[Resolved] Flipkart — Refund not credited to my bank account | |||||
I had placed a order on flipkart but on delivery i found it broken so as per rules i initiated refund process but after the completion of refund process, till now my amount has not been credited. I have taken the new MI Note 4 Mobile form flipkart and OD[protected] this my order ID. I have receive the phone on 6th June from next day the phone started get hang and now i want replacement of my phone but there is no repose form flipkart.

I had ordered a Pierre Cardin bag vide order no. Od[protected] paid by CoD. I had requested for a refund.. I was advised that d seller is not ready to take back d product. My point is that d buyer shud be informed upfront and not later about d facts. I m very disappointed with d experience
