I recently Ordered a new phone POCO F1 on Flipkart using exchange offer for Redmi Note 4. My phone had nothing but a minor scratch on the back for which the delivery boy rejected the phone. (The phone fulfills terms and conditions) I have replaced similar or even worse phones on Amazon. It's always Flipkart which gives when it comes to shopping. Extremely disappointed with Flipkart. I'm never gonna shop from this disgusting and annoying website. I'll show you the scratch in the below pic.

    marq led tv replacement issue

    I had received the TV with display damage. The replacement request was raised on same date. The technical visit arranged and replacement accepted for new TV.

    The damaged TV picked on Monday 8th april but still status not updated regarding pickup is done. I contacted customer care three time for a week. The pickup status not yet updated as done.

    Tried to order redmi note 7 pro on todays flash sale, payment was successful and my money got deducted from bank account, but then on returning to flipkart page, i found the message that oreder not confirmed etc, wheres my money? Wheres my phone?

    These problem could be solved by coding properly by only allowing the no. Of payment=no. O[censored]nits sold
    But flipkart is stealing money from ordinary people by these flash sale tricks.
    I dont money buy another phone from local store, nor do i have a phone from flipkart, i hope flipkart compensate me with interest
    And all their helpline are down, so cant contact them as well. I have been robbed.

Delivery boy hand over new mobile and took my old mobile after half an hour delivery boy came back and said this mobile not be exchanged plz give me 2950 more. I refuse to give then he said this will effect my job you plz talk to flipkart they will help you out to resolve the matter.

        This is clear cut cheating with me.

          I made online payment to buy a phone on flipkart. But when delivery boy came he refused to deliver the parcel saying he does not receive the payment receipt and needs cod. I complained flipkart customer care several times but they respond with no clue saying payment updation needs some time in their system, every after their guaranteed delivery commitment.

          Very frustrated with customer support. It make me think its not flipkart i called it as fraudkart

            Very well know, that the issue won't be resolved. Just wanted to create an awareness among people to think twice before buying a product online, especially from flipkart.

            So here’s what happened: problem with the product was overheating, complaint was made immediately a day after the delivery.

            On the first attempt, they rejected my request and asked me to perform basic troubleshooting steps like uninstall apps you’ve installed, reset app configurations, install system updates, refactor and the list goes on. Performed all of them, still no luck, raised the issue again. My first mistake.

            On the second attempt, they arranged a tech visit. The guy who came for tech visit installed an app called cpu-z (Battery temperature monitoring tool), asked me to use the mobile for 20–30 mins to reproduce the issue. The device’s temperature went upto 47 °c, but the technician rejected it as the threshold they had was 50 °c. This guy also warned me not to waste my time with this company on the return policy. Unfortunately, i ignored it this time as well. Went through motorola legal guide for charging battery, i know it’s for charging, but logically if charging itself had been restricted from 0 °c to 45 °c, then they should revisit their return policy for each model, shouldn’t they? But sorry they never hear your voice.
            Now that i knew the steps to troubleshoot was just by installing a system monitor app, i started troubleshooting the device myself, and was able to “reproduce” the issue on charging the device after a full discharge of the battery.

            On the third attempt, another technician came for troubleshooting. His troubleshooting methods were totally different from the first one. This technician checked it for 10 mins  —  when it went up to 45 °c only, it got rejected again even though i showed him the above snapshot of 51 °c. This technician advised me to check this with the company in the hope that they might be of help. That gave some hope, so registered the complaint again with all the details.

            On the fourth attempt, i was with a senior support person - should appreciate this company for having such a person, who doesn’t bother to solve the customer problem, make false promises or treat their customers as illiterates who can’t even read. After long conversations, he asked me to get an authorized service centre’s job card with a note on the overheating issue. I submitted them again and, of course, they failed me again. At the time i was felt engineering exam/practicals were much easier than this.

