See this order id (U8zt-mkw5) foodpanda this is fifth time he has cheated me i order for the dinner 2 am because of my shift over at 1 am and at that time no restaurant are available for dinner i only expectation are from you guys but this time i was just fed up with the service i sleep hungry every night when ever i order a food from you guys you really # up my patience and for your delivery guys they are so terrible they never pic up the phone but in this order its shows deliver but i haven't got my dinner and i asked for support from customer care i got shiite responses. And your associate #jaspreet wow what a great person she know only that "sorry for inconvenience and this is the professional chat "

    I have ordered from kfc, through foodpanda nearly 2 hours ago, have paid the amount online, yet have received no response from from app. And this is not the first time that this has happened. The app is useless, and no updates are available. I am still waiting for my order as the restaurant says that the delivery guy has taken the order nearly an hour ago, and i cannot track the order as no information is displayed on the screen.
    I would like a response or even my refund back asap!

      I had placed order in mumbai through food panda app. Order was shown as delivered money debited from my account but no delivery made. Amt was not refunded even after 3 weeks since complaint made. Its worst company give offers on app but no response no contact number of the app co.
      Please assist.

        I have placed a order last week on foodpanda app and i have received confirmation massage that i will receive my order within 37 minutes.
        I have waited for three hours and tried to contact customer service for status but not got any update from food panda.
        After three hours they cancelled my order without any proper reason.
        I thought this is first time so no issue.
        Today again i have placed order 1st time they cancelled my order after confirming the order.
        Again i have booked and then i got confirmation that my order will be delivered today. I have not received the same and in app they have updated delivered in app.
        Then i have contacted them through chat support then they cancelled my order again
        In chat support no one is bothered to respond to customer massage and they put customer on ideal mode for long time and then disconnect the chat.

        I have never seen such kind of pathetic customer service.

          My order f0pc-82h9 was made at 5:09pm on october 7, 2018, is not placed as the executive is not picking up the order.

          There was no option to cancel the order either. This is unacceptable. Please at least refund my money. It's a small amount, but what hurts is he total indifference and incompetence.

          I tried calling, and all numbers listed were either switched off, or not working! It had been showing that the delivery boy yogesh is in that area but not taking the order... Kindly reply as soon as it possible...

            Hi team,
            This is very sad to inform you that one of your delivery boy has picked up my order i. E. From wah ji wah chaap, vikas puri new delhi, but not neither picking my call nor delivered my order.
            I also confirmed about my order status from restaurant owner as well. He said my order has already been delivered to him 2-hrs ago but still i don't received.
            I am not going to order-from foodpanda any more. But i want to imposed a penalty for breaching customer trust on foodpanda & also want you people to escalte it further with highest penalty amount on them. So that no such incidents could get repeated with others.
            Also attaching my order n delivery boy details:

            For more info: from map location - it seems like; he's sitting in a park & enjoying my food-lolz.
            Team - u must need to o take some serious action on him otherwise i'll escalate this matter further to higher authorities - as it's completely against the law.

              My account has been blocked without any reason by food panda.
              When i had enquired about the same, they confirmed that the relevant team is taking the action to unblock it but there is no update till now.
              I have the chat conversation as well which confirms the same.
              Please help to fix this issue as i am unable to place any order from the food panda app.

                Even i have mail and called to food panda support still they are not responding.

                  I ordered a dessert from foodpanda order id: b0qf-afpb. It was a fully paid order. After a while the app sent me a message saying the order has been delivered. I never received the order. I called the restaurant and the guy confirmed that the foodpanda delivery guy has picked up the order. I never received any delivery. This is a fraud and many of my friends have faced this as well.

                    Hi foodpanda team,

                    I placed an order yesterday @ 08:31 pm (Order no. A432-ehj9). My order was confirmed by restaurant.
                    At 02:51 am got notification on app that my order is delivered.
                    However the delivery guy never showed up on my door.

                    And nothing was conveyed regarding the same by delivery guy or foodpanda.

                    I want full refund for my order as it was never fulfilled and never delivered.

                      Foodpanda has blocked my account from using coupons giving excuses that i did some unfair coupon use which they didn't provide details and proof about. Also they are sending me daily coupons to apply to mock my situation & not even replying to my mails. This is a mental harassment of customer & i need strict action on this unfair and bad treatment.

                      They have even blocked my right to contact them through customer support chat system on their app. Which is even more frustrating. If they don't want us to order from their app or something then they should tell straight about it as the service they are providing is really bad and disappointing cuz they are many instances where the food gets late or during the current foodpanda discount season, their delivery guy eats or steal food on the way and mark order as delivered or delay making customer frustrated and cancel.

                        I've ordered a dairy milk shake. Till 2 hours, being on 5 chats, with no resolution. Everytime your crs says give me 2-3 minutes and then disconnects the chat without any response. This what # services you guys delivers. At last i didn't get my order. I went out at late night and lost my wallet i have 2000 bucks in that and i'm going to sue you company for that. I have all the proof. Lets get it legally done. # incompetent csrs. If this is the branding you are standing with, close your # business and go home. I'll not leave your company for this.

