[Resolved] Flipkart — supplied with a damaged and fake product by flipkart | |||
Od[protected] order related [incident: in[protected]] I am totally frustrated and angry with the kind responses i am getting from flipkart. I feel cheated that a damaged and fake product has been supplied to me and for past 50 days i am being misled about the replacement. At first the company kept telling me that there is some problem with their software and now they are telling me that the damaged product will be picked up but no still no action for last many days. All the recent news items about flipkart delivering fake product seems to be perfectly true. Was this information helpful? | |||

Initially the product performed very well, but from last few days it is not behaving properly . The battery vanishes at very high rate and the device over heats from time to time for even very minute and small operations...please resolve this problem.