            On the fifth attempt, support people moved to the backend team. Here they arranged for one more technician visit but this time i asked them what outcome i can expect this time. They said attaching job card by technician will help seller to process return. Also, i asked them what if the technician failed to submit it, they false promised that it won’t happen. As usual technician came  —  this time temperature went up to 49 °c, just 1 °c less than the threshold limit of 50 °c. Technician refused to attach the job card as there was no option to upload job card and so again the request was rejected by seller because of the 1 °c shortage. Understood the importance of 1!

                I had ordered groceries from flipkart on 13/04 and scheduled it to be delivered on 14/04 but neither it has been delivered and nor i have received any response from the logistics. Also when you call the customer care number, they are of no use as they will just tell you that our team will call you back and concentrate more on asking you to give feedback about the call. Their motive is not to resolve your query but to get as many feedbacks as they can. Next comes the team which is suppose to call you back. They will give you miss calls followed by mails that they tried calling you but you were not available. I do not understand that in today’s era whom is flipkart trying to fool. Belonging to service industry it’s a shame to treat your customers like this. Flipkart should not forget that there is equal number of other options available for customers. I am surprised to see that even after 48 hours of the scheduled delivery none of the customer care executive is able to answer my query as to where my package is! Shame on the services and highly disappointed by flipkart.

                  On april 9th i had ordered 2 realme 3 mobile for two different orders. Both the time amount is been deducted from my account but i got order confirmation for only one. I checked with flipkart customer care and they have not resolved my issue. Its been 7 to 8 days. On 6th day they informed me to check with bank. When i checked with bank they have informed me that it will take 10-15 days to check and tell the issue. Who's responsibility is it to get my money back?. Payment was made for purchase of flipkart product and you are not even informing me about the situation. This is really dissapointing from flipkart side. Worst experience, i would recommend all my friends not to purchase anything on flipkart and explain my situation.

                    I ordered meera flawless trimmer from flipkart and received empty box after replacement they sent small portable fan and then i talked to customer support he said he ll raise the refund request. Then delivery came for pickup but didnt picked up the produxt becauae he was asking for trimmer. Then i talked to custoker support he said he ll cancel. The refund request and i have to agin raise the refund request tht ll be axtive after 48 hrs but its been 4 days it is not active till now. Neither they are replying to the mail nor there is optiom active for call back. There 24 hrs reply policy is also fake. I am. Just fed up

                          I purchased an another condition from Flipkart on 14/04/2019. Order got approved.on 15/05/19 my order got canceled without any notification to me. Now the price of the air conditioner is 23000 where i purchased it for 18000. That's why that's why without any reason they cancel the order. Now they are offering refund to me which I don't want I want it only the product. This is one way cheating the customer in the names of offers and pulling all the money to the Flipkart in a single day.

                            Two weeks before my phone display had broken. I contacted the redmi authorized service center to replace the display as it had 6 months warranty available.

                            After checking, they said the phone was active from september 2018. It seems you sold me a used mobile phone instead of a fresh one.

                              Hello, my order id number is OD[protected] I have ordered Nikon DSLR D5300 on 10th April and have received damaged product camera on 13th April. As the product I received was damaged, I filed replacement request immediately within 10 min o[censored]nboxing the product . And informed flipkart customer care about this. Then on 14th April flipkart rejected my request even it falls under replacement policy because the product I got was damaged . Then on 14th April again I filed return request and had a conversation with senior officer of customer care department and he assured me that it happens but as my product is under replacement policy, it will be replaced and I will get hand to hand replacement . But today on 15th April again my return request has rejected. Then again I filed 3rd time return request to company they again rejected 3rd time today on16 April without any reason
                              . I want now immediate solution of this as I have under the replacement policy rule and got damaged product from your side due to intransit flipkart external loose packing and I have already paid for this product .

