Ordered the laptop, which was supposed to be delivered on May 16th 2018. Seller is Flipkart and Retailnet. I already see atleast 15 compliants for thr same product, same retailer and same issue. Per the latest tracking details, the shipment is damaged in transit, like all other complaints. When asked for replacement laptop, I was informed that the order has to be cancelles by me and they will not be delivering the laptop. I ordered for 60, 500. The new laptop is out of stock and would cost be around 85000.
Why would I cancel the order and reorder it at a higher price, especially when I know it is a scam. I want to get the laptop at the price I paid. No refund of money.
Also, I want to raise a class action lawsuit against Flipkart for the damage they do and make fool of people with their schemes. I am a CA and would like to pursue mental stress and financial distress and would alsp urge to provide me with compensation for the same.
I have recording of customer service informing me that the product cannot be delivered. Laos, they have escalated to their grevience department but I know they would not be able to help me like all the other compliants filed on this website.
Please help me in the same regard.
