Please rectify the invoice by updating the gst number so that i can claim my input credit. Also please update my pan number aaqpg9381c

    I bought rs. 5000 fliokart gv through zingoy app. Using that gv, placed flipkart ordered. Order got cancelled and gv has been blocked. When i contacted to flipkart for that issue, they told me to contact orignal gv seller. I told them that gv bought from zingoy. Then they told me to contact zingou... So please now help me

    When i contaced to zingoy, they raise ur hand and refuse to help in this issue... I lost my money.

    Very dispointed with flipkart and zingoy both...

      I bought rs. 5000 flipkart gv through zingoy app. Using that gv, placed flipkart ordered. Order got cancelled and gv has been blocked. When i contacted to flipkart for that issue, they told me to contact orignal gv seller. I told them that gv bought from zingoy. Then they told me to contact zingou... So please now help me. Niw flipkart and zingoy both are refused to solve this issue

        I purchased adidas net nuts indoor badminton shoes from fk on 18th august.
        However just after a month the sole of the left shoes has come undone.
        I enquired about the warranty on the product but flipkart says that 30 days are over and no other warranty is applicable. I contacted adidas and they say that they provide 3 months warranty on all their shoes sold through authorized e-com sellers. I got a list of authorized resellers from adidas and found that i have purchased from an authorized seller but flipkart denies warranty on the shoe.

            I placed a order in flipkart. As per order details, i ordered on 10 sep, 2018 through credit card emi payment. I received order on 20 sep, 2018. After opened the order, i found that wrong item is in the box. I ordered the oppo f5 black mobile phone but gionee s6 pro mobile in the box. I requested to the flipkart for return but the flipkart seller has cancelled the request (Two times requested). I have requested to customare care executive, flipkart to resolve my issues but they disconnect the call.

            So, i request you to kindly look into the matter & take immediate action on flipkart & give them to instructions to provide refund amount of my order and compensation of doing this shameful things.

                    Another poor service of flipkart.
                    Vide order i'd od[protected] a book "quantitative aptitude" by dr. R. S. Agarwal was bought.
                    The book received is a fake one resembling the duplicate. The original book was xeroxed and sent. The book size is small. Paper quality is poor. I have photo of original and duplicate book supplied by flipkart.
                    I wish for refund but website offers replacement. If the replacement is also a such a fake book i will write in social media sites putting the photo of both the original and fake supply from flipkart. I write it in advance as i fear that flipkart service is not upto mark.

                      I have ordered for a product with order id od[protected]. Payment was done through credit card. Transaction was successful and the amount was deducted but finally it returned back to the payment page again without any payment or order confirmation.
                      Upon contacting the customer care, they were like i need to wait for 8 hours and then i will definitely get order confirmation message or mail. 1 person was not able to track the details of the order and the other tracked the details somehow and was saying seller needs to confirm the order.
                      After taking the money, its not the right way to say seller needs to confirm the product and then order confirmation mail or msg will be sent. As the product was still in stock and its the duty/responsibility of flipkart to get the product delivered somehow after taking money from the customer. After 8 hours, no mails/msg came and again customer care person was like need to transfer the issue to concerned dept.
                      Asking for the manager he asked for 48 hours for resolution.
                      And top of all, an executive mr. Santhyam was very rude on call and did not even respond properly and he put the call on mute and the disconnected the call. Worst support ever from a customer care executive and i being a flipkart plus member really feeling very bad with this kinda so called 'priority support'.

                        Flipkart took one of the phones from the company. But due to the problem in the mobile, I processed it. Then the company gave me the labor to change. Then the company had given me the delivery date 27-09-18 and the company told me to mail it now that it will be 5-10-18 next month.

                        The company does not help me. Whom do I go for help now?

                          I placed a nokia 6.1 plus mobile in flipkart on 13th sept 2018. It delivered on 16 th sept 2018.
                          Facing multiple issues with that mobile by over heating, battery draining fast, ear peace damage, headphone connectivity issue and camera getting blur sometimes. For that i raised a request for replacement on 21st sept 2018.
                          Even it is in 10 days replacement policy, they send a technician from jeeves store for troubleshoot instead of replacing.
                          He came and just checked the battery and installed cpu-z app to monitor temperature and told me like put the charging for 5 to 6 hours and check the same temperature. If it is 45 to 50 degrees the item will be replaced.
                          I checked whatever he said the temp is 49 degrees. Now, without any notification they closed my request as issue is resolved by troubleshooting. But, the issue is not resolved yet, i'm trying to contact customer care they are just saying have to wait for the resolution.
                          In the flipkart app the status is showing as return rejected. Please fins in screenshot for the same.
                          Customer support is not at all good with flipkart. Very worst... Service flipkart.
                          Please find the screenshot for battery temperature and the status showing.
                          I want new mobile or refund my money back.

                              I ordered honor 9n with a exchange of my old redme 3s prime forvwhich i got 4000 as exchange amount on 12k mobile which i was getting for 8199 on 20th sept, order got confirmed. Wish master came on 23rd but the delivery date was 21st my order was delayed by 2 day that's still fine and on to that he denied to take my exchange with stupid reason that power button color is slightly fade which is not mentioned anywhere in exchange terms and conditions and i talked to customer support person and he told me my problem will be resolved on 27th sept and they send another wishmaster before 27th sept and on 26th they cancelled my order without informing me. Since then i trying with customer support to provide me a solution. Pathetic support service i have ever come across no one knows how to deal with a customer. They didn't give any solution wasted my 2 full days, they failed i asked them to transfer the call to your senior or manager they were not available at anytime i tried in morning evening night not available. Now site shows refund completed i got nothing, they asked me to reorder after so much of trouble. I tried that too now i am getting same phone 1000 rupees more what i paid last time.                                   I have orderd asus max pro m1 through flipcart order id od[protected] sold by konde product and service limited
                                  Handset is working properly of 2 days use when battery reaches to 10 % battery drains and hand set it switched off till date is not charging nor booting up. I have complain this to flipcart customer care they told me file a complaint of defective product is deliverd. Replacement handset is arrived on 26sep 2018 but delivery boy refuse to give me and said that u have registered a wrong compalin. And cancel replacement again i talked to customer care it wil take 48 hour to make a new compaint flipcart customer care misguide me and daily ask me to give us time for 2 days from 26sep till now 48 hours is not complited. I want replacement of product or compunsation for inconvenient.

You win 1st prize tata safari and amount rate is rs.12, 80, 148. Registaration service charge of rs.8, 500 etc. Contact no: [protected] for more details helpline no:[protected]. I want to know that whether it is fraud calls or message or a really flipkart is providing this offers for the users. If it is not by flipkart please take a serious action on this kind of illegal activity provided by the frauds.
