[Resolved]  Flipkart — undelivered due to shipment damage

I ordered acer pradator helios 300 i5 8th gen during the sale 13th may-16th may for rs.62990 and i fully paid by debit card. It said that i will recieve the product on 19th may. But after checking the shipping detail i got to know this message. When i contacted 3 different persons on flipcart they said to cancel and reorder. But how is this possible now the price of this laptop is rs.84000. Please help.

Did you recieve the product or did you cancel and reorder? I have the same issue

I ordered google chromecast offer price Rs 1999 on 10th oct but still now i m not getting that product because it is showing Undelivered due to shipment damaged. I called customer care .he said that cancel your product again you will buy that same product but now rate Rs 3399 .

I have attached the photo of the google chromecast the tracking details.

After contacting flipkart's support team, they suggested to cancel and reorder the item.

Now let me put three things clear.
1) why can't flipkart send a replacement from their end because the shipment is damaged?
2) why should i wait for 6-10 days to be refunded the amount?
3) why should i reorder the item, which id being sold at a higher cost (₹3399) now?
