Sir,

I made the transaction on 6 th Sept 2018 for purchasing Asus zenaphone max pro1 6gb ram worth Rs 14999 but transaction failed due flipkart server problem. Amount rs 13999 deducted from credit card and rs 1000 from flipkart gift card . I made several complaint to flip kart to return my gift card of Rs 1000 which deducted during transaction but they still not return ed. Please help me to resolve the problem .

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is bring to your kind notice, till date i have called eight times to customer care regarding the MI 43 Inches LED Smart TV replacement which was ordered on 31/08/2018.

    I have received a defective product (Display Issue) on 01/09/2018 i have raised a request for replacement.

    I didn't received proper response from anyone and the issues is dragging on.

    Please find the attached field service record copies. (Till date two times technician visit's has been done).

    Note:
    1. First visit has been done on 02/09/2018.

    Second visit has been done on 06/09/2018.

    2. As i mistakenly mentioned in the above mail that the first visit was done on 03/09/2018. My sincere apology for confusion caused.

      I have received wrong item i.e. Hair Dryer inplace of mobile phone vivo v9 on 29-Aug-18. Till now I dont get my refund or replacement after so many complaint. Your team said that seller is ok and I am making you fool. I asked them to visit my address i.e. in my company where I received the item and ask everyone for this fraud. The courier was opened on security gate of the company and all the persons are wittness of this fraud. I have already told the same to flipkart but I donot get any response. So pl. look the matter. otherwise I have to go with consumer court.

        I had ordered a Redmi note 5 Pro mobile in flipkart on 11 of September and it was promised that I would get the product on 12 of September. But I did not receive the product as promised. I contacted the service desk and they had asked me to wait till 7 pm. But still I did not receive the product and contacted them again. They asked me to wait till 9 pm on 12 September. I had given my office address and I had to wait in office to collect my product. But still I did not receive my product and again contacted them. Then the team had denied that I won't be getting the product and should wait till 13 of September and it would be delivered to me today. I tracked the order and saw that the product had reached my nearest hub but the delivery was not initiated at all. I again contacted help desk multiple times to get information about my order. But the team was not ready to give any commitment or any further information on my product. They asked me to wait till September 16 now. I told them that I will be out of town and will not be able to wait till 16. But still they are repeating the same answer to wait till September 16. This was not the answer provided by one person. But it was told by everyone whom I contacted. Without even thinking they were sticking to their point. If I am not in Bangalore then how will I be able to receive the product was my question and the team asked me to wait till September 16 which was really senseless for me. I am really pissed off with flipkart service. Please help me in getting my product by today or maximum by tomorrow afternoon because I will be leaving Bangalore tomorrow after which I will not be able to receive the product. The team had asked me to cancel the order. But I am in need of the product because of which I had ordered it. The service of the team was really disgusting and makes customers pissed off. I request you to take quick resolution on this and arrange to deliver my order max by tomorrow afternoon.

          I was buying a laptop from flipkart which is on sale price 69990 but i was unable to buy through my debit because my debit limit is 50000 per day but i didn't know about that when i used my sbi debit card then the amount of 50000 is deducted from my account but no order place when i call flipkart customer care they asked me to wait for 8 days and today is 27 feb i didn't get my money back and didn't found a single message from flipkart about that money please contact atlaeast once on

            Customer complaint was amount debited but order not confirmed so apologized and info given that one amount of Rs.999/- is refunded back for which bank transaction ID is also given and for the amount of Rs.1999/- refund is processed on 15th Sept'18 and for the amount deducted from the E-gift voucher requested customer to ask original buyer to contact Flipkart as per policy, customer agreed and closed the complaint from our end.

              I have ordered an iphone from flipkart on september 7th and paid total amount. Promised date to deliver the product was september 10th. They didn't deliver the product yet. It was a surprise gift on an occasion. I am calling customer service daily but no use they keep escalating the issue and giving dates to resolve it. Today is 13th september no progress in the delivery yet. I was told the issue will be resolved by september 12th but again saying it'll be resolved by september 14th. I have paid huge amount for the device. They are really irresponsible and negligible. They don't know the value of occasions and customers feelings. No assurance from the management too. Making false promises and cheating customers. Please do the needful immediately. Thank you in advance

              Flipkart gave me a new promised date which is September 15th...

