i have received mails from andhrabank head office CEO/Hyderabad and their reply as follows.

We had raised complaint with payment gateway regarding status of the transaction and it is informed by them that the transaction is successful and settled to the merchant. You are advised to contact the merchant
As per the transaction details provided by payment gateway, the amount was settled to merchant on 9.6.2018.
