    I purchase 1 belt on cod, they delivered 2belts which i didn`t order, for reference i had attached the snap, in there return process i can`t able to register my bank details, so i called there customer care number first they ask all the details of the product & then for refund they are ask my bank details for beneficiary registeration with otp, it means they are frauding us.

    Customer raised complaint regarding product replacement, we have interacted with customer and customer confirmed that he received the replacement product, hence closing the case from our team.
    I received a damaged product. I contacted Flipkart customer service. They told me to share my Account number, IFSC code, Mobile Number, Email Id and then he said that they have shared an OTP for confirmation, which I shared at that moment. But sharing OTP is always said no. So I am skeptical about it, if I have been scammed. Please help!

      Hi sir my name is abhash

      And my problem is i am unable to update my password.

      Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

      Then i used forgot button and then received code.

      Entered the code successfully.
      After that it was asking please set a new password.

      Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

      That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        On 05 sept 2018 i ordered a mobile phone from flipkart 23999rs from my debit card after few hour i cancelled due to some finencial problem
        so flipkart send a mail that on 07 sept 2018 the amount was credited and after 07 sept 2018 i contact with flipkart and said that in my account not show my refunded amount
        then they tell me wait a 12 sept for resolved your problem i wait they call me on 11th sept and said it problm show by your bank then on 12th sept i were talk with bank clerk
        he said that No such type of refunded on your account then again i call flipkart they said may be problem show in bank some time money were stuked angain i go to bank clerk they send me to there manager and they said no money of your were stuked
        again i call flipkart to know form which bank they credit my money they said by back to source and every when i call flipkart they send me only reference number or transaction id which are not work in my bank they can't check this
        whenever i call flipkart they said your refund is completed but in my account my refunded amount is not show
        bank said this is not our side problem just call flipkart so i had try many time and they said some charges form fill but banker said no stuked money and after some time i again call flipkart they said compaint on dispute greivence of bank

        May be that day the seller had bulk or transaction had done on 05 sept 2018 that's why may be seller get confuse due to lots of people transaction sooo please check the transaction id an all with proof which is debited my amount in my account not and Screen shot because many app or sofware create a fake transaction id an all so please give me a direct contact with a seller or you have to give me a back my amount

        And main thing is that i had get information from flipkart i have audio record also that seller send my amount form PAYU software in this application a seller credit my money only on my account number but i had paid by debit card and in my account No account number mention soo how seller can transfered i can't understand

          I have purchse asus zenphone 5 z though flipkart though my account ([protected]@gmail.com).. But not happy with front camera picture is not good... I have raise complaint for return replecment.. Tech person has come for inspection (Sachin is his name asper true caller.. And number is [protected].. He visit my home today 12 sep near about 6 pm.. And he check the phone and told it will replace... And take sign on blank form... And did not mentioned anything in report in front of me.. And after some time i have recived email that return request has been cancel.. I have called to cc and he told that as per tech person issue has been resloved and customer is happy. They are making fool to customer or may your tech person looking for some bribe from me but i have not asked him to.. I guess and he put wrong stement in report... Simplyu flipcart team is not supporting i have asked to cc team to give me email id on which i can raise complaint give me grievance id,,, but they told they dont have, i dont understand which kind of service they are giving to cutsome... I have mail to mr kalyan. Me binny and vinay.. But they are not responuing... I have not recive any single revert from them.. Now cutsomer service team asking please contact to brand... Now i want my money.. Refund.. Looking for positive it just mentally harassment with customer.

            I had ordered for digisol modem od[protected] which reached to my nearest hub on 8th sep 2018. I received message on sunday 9th sep 2018 morning that product will be delivered that day. I cancelled my plan of going out just to collect this product. Evening at 4:17 i received message telling that 'our executive ([protected]) was not able to deliver the product (Awb[protected] as you asked to cancel it'. I called the executive back telling i didn't cancel any order and he told me that i didn't cancel order but it is their store closing time so will be delivered next day. Monday was bharat band so expected delay. I didn't receive any update by tuesday morning so checked delhivery courier website which showed customer cancelled order and no reattempt was done by customer to collect the item.
            I complained to flipkart on tuesday (11th sep) afternoon at around 4 in the evening and they gave me incident id as :in[protected]. I was told to wait till 14th sep to get resolution for this. Today (12th sep) when i checked the delhivery website i see that product is going back to the seller and almost reached his nearest courier hub.
            I called back sometime back to know the action that was taken based on my complaint yesterday and only thing he could tell is wait till 14th sep.
            I was waiting for the product for 3 days leaving all my work and needed it to start my work from tomorrow. Who will take the responsibility of all these delay? I have to wait till 14th sep just to know the order reached seller and is cancelled? When you create an incident why don't you update on what action is taken? Because of flipkart delivery fault i have to waste my time and work in affected. Give me update on what is happening and what action is taken.