              As usual they didn't stand on it.. They called me and saying new promise date is 20th September...This is not fare...We should do something about false promises being made by these people regularly..

              Sending emails saying that the order has been delayed. I got this email yesterday as well as today... Don't know what's happening..

              It's the worst website to buy costly phones seriously.. Pathetic delivery system and failure customer service..No one are well trained including the senior advisors...

                Sir,
                I purchase a king size bed from flipkart in the last month of august 2018 and received this product on 02 sep 2018 after installation of the same i observed that product is different from picutre shown on flipkart application.
                Then i apply for return on 04 sep 2018 and the return is accepted by flipkart and msg seen on application the return is done by service boy before the 10 sep 2018 and picked the item by 12 sep 2018.
                Nobody's come for return on given period by flipkart and i seen msg on 11 sep 2018 "return is rejected". Then i call to costomer care and the care boy siddharth reppiled me your return is rejected by seller and we nothing to do.
                How is possible?

                  My transaction id was s38074955 which corresponds to the order i made for a mi headphone with order number od[protected].

                  Initially, while making the order i opt for cod but decided later to pay it by card. Even though the sum was deducted i received a message saying transaction had failed, responding to which i cancelled the order immediately. I still haven't gotten back my money and would like you to look into this as soon as possible.

                    Flipkart — flipkart is continuously harassing me for the flipkart pay later bill of rs 3669 whereas they themselves blocked my account. And whenever i send an email to flipkart customer care they are replying with same message saying that i cannot login to my account. And their backend team is saying that they cannot unblock my account since they unblocked my account once for 24 hours but nobody from flipkart told me that i should pay within 24 hours. Now they are saying that they will initiate the legal action. If flipkart unblocks my i will pay immediately.

                        I purchase 1 belt on cod, they delivered 2belts which i didn`t order, for reference i had attached the snap, in there return process i can`t able to register my bank details, so i called there customer care number first they ask all the details of the product & then for refund they are ask my bank details for beneficiary registeration with otp, it means they are frauding us.

                        Customer raised complaint regarding product replacement, we have interacted with customer and customer confirmed that he received the replacement product, hence closing the case from our team.
                        I received a damaged product. I contacted Flipkart customer service. They told me to share my Account number, IFSC code, Mobile Number, Email Id and then he said that they have shared an OTP for confirmation, which I shared at that moment. But sharing OTP is always said no. So I am skeptical about it, if I have been scammed. Please help!

                          Last few days my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                          Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                          Entered the code successfully.
                          After that it was asking please set a new password.

                          Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                          That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                            On 05 sept 2018 i ordered a mobile phone from flipkart 23999rs from my debit card after few hour i cancelled due to some finencial problem
                            so flipkart send a mail that on 07 sept 2018 the amount was credited and after 07 sept 2018 i contact with flipkart and said that in my account not show my refunded amount
                            then they tell me wait a 12 sept for resolved your problem i wait they call me on 11th sept and said it problm show by your bank then on 12th sept i were talk with bank clerk
                            he said that No such type of refunded on your account then again i call flipkart they said may be problem show in bank some time money were stuked angain i go to bank clerk they send me to there manager and they said no money of your were stuked
                            again i call flipkart to know form which bank they credit my money they said by back to source and every when i call flipkart they send me only reference number or transaction id which are not work in my bank they can't check this
                            whenever i call flipkart they said your refund is completed but in my account my refunded amount is not show
                            bank said this is not our side problem just call flipkart so i had try many time and they said some charges form fill but banker said no stuked money and after some time i again call flipkart they said compaint on dispute greivence of bank

