I ordered a dalkhichdi from food panda, and it has been more than 2 hours o didn't received my order, later i called the restaurant they give me delivery man number, when i called him he said he didn't see any order in his food panda app, also before calling delivery man i tried searching customer service number i found 2 but none of them are working. This is clear cheating and there no way to cancel the order. Order number is w1qs-mdov.
Got a update from delivery man that i cancelled the order but i don't see any options to cancel the order. Food panda is clearly cheating the customers by giving no options to cancel or to reach the support, and chat support is so pethatic they didn't even reply to my chat

Its a worst then ever i have seen still now among all food apps.& there is no customer support number even

By 3- 4 working days if i don't get my feedback reply and money back i shall have to show all the details and file a case among you ppl

I have placed an order and it has been more than an hour and it is still not delivered.
The delivary guy is not traceable, neither the restaurant is picking up the phone. Tried calling food panda, number is coming switched off.. Such a brilliant customer service i must say.. It’s very late at night. Why confirm and receive an hour when you are not gonna deliver it.. Why harassing people like this. I could have placed an order somewhere, who would have actually delivered the food.
Please gak action against this. Harassing people

I had placed an order with foodpanda, order no - a577-4038, which never got delivered to me. The delivery boy called me that he had reached. He asked me to come down and then he decided to come up and give it to me. But after that his phone went off and he never came. I kept waiting for the food and trying his number. All in vain. Even food panda support doesn't work, their helplines are always invalid.

This is the second order which got hit to this person, this delivery boy blocked all my numbers and i dint got my order... I tried contacting by call but the number is showing wrong,
Requesting you to plz investigate and help with refund before i take any legal action.

I ordered banana shake. And. I get starawberry. And all the food. Are. Worst. And 2 times. I experienced. Foodpanda its completely. Dissappointed and my. Last. Food order is. Not delivered i received a message your food is not delivered and your amount is delivered in your account shortly. But now i do not received. And amount. And his delivery man calls me after 2 hour and said sir your restaurant. Is closed now. You will get your money bach after 2 days. And nobody will call me or text me. And single message i cant receive

They are showing 0 payment .
But payment is deducted from my Paytm aap .
So please help me out and refund my money.

Yesterday I was ordered milkshake from Makers of milkshake order number is s9ac-no30 but it's not delivered. I have been contacting food Panda chat service which is the only service but no one is helping. It took one hour to connect but less than a minute for them to disconnect with unresolved status. My money is stuck and order is not delivered. This is last time I have used food Panda. Swiggy is far better. Please help with refund

When ordered these from foodpanda, they ven sent me confirmation msg for accepting food order, and later on after 2 hours late midnight almost at 11.30pm they cancelled my all orders, and i had to manage food in late night from somewhere else... All restaurant were al. Ost closed for online delivery... It was very painful... But most worst part of it is, foodpand not even refunding my 700 rs money... No food no money... They are running a big scam... As they are not even offering cash on delivery... It means online money will be paid n later orders will also they cancel n yea offcourse as i explaoned no refunds...
Shame on you guys foodpanda.

I ordered food from a restaurant through Food Panda app having Order#t5ud-8w1i. Even after 2hrs of ordering I neither recieved the order nor be able to contact the customer support. While tracking the order from the app its saying my orrder is getting prepared and deliver boy is not picking up my call, even the app doesn't have a way to contact delivery boy, I had to reach out to the restaurant to get the number of the delivery boy so technically I paid the money but these loosers haven't delivered what I paid for.

I have ordered Bhel puri from Foodpanda throgh Olacabs and the money was deducted from my account. The order is placed at 6:33pm and the order is not processed yet.
My order code is y6wr-brmr and my phone number [protected]. Now the time I am writing this mail it's 8:55pm.
I don't have any hope of receiving my order . You simply lost a new customer straight away Foodpanda. Hopefully you will sleep permanently with my money. Not even providing justice to customer..! I have attached timing and everything in screenshot...Enjoy.

They are cheating customers . I waited for over 3 hours for my order but didnot receive it . This has happened 3 times in last 2 days . Pathetic service. Government should ban it and

One of my orders was paid through paytm and they canceled the order themself and i have not received the refund even after 10 days ( order id :- y5cl-4xkj . I EVEN mailed them but still i have not received the refund.

So, I have ordered food and the funniest thing happens that it doesn't get delivered. AT ALL!!
This has happened 2 times "IN A ROW."

I pay online for the food. Money gets deducted from my account. But I'm still hubgry cause the food did not get here...

Now the FOODPANDA, who is supposed to deliver the food in time neither contacts me nor notifies me that the order is getting cancelled or late. Above that, I don't get a number to call and ask how long is it gonna take. So I wait cause I'm not Ambani's son and can't afford to pay double to order another one.

Guess what??

2 hours later I sit in my chair chatting with so called "CHAT SUPPORT" apologizing to me due to the inconvenience and talking about my refund. That is just too great, isn't it?

A hungry man who paid for his food didn't get denied of service but still has not gotten the food.

To me, this stands out as "SERVICE FRAUD." And its a criminal act punishable under the Services Act.

And I want my food delivered

I ordered food from a restaurant through food panda app having order id a304-r9ss. Even after 2hrs of ordering i neither recieved the order nor be able to contact the customer support. While tracking the order from the app its saying my orrder has been picked up from the restaurant although when contacted the restaurant they are saying no one picked up the food. When contacted the delivery person he is not picking the call and even if he is picking not saying anything. Even the restaurant authority is trying since past an hour. But in vain. Unfortunately the order is prepaid. This is the last time i am ordering from the irresponsible food panda.

I have ordered food at 6 pm and now it 7 45 still no response. At chat these person on weed i contacted 4 times each time i only came to know the customer representative name. its shows me food is preparing and still there no delivery executive assigned. so what i have to do now almost two hour passed. the worst service i got from foodpanda. i want to cancel it and want my money back

I placed an order on 4th October 2018 at 18:19PM. The amount was charged from my card but when I called to track my order at 7:30. The staff of the restaurant (Subway, Paschim Vihar) misbehaved on call and disconnected.

Its been 1 hour and I am trying to connect the restaurant and foodpanda customer care and none of the number is in use. Such a fraud with customers.

Today, i ordered Afghani Chaap from Wah G Wah(Vikas Puri New Delhi) but my order has still not been confirmed by the Restaurant i.e. from the last 1-hr i am waiting to get the confirmation on this but nothing has happened.
Secondly, I pay the required Billed Amount to FoodPanda online.

PS: As this was related to a special offer where i am supposed to get Rs100 Item in less price but didn't get any confirmation on this- it's Food Panda's liability to update their customers with their final statuses(will they get their Ordered or not ?). If not, then Refund their whole Amount.

I ordered a pizza from a nearby restaurant at 7:30 pm(approx) and never got the delivery but the app shows i got my delivery at 3:16 am which is false.
i need an apology and my refund as i paid in advance through paytm .
they made me wait for hours falsely assuring me tat my food will arrive which didn't and when i asked for refund they keep redirecting me to different chat windows to different customer support executives.
this is not just bad service, they are more than bad they designed their app in a way that the customer will feel assured that they have an active customer support team but they are significantly lacking in that area.
if foodpanda professionals are seeing this, i want them to reimburse me for my loss of time and money .

I ordered on food panda app.My order no. Is b5lk-mg3m. but i haven't received my order. And my payment mode is online via debit card.paytm have been deducted from my account. I also not received any rider information. Oder status is to be shown as delivered.but i haven't received it. food panda's employee VIBHA assured me to solve this problem but i Don't got any reply from her also.