                    @binnybansal, @_sachinbansal Sir I purchase a mobile from flipkart
                    Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 & It is Different & Defective so I want to
                    return it but there is no response from your team & they just denying
                    to accept it without contacting to me & giving me time to contact from
                    last 8 days but not contacting. So for that if you want sir they i
                    will send all the contact emails which is from your side to me also
                    from my side to you and for this concern i have sent you approximately
                    50 emails and so many times call to you but your team member said that
                    they will contact me within 24 to 48 hours but they are not trying to
                    contact to me and also send me resolution without taking my problem
                    into consideration So please resolve it sir.

                    Sir/Madam I have send so many request to your cs department but non of
                    them giving me solution and also they are neither sending person to
                    check details of this problem nor giving solution of this problem and
                    also they are rejecting this return request without contact with me i
                    have so many emails from your side and in each email they just saying
                    that we will contact with you at this time means they are just giving
                    me time and not contacting to me so please resolve this issue.

                      ... Which is totally different from which i have oderd

                      I have requested for a replacement, on
                      28 september.. Delivery boy came to my house
                      But he refuses for replacement...
                      And he abused me insullts me and used a very dirty language against my religon
                      The word used by him is "bhenchod, bhosdike, madrchod, masulban ha na tu islia cheating kr rha ha, dousre speaker dera ha madarjaat, dheekta ho kese badlte ha tere speaker, kisi ka baap nai badlva skta ye speaker... Ja krde complain flipkart mai"
                      And he insults me more and cancelled my replacement
                      .. I register a complained against him 4-5 times but no action is taken against him
                      ... After wards flipkart team contacted me and they created a new pickup for me
                      But again on the pickup date.. Delivery boy didint called me and cancelled my request
                      He didnt contacted me or came to me
                      He cancelled my request
                      .. Then i called flipkart again
                      And register a complained against him again

                      But this time also no action taken
                      Now its 4th time
                      Flipkart leader called me and try to create a new request
                      But after sometime
                      I have recived a mail that my account is closed... What the helll?
                      First the send me the diffrent model, then the didn't replace it, the insulted me thorough thier delivery boy
                      And then closed my account..
                      They dont have hummanity
                      Thev cant understand what i am suffreimg from since one month

                      And now rheb are. Not replying on my mails

                        Day before yesterday I have made a purchase of 7 products in Flipkart. I got emails from Flipkart stating that my orders have been shipped. Yesterday evening 1 out of 7 products delivered to me. But out of the blue at around 9 O'clock I got a mail from Flipkart saying that the refund is completed. I got confused and cross checked what happened. I haven’t canceled my order but it’s showing refund completed also. I checked the product price in Flipkart now they have doubled the product prices. So, I called their Customer Care and then they told me that seller has canceled my order from his side. I asked the reason they simply told that product was not available with the seller so he canceled it. I told him that how the seller ships the items initially if they don’t have a product. The guy asked me to be on hold while he connects the call to his superior. I said OK and waited, after 3 minutes being on hold the call disconnected automatically.

                        Today I have called them again. Now they have mentioned that my pin code is not serviceable so that they have canceled the orders. First thing, I am living in Bangalore ( near Forum mall ) and the seller is also from Bangalore. So my location is not some rural/outskirts area. Second thing how can they deliver one product yesterday if my location is not serviceable. Flipkart is simply saying sorry for the inconvenience we can’t do anything. If you want to order just reorder again with increased prices.

                        Flipakrt shipped the ordered and then canceled it and saying the product is not available its your bad you chooses flipakrt and Retail.net seller.

                          I don’t know whether Flipkart is better than Amazon or not in business and sales perspective but whereas In customer satisfaction, Flipkart is far behind the Amazon. I just want to write down my experiences with both the eCommerce sites.

                          A few months back I have placed an order for Dell Charger in Amazon. But the order hasn’t even Shipped after the due date also. So I have called the customer care and they have told that there is some technical issue and asked me to order it again. I have checked the product to order but now the price is increased by 200 rs. So, I called customer care that how can they cancel my order and ask me to re-order if the price of the product varies.

