Apart from restaurant offers i am unable to use any other voucher / promo codes even though the same promo codes are not for first time users.

I don't know whats wrong. I have followed up many times with the customer care wherein i received the following revert.

"We have identified the unfair use of coupon code in the past with your registered account, due to which your account has been restricted from applying coupon/ voucher codes. This is part of our regular security exercise to prevent unfair means of coupon usage. We deeply regret the inconvenience caused."

On asking the meaning o[censored]nfair use of the coupon code no reply has been received from the customer care even after sending various mails and reminders.

    Worst experience. After 1.5 hour of ordering support executive shared a rider details. Upon calling the rider i found out that he has not received any information from food panda and suddenly my order is cancelled after 2 hour. And the support executive ended the chat. It took 30 min just to call the rider and cancelling my order. After all this what i receive, a grivence mail advising to order again. Sorry food panda but i just uninstalled your app right away. And advice others to go for swigy and zamato. At least they don't cancel your order after 2 hour at night time. Asking you to order again and wait 2 more hour.

    Its very use less and pathetic service..if yu want to have dinner food then book at 2 pm so that by dinner time it will delivery, that to not sure that we get food or not..if who all are foodiee dont go for the food panda for the food..they make yu starving

      I had placed 2 orders with foodpanda, first dated 18th sep order # u1yv-8jkf and the other 7th oct order a603-yezk but till date i have not received the refund in my account. I have already raised my concern with the chat option available in foodpanda app but the response received from the executives in irrelevant and not constant.
      Initially i was told that the refund would be credited in 7-10 working days but this did not happened, later i was told that the refund was already done the next day but this also was false and later at different occassion i was told they are working on the issue.

      While doing payment i am getting the below error and coupon codes are not applyinb to my account

        As we all know that foodpanda is offering discount coupons on its application,
        I am lodging this complaint due to poor service by foodpanda and its clients for food services.
        Even if you are providing such offers, how can you customize the qty from your clients
        Its really pathetic service from your side
        This is first time i am experiencing such thing from any food delivery firms
        Its a disgrace!!
        Atleast try to maintain the quantity which is provided from your client.
        Please do not customize according to your offer
        Really disappointed from your service

          I ordered a tandoori burger from foodpanda app, from 'the rs.19 offers' on 14th oct, 2018, and i waited for an hour for my order before contacting the support service of the app. They didn't inform me that the order hasn't processed while the status showed "in process". Also, after contacting them about my order, didn't provide me with appropriate reason for cancelling my order.

            Hi,

            I placed an order on food panda (Order id: w7xw-gnvc) and the issue is order cancelled after 60 min automatically every time they give reasons either of restaurant or of delivery person. This happened numerous time... And now i advise people not to order food through food panda. Please also include negative star in your ratings so that suffers like me can give you a negative review through that stars

              I had placed an order (Order code z1yv-gigb) for classic belgian chocolate brownie which was supposed to be stuffed with walnut along with other dressings. However, i received a plane brownie which was completely different from the order i had placed. This is very very poor on the behalf of food panda to cheat customers by serving poor quality food. This is highly unacceptable and has completely removed my trust in this venture. Very very bad customer service. I have uploaded image of the delivered product for reference.                 Foodpanda always causes inconvenience to its customers I've been caused from my past 4 orders and all in a row by foodpanda. And then you have to go in consumer support to get it resolve and then when you complain they will say they will give a voucher worth Rs 30 or 50 as a compensation. This is not right you have to spend hours on consumer support to get it right. And last complain response was worst they were not even listening my issue their chat reply was only apologies i was telling them to my issue and they were telling sorry. This is against consumer rights.

                  I had placed an order with foodpanda on 18 sep 2018 and paid the amount through my paytm wallet. The order was not fulfilled and i received an sms that amount would be refunded. I patiently waited for 10 working days but the money was not received. I sent several emails but every time they respond with same automated response that there was some technical glitch in the refund process and they have escalated this matter andvthe money would come in 7-10 working days. They are not ready to share transaction details of when the refund was processed from their side. When i contacted their support team on chat the first time none of them responded for over an hour. 10 days later when i tried again they dragged the chat for over an hour. They kept on changing the operator and each operator would ask same set of questions and give same set of response. It was a mental torture dealing with them.

                  After nearly a month of follow up my money is still not received abd i don't think i will ever receive it unless i drag them to court.

                  Foodpanda is a fraud company cheating and robbing hard earned money from its customers. They should be dragged to consumer court and slapped with hefty penalty and also should ve blacklisted from operating.

                    Hi i ordered two vadapav from foodpanda today at around 6pm. The order was delayed by 2-3 hrs. And in spite of this the person was misbehaving with me on call. His language is simply pathetic. He says go to hell do whatever you want.

                    I have attached a screenshot of the order details. And also the name of the person who behavior was very rude. He don't have manners to talk to customers.

                      Food panda releases fake offers which when availed the food is not delivered and money is deducted. You will not get the refund till you start a chat. If you do not raise any concern the order is marked as delivered after about 5 hours. And you won’t be able to reorder since you have already used the coupon code once. The coupon code is not not applicable.

                            It's more than 2 hours passed but order is not delivered. Try to communicate with apni rasoi and get response "talk to food panda".

                            Tried to contact with food panda but getting no response from there side.

                            Nor my payment has been refunded and nor product has been delivered.

                              I ordered food from food panda on 18 september 2018 at 9:38pm. Order no. M1hb-8jcr and paid via paytm wallet. My money was deducted and the order was placed but they cancelled my order and the reason they gave is that the delivery is not avalaible at that time.in food panda app its clearly mentioned that if you paid through wallet you will get money back in 4 hrs or if you paid through any other method you will get your money back in maximum 7 to 10 working days. I complaint many times but they always give me only excuses. They send me confirmation mail on 19 sep that ill give my money back in next 7 to 10 working days. Its a clear case of online fraud.
                              I kindly request you to please take some strict action against food panda.

                                I placed an order with food panda on 19th sep 2018 and the order cancelled by them and they never refunded me the money. Food panda support has been harssing me since then. Its been almost a month now and they are not replying to emails or to any support from them. I have shared my paytm statement with them as no refund received. Still no help. Moreover i was promised cashback coupon of rs.50. Not received any such things.

                                  On 25th sep i ordered on foodpanda and it's been 20 days and i still did not get my refund as my order got cancelled and in the app it says that i will get my money back in between three to four days well i contact them they told me it will take 7 to 10 days and when i had a talk with them last time they told me it will take another few days and it's been 20 days which means it has exceeded all the amount of time that they have asked me to give them to refund my money and whenever i ask them about my refund that tell me it will take few more days or we are working on it and that too after waiting like 20-25 minutes and then don't even take care of their customers as the customer service help desk are least bothered about what the customer has to say. Idea 4 launch a complaint on foodpanda

                                      I ordered on 29th september. After 1.5hrs the driver called me to convey that the food can't be delivered as he is in some other area. The order was neither getting cancelled and it's been more than 10days that my money has not been refunded yet.

                                        Hi all,
                                        I have been trying to reach some one from food panda to help refund my money. But no one has agreed to help. They do not have a proper customer service department. No one responds back properly and timely on their online chat portal. People respond back in emails with a same cut copy paste message. I have all the chat proofs and emails, that show that food panda is actually running a scam and duping customer of their money.

                                        They provided me with a reference no. : 8534150, stating that this can be checked with my bank/paytm wallert.. But this too turned out to be incorrect and forged. They are scammers..
                                        Another person gave me a reference of : 7260105. This too was false. I need this to be raised and want to make sure, foodpanda stops this scamming and robbery. I have all the proof needed.
