Dear Sir / Mam, I have purchased a power bank of Ambrane through flip kart on Dtd 02.06.2017. Now it’s not working at all. As because it’s under guarantee. Please arrange to change the same on an urgent basis. Please find the attached invoice for details. Invoice no- 25559. Invoice date- 02.06.2017 Suppliers ref no- OD[protected]. Verified Support Aug 15, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer, apologized for the issue, informed that as the replacement policy of flipkart is already over, customer needs to get in touch with the ASC. Informed that is the domestic warranty for manufacturing defects. customer agreed and closing the case from our end.

When I brought Panasonic P85 mobile from flipkart .They gave me faulty product .When I complaint about product on first day they rejected my request of replacement .Flipkart's replacement policy is between 10 days and complained on first day so, why they rejected my request?