                          Here comes the best part Amazon customer executive apologized for the inconvenience and added extra increased price as Amazon pay balance.

                          Whereas day before yesterday I have made a purchase of 7 products in Flipkart. I got emails from Flipkart stating that my orders have been shipped. Amazon provided the pay balance just because they are not able to ship in time whereas Flipakrt shipped the ordered and then canceled it and saying the product is not available its your bad you chooses flipakrt and Retail.net seller.

                            I apologize for the delay in response from our end.

                            I understand that you wish to replace your device(Redmi Note 5 Pro) as you are facing multiple issues with your device. I will help you with the
                            necessary information.

                            I would like to inform you that, we will not be able to replace it from our end as it was purchased from Flipkart so, I would request you to get
                            in touch with them to get it replaced.

                            Regarding the battery issue, kindly
                            follow the below mentioned steps:

                            1) Find out if mobile data/ Wi-fi is kept on at all times. This can affect the battery performance. Turn these functions off when not required.
                            2) Check for apps running in the background and ask the customer to clear the unwanted apps running in the background.(Some
                            apps may run in the background always and drain the battery). If this problem occurred after a recent app installation, kindly uninstall the app & check. Also, get all the installed apps updated from Play Store.
                            3) The screen brightness level will also affect battery life. Decrease the screen brightness or select auto-brightness for longer battery life.

                            4) To get the best battery life, only Xiaomi original equipment: battery and charger must be used.
                            5) Keep sensors like BT, GPS,
                            Hotspot switched off when not in use.
                            6) Check if the device is on the latest
                            verison of MIUI. If not, kindly update the phone to the latest version for better battery life.
                            7) If there is a lot of network fluctuation, kindly change the SIM card & check the device in a network-enriched area.

                            I would also request you to perform the below mentioned troubleshooting Steps:

                            1) Open Recent Apps(Press Recents Button) Clear All Apps
                            2) Security AppBattery Battery SaverOn

                            3) Security AppBattery App Battery Saver Select App Select from Options(MIUI Battery Saver- Recommended)/ (Restrict Background Activity for
                            Suspicious/power consuming apps)
                            4) Settings Battery Manage Apps Battery Usage On
                            5) Check for battery health. Go to dialer *#*#4636#*#* Battery info Battery Health.

                            Regarding the camera issue,
                            I would request you to follow the troubleshooting steps:

                            1. Clear the data and cache, to do that: SettingsInstalled AppsAllCameraClear data and Clear cache.
                            2. Hardware test:Open diallerType *#*#6484#*#*select camera tap on camera tabcheck if camera is working.

                            Regarding the speaker issue,
                            I would request you to follow the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps:

                            1. Check for any obstruction in the speaker grill - example a cover, dust or something else.
                            Grill should be absolutely clear to allow sound to pass through.
                            2. Check if the Volume is set to audible level, Silent Mode is off.
                            3. Check if this problem is observed while using a certain app. If yes, get the cache & data cleared for that app & check.
                            4. Perform the Hardware test: Open diallerType *#*#6484#*#* Tap on Speaker Run the test.

                            If the issues persist, I request you to do Factory Reset which is in the settings page. Please backup your device before doing factory Reset.

                            Note: When you take local backup photos, videos and music will not
                            backed up. Hence, my humble request is to take all your backup and transfer or copy paste your backup file to
                            computer or any external storage, before performing the factory reset. Factory reset will erase all the items from your device.

                            Create a backup:

                            1) Got to "Settings".
                            2) Then select "Additional setting".
                            3) Select "Backup and Reset".
                            4) Tap on "Local Backups".
                            5) Then select "Backup".
                            6) Select Apps, Accounts, Contacts. Deselect System.
                            7) Create Backup.

                            This will create a backup of your device.

                            Factory Reset:

                            Go to Settings ---- additional settings ----scroll down and select backup & reset ----- Scroll down and click on Factory data reset -- click
                            on Reset phone at the bottom. This will reset the phone to factory mode.

It has 4000mah battery and I observed the back up of 34 hours but in few days backup only 25 hours then I visited the mi service centre they updated the device and back up stable on 34 hours again after few days backup gone on 16 hours only after a full charge this problem continue again visit again servify again again again im frustrated by mi people.

                              I ordered bata heels on 2, sep, 2018 of worth rs.1, 104. It was delivered on 4, sep, 2018. But the size didn't fit me though it was the largest size available. So i decided to go for refund option i placed the complaint on 5, sep, 2018. The service man came and took the heels. But today it had been 12, sep, 2018.                               As the refund is already completed, provided the details to the customer. Also, shared the transaction details via email. Closing the case as issue is resolved.
                              As I am buying from flip kart, they only have the right to ask on payment term, then why Ekart Logistic ask and popup a text for phonepe payment.