                              Respected Sir/madam Flipkart has did nothing only they did is fake assurance. On 1st day when I filed the complaint, I talked to their customer care and they said that my matter will be solved in high priority as my product is under replacement policy. Then they rejected . Then on 14th April I again filed replacement request and talked to their senior authority it takes around 1 hour and explain each and every thing about the bad packaging, damage product, that my product is under replacement policy of both of Flipkart and seller also. They said that it was by mistake rejection, this time the matter is with us and we will get back to you with positive answer. But they had made no effort. Even no one from Flipkart has called me a single time. I called them again and again. Then again on 16th April I got the same reply that request for return is rejected seller has rejected. Now sir what is my fault. They have given policy that if they deliver damage product then they will replace the product if request is made within 10 days, I made complaint just after unboxing the product within 10 min of receiving the damage product. Even today I again called the customer care they are again saying that it was by their mistake, they even don't have the reason for rejection. I told the customer care that I have read the replacement policy of seller as well Flipkart also and my product is 100 percent eligible under replacement as fault is not mine . But till the time I don't get any reply from Flipkart only those computer generated replies are given. My return request id numbers are Return id-12201521772382414454 1st return id cancelled Return I’d -12101520724230418853 2nd return request cancelled again without any reason Return id-12101519942646357043 3rd return request initiated are also cancel Flipkart company don’t known why my request is being cancelled. The worst part is that they even don't bother to call me to know the matter. They are directly rejecting . It's very sad and unfaithful act done by Flipkart and just giving fake commitments. I hope you will help to solve this matter as I have already paid the amount of RS 34490 and my product is damaged and I am still under replacement policy eligible and the fault is of Flipkart or seller but I am suffering mentally financially .

                                I bought a phone and find bad battery backup and overheating problem. I had given three return requests and they rejected the return saying that there is no problem. I have visited their service center and they are saying to change the battery. I have just used the phone for 2 weeks and i have to change its battery. There is no quality for the product.

                                Now a days it is not get full charge as much time i connected to charger.
                                As the Warranty period is not over(1 year), i need a replacement for the product.

                                  I have cancelled my order of mobile honor 9 lite on 29th March 2019. Now company says we have refunded the amount on 29th March 2019. But till today i did not received it. I have made contact with bank in which this refund amount is suppose to deposit. Bank authority said, we want unique transaction reference number from flip kart company. But company says we have only transaction id and authorization code. Let me know how i will get my refund.

                                    I placed order on 6 february 2019 n still i have not got those products. Orders were prepaid worth rs 11000 or so... I have contacted flipkart customer care many times but every time they say "our team will contact you". But no one called yet... They have blocked my account due to high returns. I understand that but they should refund me the money they took for the products.. I have mailed them many times but every time i get irrelevant answer, that is "we are regret to inform you that your account has been blocked due to high number of returns"
                                    But this answer is not related to what i m asking for... I m fed up now, its been more then two months since flipkart is not giving me my money back.

                                      I was using flipkart since last 7 years. I never faced any problem until this order. Actually i ordered item[protected]. They mentioned delivery by[protected]am. On that day i was waiting upto 10.35 am. After that i went restroom and cameback got call 10.45 am. Immediately i called same number 10.55. They picked and said call u within 2 to 3 mins and will deliver today like that. Then i got message your item will deliver tomorrow like that. Eventhough 10 mins also they cant wait? After that i called multiple times, they disconnected my calls. I called customer care and they said item will deliver tomorrow. Actually tonight i am going my native with other state. What is the use of deliver tomorrow. They did not response properly.

                                      Then i checked ekart logistics and checked status customer not response. They called only once and they mentioned like this. Really i m unhappy from this flipkart

                                      Please take action. They loosed me and i will inform 10k fliupkart customer like that they will loose all customer.

                                      I paid an amount of Rs.1998 on 30th march through swipe machine to ekart, the amount got debited from my account but not recieved by the receiver and the amount is not refunded to my account also.. I have also confirmed with flipkart that they have not recieved the amount.
