I ordered food from online app called food panda. I started ordering food at[protected]:30 pm. At 7:30 pm they accepted my order and kept me waiting for 45 minutes and cancelled order simply putting apologies for not fulfillment of your order. After that i tried to talk with the their customer care people whats wrong with the cancelling the order after 45 mins and they are not able to give me proper reason and left the chat in between. And he tries to compensate with that me the coupons as complementary but they also wont work so without knowing the details of whether its suitable to customer or not he has given to me i tried them with placing the order and it displays voucher is not valid. Again i written back to them through customer support chat sorry it looks like some technical problem write to us regarding this on customer care mail of food panda. So is it good way of assisting the customer. How can customer can stay until next day (Because definitely it s gonna take him to write mail and get reply back to it). Being food company they should know at least this right customer is ordering because he is very hunger and that's why he is ordering from app, instead of this they will tell write us to on their customer care mail. I ignored that case and i started ordering again because i was hunger at that time. And they accepted order and cancelled after 1:15 minutes showing order status as chef at work deliver boy has reached to restaurant. After one hour i had a chat with customer, he told me to you gonna receive order with in 20 mins just now i confirmed with them. But after 10 mins he told wecan not serve you now. Then i asked whats the problem he unable to answer me then i told connect to the higher authority people he told you will receive call very soon. Then i told please stay connected until i receive call because i dont have any trust on them if they leave the chat again i have to explain the problem first to different guy if i don't get call from their higher management. I doubted them because their previous was like that. He replied me i cannot stay connected because i have to take care of others then i told how can you leave this in between because its not yet solved and he argued me with for sometime. After 40 mins i have received call from foodfanda assistant director named riaz. He is also not able to answer me whats wrong why you cancelled order. Then he told delivery boys are not available, then i told why are you showing me wrong status about my order (App is showing delivery guy is reached to restaurant and chef is at work), because from last 30 mins simply showing the above status. Then he replied it might be bug sir and you might have seen that message but delivery guy is not available that's why i cancelled. And he try to compensate me with ordering the same order as a complementary. While am asking reason behind why you cancelled my order he keeps on repeating for compensating this should i order complementary order for you.
So is it a good way of handling the customer?
Who has a given permission this kind business model it takes to45 minutes to just confirm the order and it advertise them self as fastest service for hungers.
The way their customer care behave with the customers.
And the showing the wrong status about their food order.
And manage the people with complementary orders if people rise their voice.
Its totally fraud company just for making money with out concerning customer satisfaction.
Food Panda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
