I ordered mi smart tv recently, and it is in 10 days return policy now, after receiving i found the tv is of smaller size and wanted to order higher size, so i requested for return. But it is not being accepted.
Iam not even asking for refund, i asking for the replacement, but with higher specification and iam willing to pay for the higher specification
I dont understand what is the problem here, more over iam increasing your business