                          I ordered food from online app called food panda. I started ordering food at[protected]:30 pm. At 7:30 pm they accepted my order and kept me waiting for 45 minutes and cancelled order simply putting apologies for not fulfillment of your order. After that i tried to talk with the their customer care people whats wrong with the cancelling the order after 45 mins and they are not able to give me proper reason and left the chat in between. And he tries to compensate with that me the coupons as complementary but they also wont work so without knowing the details of whether its suitable to customer or not he has given to me i tried them with placing the order and it displays voucher is not valid. Again i written back to them through customer support chat sorry it looks like some technical problem write to us regarding this on customer care mail of food panda. So is it good way of assisting the customer. How can customer can stay until next day (Because definitely it s gonna take him to write mail and get reply back to it). Being food company they should know at least this right customer is ordering because he is very hunger and that's why he is ordering from app, instead of this they will tell write us to on their customer care mail. I ignored that case and i started ordering again because i was hunger at that time. And they accepted order and cancelled after 1:15 minutes showing order status as chef at work deliver boy has reached to restaurant. After one hour i had a chat with customer, he told me to you gonna receive order with in 20 mins just now i confirmed with them. But after 10 mins he told wecan not serve you now. Then i asked whats the problem he unable to answer me then i told connect to the higher authority people he told you will receive call very soon. Then i told please stay connected until i receive call because i dont have any trust on them if they leave the chat again i have to explain the problem first to different guy if i don't get call from their higher management. I doubted them because their previous was like that. He replied me i cannot stay connected because i have to take care of others then i told how can you leave this in between because its not yet solved and he argued me with for sometime. After 40 mins i have received call from foodfanda assistant director named riaz. He is also not able to answer me whats wrong why you cancelled order. Then he told delivery boys are not available, then i told why are you showing me wrong status about my order (App is showing delivery guy is reached to restaurant and chef is at work), because from last 30 mins simply showing the above status. Then he replied it might be bug sir and you might have seen that message but delivery guy is not available that's why i cancelled. And he try to compensate me with ordering the same order as a complementary. While am asking reason behind why you cancelled my order he keeps on repeating for compensating this should i order complementary order for you.

                          So is it a good way of handling the customer?
                          Who has a given permission this kind business model it takes to45 minutes to just confirm the order and it advertise them self as fastest service for hungers.
                          The way their customer care behave with the customers.
                          And the showing the wrong status about their food order.
                          And manage the people with complementary orders if people rise their voice.

                          Its totally fraud company just for making money with out concerning customer satisfaction.

                            The refund should have been initiated by 15 august 2018 but till today i didn't receive my amount.

                            Refund has been delayed by 52 days.

                            I asked for transaction id and date on which refund was initiated, but their reply never mentioned those which clearly says they have some wrong intentions.

                            They have disabled my account for no reason. Now there's no way to contact them except through email. Those are the kind of cheap tricks they are playing.

                                I have placed two orders for food on 21 sep 2018 vide order number u0bc-okha and order number u0bc-w0u3 each order for rs 151.95. Payment made by paytm. Both orders cancelled by me as restorent confirmation not received.
                                Till yet i have not recieved the refund. On mailing support of your foodpanda app no proper reply recieved. Kindly look into the matter urgently and refund my amounts for both orders...

                                    I ordered today from foodpanda order no. Y5za-60qt
                                    For more than half hour i didn't receive any update. My order was still preparing. Then i started support chat for which i wasted my half hour and they they gave me details of delivery boy. When i called him, he said that he didn't get any order. Then i again contacted support chat and every thing repeated again. Every time they send let me check. I need more time, be patient etc etc. And after 2 hours of wasting my time i didn't even get my order but they canceled it. What kind of service is this?
                                    They have canceled this same order for the second time. Not only hotel but the support service is also worst of its kind.. They may give me refund of my money but how are they going to refund my wasted time? Such services do not deserve ant appreciation from us.

                                      I have ordered my food at 7.10pm n its 9pm still food has not arrived. I spoke with 5 live chat person n have the transcripts. I spoke with delivery boy mahesh he spoke rudely first saying i will not deliver as the restaurant is not giving the food to him... Spoke with restaurant mother's kitchen in vishal nagar pune... They said food is ready call food panda to send their delivery boy... The restarant people saud they had some salary issue due to which they stopped few weeks back but now they have started with fp again... How rude n we need to contact both parties to get this sorted... As we are hungry and we made payment... I am not happy at all... Every time i have issues with payment and this time food delay... Pathetic services by fp... I have d call recoding as well for both parties...

                                        I ordered food from foodpanda on 21 sep and 23 sep.. Food panda canceled the order but now it’s bewm 3 weeks they have not yet refunded the money... I tried chatting with their support team but they have same answer “ it is in progress..”.. I tried contacted them on twitter still no answer...

                                        Please tell me the required steps to take so that i can get my refund