                            May be that day the seller had bulk or transaction had done on 05 sept 2018 that's why may be seller get confuse due to lots of people transaction sooo please check the transaction id an all with proof which is debited my amount in my account not and Screen shot because many app or sofware create a fake transaction id an all so please give me a direct contact with a seller or you have to give me a back my amount

                              I have purchse asus zenphone 5 z though flipkart though my account ([protected]@gmail.com).. But not happy with front camera picture is not good... I have raise complaint for return replecment.. Tech person has come for inspection (Sachin is his name asper true caller.. And number is [protected].. He visit my home today 12 sep near about 6 pm.. And he check the phone and told it will replace... And take sign on blank form... And did not mentioned anything in report in front of me.. And after some time i have recived email that return request has been cancel.. I have called to cc and he told that as per tech person issue has been resloved and customer is happy. They are making fool to customer or may your tech person looking for some bribe from me but i have not asked him to.. I guess and he put wrong stement in report... Simplyu flipcart team is not supporting i have asked to cc team to give me email id on which i can raise complaint give me grievance id,,, but they told they dont have, i dont understand which kind of service they are giving to cutsome... I have mail to mr kalyan. Me binny and vinay.. But they are not responuing... I have not recive any single revert from them.. Now cutsomer service team asking please contact to brand... Now i want my money.. Refund.. Looking for positive it just mentally harassment with customer.

                                I had ordered for digisol modem od[protected] which reached to my nearest hub on 8th sep 2018. I received message on sunday 9th sep 2018 morning that product will be delivered that day. I cancelled my plan of going out just to collect this product. Evening at 4:17 i received message telling that 'our executive ([protected]) was not able to deliver the product (Awb[protected] as you asked to cancel it'. I called the executive back telling i didn't cancel any order and he told me that i didn't cancel order but it is their store closing time so will be delivered next day. Monday was bharat band so expected delay. I didn't receive any update by tuesday morning so checked delhivery courier website which showed customer cancelled order and no reattempt was done by customer to collect the item.
                                I complained to flipkart on tuesday (11th sep) afternoon at around 4 in the evening and they gave me incident id as :in[protected]. I was told to wait till 14th sep to get resolution for this. Today (12th sep) when i checked the delhivery website i see that product is going back to the seller and almost reached his nearest courier hub.
                                I called back sometime back to know the action that was taken based on my complaint yesterday and only thing he could tell is wait till 14th sep.
                                I was waiting for the product for 3 days leaving all my work and needed it to start my work from tomorrow. Who will take the responsibility of all these delay? I have to wait till 14th sep just to know the order reached seller and is cancelled? When you create an incident why don't you update on what action is taken? Because of flipkart delivery fault i have to waste my time and work in affected. Give me update on what is happening and what action is taken.

I ordered jbl t110 pure bass headfones but did not received the product and it shows the product was delivered and i already paid Rs 800 for the same, so i request you to all the people of india please do not purchase a single product from Flipkart, , , it is totally fraud, thaty why BINNY BANSAL ( ceo of Flipkart) sold his share to walmart because he is not able to run this company, , , bloody ### company, , , , bane for e- commerce society...

                                        @binnybansal, @_sachinbansal Sir I purchase a mobile from flipkart
                                        Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 & It is Different & Defective so I want to
                                        return it but there is no response from your team & they just denying
                                        to accept it without contacting to me & giving me time to contact from
                                        last 8 days but not contacting. So for that if you want sir they i
                                        will send all the contact emails which is from your side to me also
                                        from my side to you and for this concern i have sent you approximately
                                        50 emails and so many times call to you but your team member said that
                                        they will contact me within 24 to 48 hours but they are not trying to
                                        contact to me and also send me resolution without taking my problem
                                        into consideration So please resolve it sir.

                                        Sir/Madam I have send so many request to your cs department but non of
                                        them giving me solution and also they are neither sending person to
                                        check details of this problem nor giving solution of this problem and
                                        also they are rejecting this return request without contact with me i
                                        have so many emails from your side and in each email they just saying
                                        that we will contact with you at this time means they are just giving
                                        me time and not contacting to me so please resolve this issue.
