I ordered from a restaurant at bangalore on 23rd september. My order was confirmed and payment was done through paytm. After few minutes, my ordered got cancelled (Reason unknown) and i was told that my refund is initiated and will receive it within 4 hours in case of wallet payment.
Since today, i. E. 06th oct, i have not received my refund. Last sunday, i was taught by one of their executive how to count 7-10 working days and today again they are telling me that wait for 7-10 working days. I am attaching the screenshot herewith. It is not a matter of rs. 207 but the customer support is just poor.

I have tried ordering at foodpanda on 18th september which got canceled during payment. But all three times amount is deducted of rs 470.52 via paytm. It has been told, it will be refunded with 3-4 days. But i didn't receive any till date.

Attached mail response from foodpanda team stating refund will be done with 7-10 days.

No reponse or call from them.

I have ordered food on 19sep 2018 vide order no n5gj-2gwj for rs 470.62 and order no t7ga-9s6b for rs 196.67. My order was cancelled and my amount was dedcuted online. Till yet i have not recieved the refund. On mailing support of your foodpanda app no proper reply recieved. Kindly look into the matter urgently and refund my amounts for both orders

It's not about rs 9 but the service provided is not working as per expectation.

First of all the order should not have been cancelled. If cancelled the refund process must be initiated as soon as possible.

Request you to please look into this issue and return my money back.

I have ordered food from food panda and it has been done twice just in a week that after i order and paid money they say wait order is preparing and i have to wait with me any my small kids for food for atleast 2 hours after which they will cancel the order and start refunding money.. I wanted food to eat that's why i ordered their not doing timepass to get refund. They didn't deliver food and i had to sleep starving with kids. This break a person emotionally and they are making people hungary for the service they can't handle. They should shut down there application and do something useful instead of something they can not able to do.

I have ordered a red sauce baked pasta from pasta hut rohini sec 3, we have ordered around 10.25 pm on 5.10.2018. It was showing same for last one hour and after one hour all of a sudden it was showing delivered. The product was not delivered to us anyhow. That person picks the order at around 11.15 pm and till 12.01 am it was showing delivered. My order no. Id is most-p8gu. I want my whole money back. This is the worst app i have ever seen across. I have ordered food in foodpanda and status got updated as delivered, this happens twice to me, But i have not never received food. All number not exist restaurants, delivery boy. After waiting for more than 1 hour and then you get status that your food is delivered.
Start tracking where is your food and where is delivered.
Customer care and support will not respond you at all.
No idea in this what need to be done at night 10:45PM where to go to find food or complain for food somewhere.

So its the third day that foodpanda received our orders and didn't bother to assign an executive or delivery boy for delivery... They don't even reply from the chat support... We called the restaurant and they said the fpod was already ready but there's no one there to pick it up. We ordered it at almost 20.06 and its 22.07 now and the order status still is 'chef at work'!!! We have full proof of screenshot and call records of everything... Now, coming to the fraud section, the thing they are really doing is, they are giving lucrative offers like snack at 9, lunch at 19 etc with massive price off.. Then they are demanding it to pay via online payment... Then they are taking the payment but either not confirming the order or never to delivery or delivery 3-4 hours after.. When we ask them for refund in case the order is canceled, they tell us to wait for 10 days or so but don't refund unless you constantly chat with them. We have now been harassed by this fraud for the third and last time.. Many of my friends' refund is still due... So, my earnest request is for you to look into this matter seriously as this ia potentially a case of fraud. Necessary proofs can be submitted if required. Thank you...

Had ordered food from food panda app, order no. 'a595-i5z9' dated 5th oct'18, i ordered 2 items from the same supplier, received only 1. Waited for more than 2 hrs, tried calling the supplier on the registered contact no. But no response, even tried cancelling the order, which was not an easy process. To sum up, food panda has highly disappointed me and not recommended. Guys... Focus on customer service than giving offers...

It is been more than one month, my money is not refunded. I also mailed several times but no response from your end. Unfortunately, there is no option to call you.

I ordered food from food-panda app. App shows delivered but no one delivered. I already raised a complaint over email. Tried chat support. No response. Money not refunded. This has happened twice consecutive days. It has been 2 days but the matter is not resolved.

