[Resolved] Flipkart — payment deducted but order not placed

While trying to order redmi note 7 pro yesterday, payment was deducted but got an error message later. Could not find anything in my orders section also. Tried to call customer service atleast 100 times in last 30 hours but always busy. Got below message from my bank
Inr12, 799.00 debited on credit card xxxx on 22-may-19
Raised an incident: in[protected] but no update yet. Raised the issue on various social media platforms but no response yet. This is really frustrating and one of the terrible customer experiences.
Can i get my refund back?

Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount has been debited from customer account, however, the order was not confirmed. We would like to inform that the seller has confirmed that the amount has been reverted back to customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