                                I ordered for a springtek bonnel 6 inch double bonnel spring mattress vide order id od[protected]. But on arrival it was discovered that mattress was not of that size and was having scratches.
                                I registered a complaint regarding it and requested to cancel the order. The person whom i spoke to, told me that money will not be refunded, rather they will replace the mattress. Again on delivery it was found that mattress was not of the size which was ordered. It was a used one and pressed one.

                                Now after two failures, i would request you to kindly cancel my order and refund the money at the earliest.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I umesh singh kushwaha purchase a reebok shoes od no.[protected] on dt 15.10.2017 approx. Rs 7221 (Mrp 12999) by flipkart but recieved a reebok shoes mrp 2999 with diffrent style and colour so i contact flipkart customer care and tell about my issue they say for return request, after many time wait no one come for reverse pick up and automatic cancell reverse pick up 2/3 times.
                                  After many time contact with customer care then they courier guy come and pickup my product but next day return to me my product & saying it is not match with flipkart description and tell me kindly talk and update issue flipkart customer care.
                                  When i re-contact with customer care then say - we update to courier & now pick up compelet no issue but after re-pick up and cancell my pick up after reach on office... Till time my parcell put courier office w/o refund/replacement after copleted approx. 2 month.
                                  Also my account suspended which is i can't login...

                                  Kindly look into this do needfull.. I want refund/re-placement as soon as possible.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam

                                      My return request for Redmi Note 5 Pro has been unjustifiably rejected and deceptive communications are being made by the customer care dept of Flipkart to evade the subject matter. There was an inherent defect in the screen with light oozing out of the phone when I received it on Aug 27. The replacement request was placed within 5 days of receipt of the phone (well within the policy) and was accepted after the tech visit on Sep 03. However when the replacement product was sent on Sep 04, the return request was rejected on the ground that I need to mention a case of breakage for the request to be considered. I was at my workplace though tried to have a word with him but he left quickly from my place of residence.

                                      There was a mishap in my family and I was out of Delhi, thus raised the counter complaint immediately on return on Sep 10 but the behavior of the customer care team was highly mischievous and unpalatable. I was being told by your executive, Mr Rohit Sharma on first call that everything is fine and the request will definitely be taken, it’s just that system has an issue so he told me to call after 2 hrs so that the complaint can be registered. My next call, was attended by Mr Aman and he said (after deliberately and playfully putting my call on hold several times & testing my patience) that the counter complaint must be filed within 72 hrs for any action to be taken which came as an absolute surprise for me. The matter was then escalated to Ms Rupali in the team but without finding any solution. She even disconnected my call while I was still talking which was highly disappointing and disrespecting. I am clueless as to where did this clause of 72 hrs came in which I was completely uninformed about earlier and amidst serious personal exigencies I could not call back before 10th when I came back.

                                      Finally I’m being directed by the customer care team to take the phone to the service center which is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. What would the service center do in case of an inherent defect in the screen of the phone.

                                      This has diminished the value of online shopping with Flipkart in my eyes and raised serious concerns making me believe that faulty gadgets are being sent to the customers with no responsibility whatsoever after sales. The situation has already crossed the threshold of my patience and I am even willing to expose the incidence loudly on social media but thought it would be appropriate to route it through you.

                                      Also enclosed herewith is the following for your better understanding:
                                      1. Snapshot of text message from Flipkart wherein the return request was accepted
                                      2. Snapshot of text message from Flipkart wherein the replacement product was shipped
                                      3. Snapshot of the website tracking wherein return request was approved
                                      4. Snapshot of the website tracking wherein the replacement shipment was cancelled.
                                      5. Snaps of the side view of Redmi Note 5 Pro handset I received with the light oozing out from the sides which reflects an inherent defect.

                                      I would request an urgent attention and a serious intervention from you on this matter at the earliest.

                                        Hi, this is regarding my order OD[protected] and OD[protected] . I cancelled the first order and instead of it, i purchased a second order to gift to my special ones as they like sumsung phones more and unfortunately both the phones are delivered to the given address and accepted as it was a gift and the person was not familiar. I would request to take one order back as i have received both of them which is of no use. Flipkart team has denied to do so as i can clearly see the return policy with flipkart. Would be looking forward to your reply or need to take it to consumer court.