I ordered my food from restaurant and I didn’t get order. It’s almost 3 hours and also customer support not responding about my query.. same thing happened 2-3 times.. In the name of offers they cheated customers. They told me that they don’t have any customer support..I have given orders, for which money was deducted but food delivery not made. They don't even have any customer care no to talk.
The chat support that they have don't respond. Foodpanda is a fraud company. Please cancel their licence immediately.
They will never delivered your food.. they wanted to play with customers and get good amount of money.

Foodpanda received the payment and cancelled my order twice and now they are not refunding even though they promised.
It has been more than a month... Still no refund received.
Now i cant even access the support section of foodpanda and i dont know how to complain now.
So this is the only option... I will even go to court if necessary.
Kindly resolve this issue.

I ordered food via foodpanda app at 12:38 pm and the order was accepted by resturaunt and the amount was also debited from my account. Since then it has been more than 2 hours and my food is not delivered, i can't neither contact delivery guy nor foodpanda.

No one attends the live chat which they have and the customer support numbers can't be reached. I want my money back from them. They are cheating and harrasing the customers. Despite so many complaints, i wonder how they are sti taking orders and looting more and more customers.

I ordered a subway meal from food panda, and it has been more than 2 hours it is still in the kitchen in preparation. I didn't receive my order, later i called the restaurant they told me the delivery man is not here its now our problem, i tried searching customer service number i found 2 but none of them are working. This is clear cheating and there no way to cancel the order.

Food panda is clearly cheating the customers by giving no options to cancel or to reach the support, and chat support is so pathetic they didn't even reply to my chat.

I had made two orders on 15th september, 2018. First of all one order was cancelled immediately and the other one kept me waiting for 1 hour. After which the other restaurant also cancelled my 2nd order too.
So that grievance that i had was not of any concern to foodpanda.

Now today is 5th october and i have not yet received refunds for both my orders. I have chain of emails and chats with them but now they have even stopped replying.

They are making fake claims on their site they take 24hrs to refund money into wallet as it has been more than 20days now for me. They make fake claim that they respond in 8 hours to your email but no replies. So i want someone to please take action against them. They are trying to fool us here and they think they are not answerable to anyone.

It's been 2 hours snce the order was placed with successful payment but the restaurant hast confirmed it and even the customer service is not working i have sent emails and they haven't replied to any messages they dont even have a customer service number.
How does the indian government allow such companies like this even able to run in this country
It should be a standard for having a customer service number for filing complaints. What the hell is indian government doing to prevent indian people from such fraudulent companies why don't you shut them down. Just make them pay for all the unsatisfied customer and shut em down.

I have placed 2 orders from foodpanda simultaneously on 23rd september. Those orders were cancelled by them after an hour.

Even after promising to refund the amount within 7-10 days, they haven't refund my money and it has been 15days since then.

The order ids are: y0lo-upgt and a944-rs6w.

After asking their customer support so many times to refund the amount, the only reply i got is that the refund will be credited within 7-10 days. But it has already been 15days and i didn't receive it. And on asking the status of the refund, the reply from their side is that the refund has been initiated. Am i ever going to get back the money i paid for the food i didn't receive?

I has placed an order through food panda around 11.25 pm and i received a message stating that my order has been accepted and my delivery executive is on his way to the restaurant. Till 1 hours he was still reaching the restaurant. I called up the restaurant and got to know that food panda did not send any delivery executive, and this was not the first time they had done this. So clearly food panda likes to harass people necessarily. On a serious note there should be some action taken against them. Unnecessarily harassing people at night is not appreciated.

Hey, this is regarding the order code "w7wz-u92g" placed on oct 04, 2018 at 11:05 pm using foodpanda application. It was marked delivered at 23:58 (Screenshot attached).

The application is not connecting to the customer care chat. The restaurant is closed right now, i tried calling them. I can also provide the cctv footage of my apartment's lobby that no one from foodpanda came to deliver the order.

This kind of service is not expected from a company which delivers food. Right now it's almost 1 am and i will have to look for other options at this hour.
