Hi.
I had placed an order on food panda app order ID b2xv-9yso
at 2.47 PM & made payment online. The status shown then was chef is preparing the order. After almost an hour the status shifted to pending payment & when I chatted with their customer helpdesk they confirmed I will receive the order in 25 min. I waited for another 40 min, but no change in status. Neither any update from food panda team. They are ZERO as far as customer service is concerned. Please help!
how do i get the refund??

    I ordered food using foodpanda app on 4rd october 2018, but i didn't get the ordered food yet. Now i can see the status on app is that the food is delivered but i didn't get the food. I seriously never gone through such a worst food service like this. Now all i want is my money back. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
    I have ordered in food panda today back but, the order executive is not assigned to my order even after waiting for more than 1hour. It is when i approached support team and had a chat. I was said that my order will be cancelled and i will be getting refund details within 1 working day. But i want food delivery boy say please cancel the order i am not going delivery you,
    Same this happens more than 3 times

      Order ID x9yw-7f16 was placed with food panda on the 23rd of Spetember, 18 at 09:04 PM. Amount was deducted from my Paytm wallet for confirming the order however the order was auto cancelled after 20 mins or so. It has been 10 working days now and I am yet to receive a refund amount of Rs.140.42. When I try to reach out to food panda either by chat or call, I have always been unsuccessful. Chat system, being the only way of reaching out as a customer service, that too is never responded properly. Only few lines of auto acknowledgement is what can be seen on the chat window. It is really frustrating as a end user for getting in touch with a customer executive.

        I have ordered a shake from Central Perk (GTB Nagar) on 21 sep 2018. But foodpanda didn't deliver my order & marked it as delivered. Today (04th oct 2018) I had ordered Doda Barfi form Rama Poori Sabji (Janakpuri), again didn't receive my order. I had mailed foodpanda, do live chats but they didn't response. Restaurants told me the guy came took the order but the delivery guy didn't place the order. Plz do something

        I placed an order and it showed me that order is confrimed and the same is approved fro preparation. but it has been almost 5 hours since the order is pending. Is this the way to fool your consumers. If you are unable to delvier why did you show your moto to deliver the product in just 30 minutes.

          I have ordered on aug 12 and concealed immediately and recieved an email of refund but haven't received that refund till now but that mail i have received 5 times.. I don't understand what is the problem to not giving refund they even has been removed my order details from my foodpanda app id. They are sending same mail to me about refund will be credited in your account in 7-10 days

            I would like to register a complaint against "foodpanda" for defrauding me of rs 420.20. I placed an order on the "foodpanda app" (Order code = s8jl-nlrf) on 19th september 2018 at 8.17 pm which i now deeply regret. The order was not delivered and customer care executive checked with the restaurant for the first time and told me that refund will be done and they initiated the refund on 19th september but the company did not process the refund and it kept pending.
            On the chat with support told me that refund will take another 10 days.
            After 2nd october i had chat with support again and they told me again it will take another 7-10 days.
            It has been close to 15 days now (19th september to 4th october 2018) and i haven't got my money. This is plain fraud. Please get my money refunded my as soon as possible.

            I order two chicken biryani in food panda app on September 22nd and amount paid through paytm but due to internal issues the order was cancelled and I connected to food panda chat support they told amount refund in 10 days but upto now I didn't get my amount now they it will take another 10 days

            I ordered food from Foodpanda on 28 September 2018 at 1:23 PM for which i paid through my phonepe wallet in advance. Neither was the food delivered to me even after numerous requests on the Foodpanda customer care service nor was my money refunded and instead the app shows my food delivered after several hours.
            It's been almost a month that my order got cancelled and there is no sign of refund.

              I ordered my lunch today at 12:30 pm. It's almost 2:00 pm now. Neither they have confirmed my order nor have they cancelled it. It's a complete harassment i am facing l. Last night the same thing happened with mr twice. If they are not willing to fulfil customers order then why the hell they are running the app even. First, they allure the customers by sending messages about exciting offers and then after receiving the online payments they disappear. And we the customers keep waiting with our empty stomachs. There's not even a helpline number on which we can connect with them.

                It’s been over 10 days and every time i try to contact foodpanda for my refund, they ask me to wait for 10 more days. Is this a game that they are playing? This was the first time i ever used their app and i’m have a really bad experience. They seem to not care about their customers at all. They people behind their support keep sending templates that they have. But never a solution to my problem. I have even sent emails to the customer support. Even then i’m getting no progress on the refund from their end. I’m tired of waiting and they’re making my asking for a refund look like a crime now. I want some quick action to be taken please.

But it showed the same status for around 5 hours and after sometime it changed to delivered. But we didn't recieve any food and our money also got deducted from paytm. Now we want our money back.

                        I need clarification that why you blocked my account for coupon code. You said there is unfair use of coupons then just tell me what does it mean if you sent me some coupon and i use it then its known as unfair use of coupons.
                        Then why you sent such type of coupon to me.
                        I need clarification on this otherwise i am going spread this on networking site.

                          Twice i booked using food panda but restaurants doesnot confirm untill 30 minutes and order gets cancelled nor there is any support where we can raise issue. Worst app ever would never use nor reccomend anyone to use. The app has support which has faq which are of least use what abt complaints against app or rest there is no option for that. Why cant restuarant confirm when it is nearby to my home and why dont app support makes effort

                            I have ordered online through food panda but my order was cancelled and my money was deducted still got no refund. It has already been 10 working day still they are telling that it's the paytm fault not theirs because they have already raised a refund request. But still now no money credited in my wallet. They have told that they will refund the money within 7-10 working days and now today is 13th day and no refund received yet. Horrible food panda service and now they are blaming paytm for that.

                                  Pathetic, food panda are thief, disgusting service, during an offer i placed order for 2 food items each with the discounted price of 39 inr each through paytm, order declined by the restaurant as major restaurant under the offer do reject orders to save their loss as the offer is giving you a pastry of 70inr for only 9 bucks so loss to restaurant hence order denied. Their policy says it takes 4-24 hours for the same to reflect on our paytm account. However, its been more than 10 days now no refund or whatsoever. Totally a burgler to steal 80 bucks from customer pocket. Totally dacoit for small amount. If you mr rohit chadda are so keen in doing business through fraudulant activity, i am really sorry but this is not the way

                                    I have ordered a food item # f4ca-rroy at 12.45 pm on 10/3/2018. Till evening 6pm my order has not been delivered nor got cancelled. On 10/4/2018 my order is in delivered status. I have raised my concern through foodpanda chat but no concern nor a response.

                                      I have ordered from foodpanda for 3 times in last week when there was a offer of rs 49 for a pizza/burger. To my surprise neither did i receive my order, nor the refund for the same. When i tried to contact the delivery executive, no source to contact. Even the customer help executive didn't respond.

                                      The same thing has happened with my other colleagues and friends.
                                      When they don't have the potential to fulfill the offers why they keep them in the first place
