell me what should I do ????? How should I rectify my blunder of purchasing the item from Flipkart ??? I haven't posted any kind of complaints against Flipkart so far because I have been a loyal customer, a satisfied customer, and because of the faith I used to have for Flipkart. I seriously urge you to go through all the calls I had with your Associates, Executives, Floor Managers, Compensation Team, Compliance Team, Technical Team, and whoever else, to understand if a single bit of whatever I said is crooked. May be again you are going to fail in resolving this, and land me up in another trouble but still requesting... Please Sir ... Please resolve this... bring an end to this.
